Had a deer strike on my Tundra. GP1 got my truck in within a week, had it done in 17 days. Great work, excellent communication during the process, quick turnaround (especially now as body shops are so busy with the fallout from the 4/15 hail storms and supply chain issues).Nathan May did a great job for me in spite of the workload. We must all be a bit patient these days as many parts are very slow to come, there is not much a body shop can do if the parts are severely delayed. This affects some makes more than others. Thank you GP1!!
Communication is poor at this location. We brought our vehicle in on 08/25 for repairs due to an accident. We received an invoice stating the vehicle would be ready in 14 days. Today is 09/21 and we have not received our vehicle or been contacted. We have been told dozens of times this week that a case worker is with a customer, and he or she will give us an update in the coming days. We have never heard back. Last week we were told the vehicle would be ready by end of business on Friday, September 17. Today is Tuesday, September 21 and I have not received a phone call nor have I received a vehicle. This is unacceptable and I am submitting a complaint to BBB.
The team at GP1 Collision did an excellent job fixing our cars after the Texas hailstorm severely damaged our two vehicles. They tapped into their global resources to find scarce and hard to find parts. Thanks to Dan and the team for their hard work and dedication to getting our vehicles ready in time for our cross country move. Both cars look brand new and run great!
I took my car to GP1 to have it fixed after it had sustained hail damage in April 2021. The work performed was excellent, thorough and professional. There was an issue with the original pinstripes that were damaged during the repair process, that was later addressed and taken care of by a professional pinstripes artist, as promised by “Junior”, the tech advisor in charge. Though, I am very pleased with the work performed, I want to point out a few extra issues that were discovered after the car was brought home: 1) When the car was dropped for repairs it had 75110 miles on it; when picked up, it had 75,500 miles on it. I live about 14 miles away from the shop, and yet I wonder how 400 plus extra miles were added when the car was at their location were all services were taking place??; 2) As some parts and plastic trim and moldings needed to be removed, when installed back, some of the retainer clips were missing (cowl, fenders), and some were broken (rear bumper); 3) The back gate/door of the car had some small particles/debris affixed to the surface, as if the car had gone through a wind storm, which caused some tiny chips and marks that were not there before, and 4) Customer service needs a little improvement, as the person I dealt with was no longer working when I called the shop to check on the progress status (about six weeks later from the drop off date), and their replacement knew nothing or very little about the situation.I know that some situations may escape the shop’s control, but it is the personnel that may need to be reminded of paying more attention to detail and be cognizant that they are representing the shop at all times.
GP1 did a great job on my car repairing the hail damage, but I’m really disappointed about the smell in my car which is still there after over a month. Supposedly, the car was steam cleaned and while I appreciate that they tried to detail as best they could, I have tried everything to get the smell out and it’s still pretty strong. Air fresheners, airing it out by leaving all the windows open in the garage overnight, and outside in the sun with the windows rolled down in the driveway. The smell is still there. It literally smells like someone threw up in my car - all day, everyday. I think I may have a mold problem in my car as a result of the steam cleaning. Pretty disappointing. I would’ve rather just gotten the hail damage repaired, an external cleaning with a simple vacuum in the inside. It would’ve made the hail damage repair much more memorable.
How this place gets 4.5 stars boggles the mind. We are happy with the quality of the work, but everything else was horrible. Had our vehicle from June 15 to August 14. In that entire time we did not receive a single phone call from anyone at GP1. Not a single call, even after having at different times left messages for someone to call back with the status. We had to make the final call to find out if the vehicle was ready. Then there was the two weeks lost by not following up on a supplement that fell through the cracks. Had someone returned my call, that would have been avoided, and its only because I got directly involved later did it get resolved when it did. Do NOT recommend.
My car was brought to this place after being hit while parked. Not only was it fixed, but the inside of my car was wiped down, vacuumed and cleaned. I wasn’t expecting that, it was a very nice thing they did.**My “missing” item was found- review changed to 5 stars!**Everything was perfect- customer service, the repairs to my car- all excellent. If I end up being mistaken and it’s under my seat or something, I’ll change this review to 5 stars.
