Great employees, very helpful and friendly. They explained the differences between the paint choices, asked me what rooms I was having painted and advised which paint category would be best for my home/rooms. I will certainly return to this store for my future paint needs. Thank you!

Best service I ever had a paint store. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and was able to match up a paint color perfectly I was looking for. I was very happy with the quality of the paint. Great job Sherwin Williams !! I will definitely be back for my future projects !!Went to Sherwin Williams August 28 and 29th to have my paint adjusted, I did not like the color I chose. The same young man was there both days and helped me out. He is as very friendly and patient with me. This location will definitely be the store that I will return to.

I Went to the store this morning to pick up a few gallons of paint I asked gentleman to tent my primer to a Gray color and it end up being pink I told him i dont want the pink primer And both him and his associatehad had an attitude!! I asked him questions he didnt even answer!! this store has nothing but RUDE workers on this day 07-21-2018!! Sherwin Williams always have been good to us BUT!! THIS STORE NEEDS BETTER HELP WITH BETTER ATTITUDES WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE

I have been to this specific store twice now, the first time Jason helped me and the second time Hassan. Ive never written a review before but I have received some of the best customer service anywhere from these two guys and I felt compelled to share and praise them. They each went above and beyond to assist me, as well as being patient, attentive, and again, EXTREMELY helpful. I would without a doubt refer everyone I know to this store and I will 100% be going back myself. The BEST customer service ever and if I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is going to be my go to place for paint from here on out!!!Everyone is very helpful and willing to give as much advice as possible, not to mention the paint is the best!!! Ive had nothing but success with their product since Ive been using it and honestly Ive only bought 3 gallons to do my kitchen cabinets and my walls.

The jokers here hand you a tissue mask at the door for a deadly virus but doubt they would recommend something that pathetic for spraying paint.

Very helpful. When they didnt have an answer for my dilemma, they called their hot line for an answer for me. Very quick and efficient.

The paint is a great quality paint. You can customize your color and there are many different finishes to choose from.

The clerk was not that friendly. I have been to the 15 Mile and Gratiot store and they were a lot more customer friendly. Thought wed stop at this one on our way home from Church. Next time well go to our regular one.

Ive usually bought paint from home Depot, but thought I would try thislocal place out. Well that was an unfortunate mistake, service was rude and not helpful. Your would think they would go out of there way to help out but thats not the experience I got. The big box stores are cheaper anyways and Ive always been treated well.

Sherwin is a great store, the knowledge of the staff was very poor, we where to busy going around about because she had the wrong grade of paint and than she was trying to be nice when I asked questions but you could tell she was getting angry at me by her look and expressions on her face.