Their phone messaging system is a joke. There is clearly something wrong with their communication system whether it be internal, personnel or the phone system itself. I tried to leave messages to my service advisor only to get the message her VM was full. Tried to call another time and was transferred to a robotic sounding voice system with a very long extension (a number, not a name) and after leaving that message a lady from Round Rock Nissan called me back telling me it happens all the time, she always gets Hannahs messages. I felt very confused after speaking with this lady because I wasnt sure why she was able to listen to the message I thought I was leaving for Hannah since I was transferred from GP1.The first time I received a call from Hannah (my service advisor) was to notify me they were waiting on a part, after having my car for literally 30 days and she stated they were waiting on the part because the insurance rep forgot to include the driver side view mirror in the quote. Very, VERY frustrating. Frustrating because I didnt get a call from my service advisor until day 30 and the insurance rep forgot to include everything that was needed to fix my car (at least that is what I was told). Finally, after 33 days, my car was ready and I had to bring it back the very next day to have them look at the side view mirror because it now vibrates like crazy. The guy from GP1 that helped me, took it back to the service techs to have them look at it, which they did and they tried to correct it. He told me if it still vibrates after I leave, to call back and let them know so they can order a new one. I called the next day, spoke to the lady who answers the phones to let them know they needed to order a new one because the mirror still vibrates. She wanted to know who my service advisor was and I wasnt sure since someone other than Hannah helped me when I brought my car back. That was on 08/11 and I havent heard from anyone yet as of today 08/23, so I dont know if another mirror has even been ordered. I called again this morning and was transferred again to another robot sounding voice extension number (not a name). I will wait until the end of this week to see if someone calls me back, if not I will have to waste my time and physically go to the shop to make sure my mirror has been ordered.I am giving them 2 stars only because one time I did call, I think he said his name was Jason, he pulled up the work order to try to help me know what was going on with my car, he was very helpful and when I brought my car back for the side mirror, they tried to correct it then. I know there are a lot of moving parts to getting body work and repairs done with several companies involved, not everything can go as planned, delays, broken pieces, unexpected finds, unqualified insurance reps, etc…but their way of communication is aggravating at best.
Took my car in to have it repaired after it was damaged by hail. The repairs that were completed look great. Still needs to have one piece near the window replaced. I was told that the piece kept coming in bent and they would call me when a good one came in. Two weeks later, no call. I have called twice and received no return call. Repair work was great, customer service not so great.
They did a horrible job at following up with me with regards to the status of my car. My car was at their shop for over a month and a half and Im still waiting for additional parts to come in and they have yet to follow up with me again regarding the status. Like many insurance companies I only had my rental for 30 days and although I called them 2 weeks prior to let them know that I would be without a car the rep Hannah advised me that my car would be ready the following week. 4 weeks later I never received a call so I decided to stop by in person. The only person that actually cared was a gentleman that goes by Jr. He apologized for their shortcomings and has tried his best to help. Although I paid for my bill in full it has now been 3 weeks and still no word from them in regards to when I will be receiving the additional parts. They promised to provide me a detail list that would include the parts that Im still waiting for and I have yet to receive it. I also want to mention that they damaged other parts of my car while attempting to fix it. So I encourage you to do a thorough inspection of your car when picking it up. I guess I’ll have to stop by again and deal with them. I just want this nightmare to be over. I would never use this place again nor would I recommend them.
GP1 Collision did an amazing job fixing the hail damage and the vandalism damage on my vehicle. The paint job looks incredible, you can’t even tell that it had to have paint work done! Will definitely be using them again in the future for any vehicle paint needs!
Pro: their work is excellent. This is my second repair with them and both times they did a great job.Cons: Communications are limited and deadlines are tenuous at best. I would get a firm commitment before leaving a vehicle for repair.
GP1 used Storm Art out of Oklahoma and its PDR system (paintless dent repair) to correct the many dents on my truck that occurred during a recent hailstorm. The repairs were completed when promised and the truck looks great. I’m very happy with GP1 and will use them again, if needed.
Dont waste your time if you have Geico. Or maybe they do this for all hail damage, idk. Serious waste of time with their runaround. I leased a new 2021 Nissan from RR Nissan and I got hail damage in the April storm. Because there is damage to trim that would need to be ordered, and it is a lease, I wanted to make sure it was done by Nissans shop. I went in three times. The first time I didnt know to get my Geico claims first. Fair enough. So I came back with Geico claims and they say cant get to it for until July. So I came back in July, they said you have to make an appt. Then I had to press them to actually make me an appt at first time available. Which was today. Sept 21st. arrive for that appointment to be told I was just dropping off my car. No actual appointment activity? So when I started asking questions the guy in the back I already met twice now tells me I need to drop it off and leave it there for 30-45 days. Thats outrageous, Ive had so much worse damage repaired within a week. and I could have had this done months ago...
The whole experience was very stressful! From the beginning, I did everything right and yet I experienced a big financial loss. Neither of my claims were as a result of something that I had done. The hail damage happened in April and I wasnt able to get my vehicle serviced after calling over 20 shops. The appt I finally got was for Aug 18, 2021. I sent them the estimate from USAA and they set up the appt. Three days before my appt I was rear ended. I reported the accident, contacted the shop, and was told by Jason Hart that they would be able to upload pictures of the damage on the 19th. When I turned my Mercedes in I expected the work to be done at that time. When I would check on the status they would tell me they were waiting on something from USAA .later I would call and Jason was busy or not there. I never received return calls. On Sept 1, USAA called and said they still had not received the photo estimate for the collision. I was shocked. I then went up to the shop and again, Jason was not there and spoke to Dan. He assured me that he would follow-thru and call me before the end of the day. Never heard from him! On Sept 13, Enterprise contacted me to inform me they had debited my charge card for $546 since USAA stopping paying on the rental. The shop kept my car too long for the services that was to be provided USAA refused to pay the difference. They indicated the shop should pay for the rental car. They kept my car 29 days! I even had difficulty on the 29th day and was told by one person I could pick the car up. When I called to make sure the car was ready Jason told me he was still waiting for a part, and the car wouldnt be ready until the following Monday. I was beyond agitated. I assured him that I had been told the car would be ready. He then WENT out and checked and said the car would be ready within the next 2 hours. Unbelievable!! They did not even start working on my car until the week of Sept Ist. I wound up paying $699 out of pocket for a rental car. I went in thinking I had a $500 deductible and now I am out of over $1200. When I picked the car up I was told I still needed to take it to the dealership because the blind spot indicator was not hooked up and, they would pay for that. I have never been a person who used the race card as an excuse. I was born in the South and, I have lived in many states and in Europe. However; I believe race was an issue in this instance. They didnt seem to care!!
My 2019 RAM 1500 was backed into in a parking lot. Did my research on body shops and decided to go with GP1 Collision. I am very happy I did! From the moment I showed up, I was treated really well. They did a great job of explaining everything and how they do all the leg work with the insurance company. Gave me a time frame that it would be ready and got me to my rental car. As promised, they kept me updated throughout and the truck was ready within the time frame given! Picked up my truck and I could not have been happier! It looked amazing and they did a nice job with detailing and making it look extra clean and ready to drive away! I very much appreciated their professionalism and doing what they could to treat me as a valued client. Thank you, GP1! I hope I never have to get repair work done again, but if I do, I will absolutely use you again!
We had a massive Hail Storm and my Mercedes Glk was hit with a lot of hail and had extensive damage and although i live quite a distance away I was referred to GP1 by Mercedes Benz of Georgetown as this is the certified repair shop the endorse.I am very glad they did. From the moment i arrived to their beautiful facility i was greeted with friendly courteous staff that seemed to be extremely busy and they were doing their very best to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. This place was packed.Enterprise and Hertz were completely out of cars . The manager himself gave me a ride home and apologized for the rental car company and promised he would stay on it until they got me a replacement vehicle. 2 days later Dan (the general Manager) called and said they have your rental he came picked me up and brought me to Enterprise. Talk about great service.2 weeks to the day later i have my car back it’s perfect. Its clean and its like it never happened. If i ever have the need (lets hope not) i will most certainly use Dan and his shop and his wonderful staff.Thank you
I submitted my car after accident as its Nissan Authorized Dealer recommended collision center, I was promised to get my car in 21 days before it was towed and guess, it ended up with 62 days. During this time, they even didnt provide me loaner or they didnt have rental cars available. Id been asking for updates every 3 days and they kept telling me it will be ready in next 3 days. I was so frustrated with agents communication and sometime no one picks up a call. I had to walk-in to the store just to get an update. They never told me or invite me when they inspect the car and estimate the parts. No proof of what parts are installed (they keep saying OEM), bill shows off market values of the part. I would call white paper cheating with customers. No finishing, Not good body painting, worst customer service, worst timeline. It youve other option to submit your car, I will 100% suggest to go with it rather than getting stuck here for more than 60 days.Update: Daniel Wheeler commented to reach out to him/her. I did reach out to the mention email and never got a response. Its fake sympathy!!!!
I brought my car here in 2018 and they were all around great. So, when a hail storm hit Bryan, TX 3 weeks ago I chose to bring my car back here because of my great experience in 2018. Wow was I wrong.Day 1 I dropped my car off and nobody knew who I was, my appointment, my car, etc. I had Hannah N. as my estimator and she lacks customer service, communication, and overall professionalism. A week went by and I didn’t hear one word about the status of my car and I had to call them to find out. 2 weeks later Hannah called to say my car would be ready on Wednesday (4/28), so I call on Wednesday to find out what time I need to be there, I of course, get her a voicemail, she never calls back, and I have to call again to then find out that my car won’t be ready until Friday now, then it won’t be ready until the next Monday. I call 3 times on Monday (5/3) to find out the exact time my car will be ready and all 3 times I get Hannah’s voicemail and I get no call back. I live in Bryan, 2 hours away. Some communication would have been appreciated so I could ensure I would be there on time. Lastly, I arrive to pick up my car, the front receptionist hands me my keys and I have to go find my car in their parking lot? Nobody could escort me out and do a walk through of my car with me on the work they did? Absolute awful all the way around on their professionalism. The only positive thing I can say about this place is whoever the car detailer is, he deserves a raise because the inside of my car looks and smells brand new. I hope I never need a Mercedes Certified collision center ever again but if I do, I will NOT be returning here.
They did a fantastic job repairing my fender that had been hit my another car. While in their hands I asked them to also repair a few golf ball dents on my car. Josh was delightful to work with. The customer service was top notch. I received regular emails and phone calls with updates to the work they were doing. Was also in and out quickly. 5 stars!
I highly recommend GP1! Dan Wheeler and staff were professional and on time with repairs to my new BMW. I had $8,000 hail damage to my 2020 X1 which only had 4K miles. Picked my car up today and it looks PERFECT!! New hood, windshield and tail light in addition to dents everywhere. Geico backs this facility too. BMW parts used.
It is a business failure. they cant repair my car. I was quoted for delivery of my car, and the work was not inspected before I was quoted, and it was very badly painted and they told me they would do it again, but we return to the same thing to wait, wait and wait because they are not good at reporting the been the car. and Ill have to go back to pick up the car and inspect it myself because they cant even do that. and also they never answer the phone.
They got my friends vehicle written up for repairs pretty expeditiously. This is very impressive because he can be quite the handful.
Good work. Car looks great. Employees were courteous and prompt.
They completed some body work on my c300 and it was impeccable!! I love the results as well as the great customer service. The job was completed in a very timely manner and I would recommend this business to any and everyone.
Wasted my time today/acted very unprofessional to my employee.Would seek service elsewhere.
Took my wifes vehicle here to have a hit and run accident repaired. They did an excellent job, even painted a few scratches that were close by.
Josh was absolutely amazing, my car looked just like new. My car was delivered the exact day he told me. I will definitely do business with them again.
They did excellent work, my car looks brand new!Great customer service too. Would highly recommend!
Someone reversed into my car and damaged the hood and other cosmetic front end parts. Jason at GP1 service helped me get my car fixed and I have encountered no issues to date.
Plain and simple: I got an accident by rear ending someone accidentally and GP1 Collision Center of Round Rock took care of everything and they were on time as quoted.Doing what you say youre going to do sets you apart from all other companies.
Performed repair of collision - Thorough explanation and attention to my requests.Service performed as promised and delivered on schedule. Able to pick up rental car on-site with minimum hassle. Very nice people!
Work done was ok. Service and communication from the assigned advisor Andrew was lacking to say the least. I had to call to find out status instead of him being proactive providing status updates. When I would call he wouldn’t answer or would have another person call me back. Service took way too long- over a month. One evening I drove by the shop and saw my vehicle outside next to the building with the hood open. This was around 9:30 pm when everyone was gone. Very concerning.
You will experience excellent customer service and top notch repair skills at this facility. Chris kept in touch every step of the way. Picking up and dropping off the rental car was super easy, too. Our truck looks perfect again!
A friend backed into my car and dented the bumper. The whole process to get it fixed (along with additional minor paint touchups) took only 2 days. Hannah was very helpful and everything looks great now. Thank you!
I have liberty mutual insurance so I dont need to say the name of my service adviser. My first complaint is my service adviser, she does not call people back. She also does not look over her customers cars with her own eyes or she would have known that there was a problem with the paint matching my 2017 Silver dodge ram. This is now the second time my truck is in this shop because of the list below.1. Driver tail light bolts were not put back in2. rubber molding on roof was put on with dust under it so it came loose.3. window rubber molding must have not been replaces when removed because they started sliding up and trying to fly off in the wind.4. The paint didnt match so they painted a front fender that didnt need to get painted, just blended to conceal the colors not matching. I keep thinking that the colors not matching was in my head until someone who didnt know my truck had work done on it asked me if I had work done on it cause the paint didnt match. It took me a month to verify that it was different, very different. So now my truck is in the shop with the same service adviser and never any call backs or updated. My truck has now been in this shop going on 12 weeks total time. Once again, my service adviser called me only when my truck was ready and when I inspected it, the fender flairs didnt even match. The difference was not subtle, it was like night and day. My fender flairs are matted and the fender flairs that put on are shiny. So, If my service adviser would have at least put her eyes on my truck, This would have been an obvious mistake. Not only that, There were screws missing on my fender flairs. This is so scary. This makes me wonder of there are any other nuts and bolts missing where I can not see. BTW, Once again, my service adviser just handed me my keys, she didnt even walk me to my truck to inspect it. It was a Here you go. Lousy service.I have gotten 2 updates in the past 5 weeks, Thats not bugging. The updates I received where from other service advisers. So, my truck was ready on Wednesday July 13th, I rejected it on Thursday for the fender flairs. I left a voice message on Monday 25th to get an eta from my service adviser, no call back so I called back at the end of the day on Tuesday 19th like at 4:30 pm and I was able to speak to another service adviser. He called me back at 6:09 pm that same day. I wish my service adviser was even a fraction as good as this one. Today is Friday, 22nd and I left a voicemail for my service adviser over two hours ago and surprise surprise, no call back.Ok, After all of this, I will tell you that the only thing that I think was worthy of praise was the quality of the paint job. Even though the paint didnt match the first time and they tried to conceal it, the quality of the paint job was excellent. When I rejected the truck on the the 13th, the paint actually matched and the paint job looked good.Update:So, today is Friday, 07/16/2018. I will tell you that although my experience has not been the best with this company, there are individuals in this company that will work on and make errors correct. They have not allowed me to be hung out to dry. In particular, Jason Sparks responded to my issue promptly and has seem to have a genuine concern for his customers. In the end, GP1 Collision center has made it right by my eyes. That speaks tons for this operation.
All service was good and timely. For some reason, driver window auto close didnt function for a few days. Before calling in the problem it started working. There was some sort of glue like material left on windshield and tape sticky on door. Else, all was good. Collision repair.
The staff and admins were very knowledgeable and professional. I was updated often as the work was being done on my vehicle. The only thing that I wish would have been done differently is that they would have tried to up-sale me in a paint job so that my car would match the repairs that they made.
The service was impeccable the very best the manager was the very best
Very Professional and helpful. The work on my car was absolutely great it looks brand new again. I will use this business again if I need Any kind of bodywork.
I took my car back to have the work finished and was told it would take about 45 minutes. Within that time my car was ready.
Brought my vehicle to them after a hit & run. The vehicle had been totaled.Despite all the uncertainty and loss of vehicle, all the pieces to the puzzle fell into place and I’m back on the road again. They’re professional and I would bring my vehicle to them if needed.Great location right off I-35 with enterprise rental right nearby.
Travellers adjusters are top notch! Ty!
My minor body work was diagnosed and fixed all in the same visit! That’s service!! Thanks for the great service !
Was lucky to meet Brandy at the shop. She is amazing person. Heard to my issues patiently. Repair was done very well.Post repair had battery issue. Car would not start and was causing headache. Took car back and they addressed the same without denials or giving reasons. How refreshing is that?.Overall i am very happy with everything.Hope not to be back, but if i have to, i now have a very dependable shop.
Prompt and courteous service! Received estimate in 10 minutes or less.
I hit a deer in my tesla . I was apprehensive being a tesla isnt an everyday vehicle and can be hard to get parts for.I spoke with the manager and his estimator Andrew. they both took charge and made me feel comfortable .they kept me up to date through the entire process.my car was completed early and looks amazing.thank you to Dan, Jr,, Andrew, And Rose !all top notch . I highly wreckomend!!!
Update: I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The communications between myself and GP1 improved once I wrote to the manager. The car was repaired back to like new. They repaired everything and cleaned up my car even better than how I dropped it off. I am happy with how my car looked. Thank you for working on it.I have taken my car in to get an estimate which was on 1/23/2020. I was told I had to wait until the parts were ordered to bring it back and it will get repaired. Insurance company has told me I can get the car dropped off to get a rental. I have left Dale a message and did not get a call back. Asked again and was told he is off to wait until he is back. Again today, same thing. No status on the parts order. Nothing. Dead silence. This is not customer services at all. I have contacted my insurance company to express my displeasure with the lack of communications and length of time to get parts in. The car is not even 10 months old with a huge gap in the back in which water will come in when it is raining.
I brought my relatively new car in to have two very small dents removed from the hood. The service and quality was exceptional and I was in and out within 45 minutes. GP1 has certainly gained a new customer today.
Great job! Quick and friendly service.
I went to GP1 Collision in Round Rock as it was recommended by Mercedes-Be z of Georgetown. GP1 did an outstanding job of repairing my back bumper in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. In addition, they cleaned my car inside and out. Very pleased with their service!!!!
Extremely satisfied customer! Friendly environment from drop off to your first step into the facility. Very communicative, always keeping the customer in the loop of things! And the amount of work that was put into is flawless, they take the time to make you feel like you just bought your vehicle off the dealership the first day you drive it off!Friendly, communicative, puts the customer first, patient, clean facility, welcoming place.Bravo guys, bravo! 👏 and thank you!
Not very explanatory. Provided me an estimate then proceeded to put temporary paint on my car without letting me know what he was doing; even though I was asking, he waited until he was done to tell me what he was doing. That happens a lot to us Black women, people think we don’t deserve any type of explanation. I quickly told him that he didn’t provide an explanation to me. He smiled but very unprofessional. I won’t be going there to get the full job done being that he lacks communication skills.
These guys where amazing and got the job done quickly. The people that hit us in September where not cooperating and when we finally got answers I got my car in quick and it was out within a week. Thank you guys so much you did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend. Great customer service too!!
Overall, very satisfied with the services they preformed and cared for a few things I was not expecting.
Dale is excellent to work with ~ he does a terrific job of helping navigate through the process and is so helpful. The shop is very professional and does great work. 5 stars!!!!!
They did a good job. Everything went great. They even washed my car when they were done
Worked with Dale, he was very professional, courteous, efficient and always there to help. Job done was also great.
Great, quick customer service and quality of work ! Would highly recommend.
Great place was very helpful and kept on top of details on my vehicle. Thank you Chris for keeping me updated and helping me thru the process you were a great help.
In choosing a place to have my car repaired, I was very satisfied and happy with the choice of GP1 Collision Center. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Dave kept me informed along the way which I really appreciated. Also when I dropped off my car a good size bag of coins accidentally was left inside on the floor. When I picked my car up, all of it was still there. It made me happy to know such honest people worked on my car. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
Good customer service
Great customer service from the moment you walk in until they return your vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I got several calls updating me on the repairs. Highly recommended this place.
My car was rear ended at a stoplight. I took it to GP1 the very next day, as GEICO said they had an appointment available. David was very friendly and walked outside to assess the damage. Boy hes got a great eye, it did damage I hadnt even spotted. He marked everything out in green and red (green was damage from the accident, red was everything already existing on the car) and explained what would happen. I opted to have them do some additional paint work that would not be covered at the same time as the rear. Their work is impeccable. It looks better than new, and turnaround time was wonderful. I was in and out in exactly one week. Their lifetime warranty on their work, fast turnaround, wonderful service, and top notch paint are definitely the reason Ill always go back! Thanks David for the wonderful experience and better than new car!
Friendly and helpful staff.
I had a rear end collision on my vehicle and tried to get it fixed at GP1 through insurance. Upon closer inspection of my vehicle after they claimed it to be fixed, realized the bumper is not an exact fit and GP1 informed me that they went with after market parts and it could be the reason that they might not have been an exact fit on my Infiniti. The communication I received from them is poor and being an Infiniti Certified Collision Repair store, I never expected that they will be using such parts. Hope GP1 looks into this and improves their quality of service, communication.
This place does THE best work. I’ve taken my car here multiple times and each time they impress me with their service. They are timely and detail my car when all repairs are done. I love my car and they always take amazing care of it. Would recommend to anyone who needs a body shop. 10/10!
My experience at GP1 was positive. They completed the work in a timely manner and my car looked great. I would highly recommend GP1 to others as it is an excellent collision center.
First, the less than perfect the person at the front desk knows nothing and is less than helpful, and it took a second visit to get the fender and hood correctly aligned. That said, they promptly fixed it and every other aspect of the experience was professional, courteous and pleasant.Visited GP1 a second time since my first review. They are very consistent and this time the work was perfect without requiring a second visit. I would use GP1 again without hesitation.
Body damage was repaired on time and looks great.
All was great until I encountered the checkout process. The woman at the counter had the odasety to ask me if I was sure my card was going to go through... What would make her think it wouldnt go through?? Also, I was told I would have my car back by the end of the week. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Other than that, they did an excellent job.Update: Like most of the owner’s responses, there is a request on my post to contact him. Well, I sent an email and have received no response. This just cost you guys another star.
Great customer care, attention and service. Incredibly clean facility. I was very pleased with the entire experience and got my truck back looking brand new. I highly recommend GP1!
It was good work took more days that is only negative.
GP1 was suggested by my insurance and I am glad they were. The staff kept me up to date with all repairs and did a quick turnaround so we could get our van back within 4 days. There was no hassle or difficulty, everything was smooth and easy.
I did not like my experience at this place. I felt it was very unprofessional. I took my car in to have my passenger front and rear door fixed I was told it would take 2 weeks to get it fixed. Then i was told additional damage was found that would need to be fixed making the finish day a week later which I understand, so I planned for that. I so happen to call the day before the day I was told my car would be ready and was told my car would not be ready for another week. I never received a call earlier communicating that to me. So I had to all of a sudden change my plans so I could get around without my car. The next week comes and I am told my car would be ready that Friday and they would call when my car is finished so I can pick it up. I wait for the call until 4:30 ( 1 hour before they close) and never received a call so I decided to call to see whats going on and I am told my car is not finished. I ended up having to wait until 8 PM to get my car back. Overall I felt better communication and realistic deadlines should have been made as well as better work ethic from mechanics. It took almost a month to do a 2 week job. Very unprofessional and will not be taking my car there for any other problems.
I’m big on great customer service so I was amazed to get that walking into the door. The one thing i like the most was when I asked David to go through what was worked on, he politely went through the itemized list and explain what each item was and what was done to it. He even explain what their coding meant so I could understand what I was reading. Hopefully i don’t ever have to go through this again but if I do I’m going right back to GP1.
Very happy with our experience here. Great customer service and quality of work. My car looks like brand new again.
Very professional, great service, and kept their delivery date.
From the initial appraisal, to the finished product, the service and communication was outstanding. Our brand new Camry was fixed perfectly. The body work that was done and 3 stage repaint looked identical to the original parts. They made sure we were exceptionally satisfied with our car before we left. Even cleaning out the interior as well!My wife and I highly recommend this shop for repairs, especially if you have a Geico claim. It will be done expediently and properly.
They were very professional and did a great job repairing my 2019 Armada. Hope I dont need them in the future, but if so they will be my body shop of choice.
Great place to get your car repaired after it has been damaged. David my salesperson that worked on my car or was it Dave he was a good representative of GP 1. Two thumbs up for GP 1. GP1 may want to move or build a new store in the Killeen area I drove 30 miles for them to do the work again great job.
Excellent repair center! Dale Woodrich handled my car; he provided the estimate, oversaw the repairs, and kept me in the loop. There was also a balance from the other driver’s insurance company, and Dale took care of it. I’ll I had to do was drop my car and pick it up when it was ready, and Dale did the rest. Repair looks great as well!
Shortly after purchase, I discovered my brand new Nissan Armada had some paint blemishes that occurred during transport. This was originally going to result in a fully vehicle repaint, which Nissan approved. Nissan also refused to buy back or exchange the vehicle. I was naturally very reluctant to have such an invasive and involving procedure completed on a vehicle with less than 400 miles. Justin was very helpful in answering questions and understanding my concerns. So I left the vehicle for an estimated 4 week + repair. However, 2 weeks later I received a phone call saying they were actually able to remove the various blemishes and wanted my inspection. Sure enough, it was good as new. These guys understood that neither myself or the body shop wanted to perform a fully vehicle repaint. So they went the extra mile and spent quite a bit of labor using a chemical to fix the paint. And it paid off. Then to go even further, they quickly agreed to wax and detail the exterior - as that was the condition I dropped it off. Basically, it looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. And dare I say, even better than the polish/wax I applied myself. Couldnt be happier with GP1 and the team there. While I hope I wont need to visit them again, I wouldnt hesitate should the need arise.
My experience with GP 1 Collision was gratifying. Service, ethics, quality workmanship and satisfaction guaranteed. The people were courteous, professional and dedicated to repairing my car in a timely manner. They are the best.
The customer service was amazing! David Shilling went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of quickly and to my complete satisfaction. He called and gave me updates throughout the process so I knew the status and what to expect. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they performed on my vehicle as well. I would recommend GP1 to anyone needing their type of service.
Brandy was very informative during the repair process. She kept me updated on everything during the repair of my vehicle and especially the insurance process since somebody else hit my vehicle and was using their insurance company. The also did a excellent job on the repair. I am 100% completely satisfied with Group1.
Went in to fix a fender bender. At the end of the day, the repairs were fine and covered by insurance. However, the took what should have been a 2 hour job and made it take over a week.
I was hit on 35 on my way to work, and hesitant to use the shop State Farm recommended, but in an effort to make things simpler, I went with GP1. They work with the car rental agency, making the drop off and pick up so easy, and Brandi kept me informed every step of the way. Best part - my car was ready early! It looks great! Very satisfied.
Very pleased with the service received at GP1 collision center of round rock. They work they did on my vehicle was executed very well. The people were very helpful. Would recommend you guys to everyone. Thank you all for your fine service.
I had several of my truck surfaces repainted at a GP1 collision center. Now some years later the paint has oxidized and is peeling on all surfaces that were repainted under a lifetime warranty. Took it to GP1 round rock, and now after 2+ months have concluded they will not honor their warranty. Even better the manager in charge does not answer or return my calls (at last count 10 of them). This is 100% unacceptable customer service. Easy to give good reviews when things go right, but how the company responds when they dont matters more. GP1 has failed there on all fronts. So if you want quality work from a reputable establishment who honors their warranty, I suggest going elsewhere.
My service advisor was Brandy. She is very knowledgeable, honest and goes the extra mile. Unfortunately, someone bumped into my rear bumper AFTER the repairs were done but before I picked my vehicle up (accidents happen). Brandy was extremely apologetic and definitely went the extra mile in ensuring my Nissan was repaired quickly. I hope I dont need a body shop again, but if I do I will definitely go back to GP1 Collision Center and will make sure Brandy is my service advisor.
I love their facility. It is beautiful. Brandi was my estimator and she was awesome. I was very unhappy because I just bought my car and the whole front end got torn up because a large truck shred its tire and hit my car. I was also very unhappy with the way the insurance companies were handling the claim. Brandi took great care of me. She made sure I received all new Nissan parts. Also they are Nissan certified. Further, she worked with Round Rock Nissan to get the underside of my car inspected where they found more damage after insurance adjuster said there was no damage. She was able to get a supplemental. Brandi went over and above to try and make the experience less painful even though at times I was tough. I just wanted my car in the best condition it could be because now it was no longer the original after the accident. She made the experience as painless and seamless as possible and always with a smile. They did awesome work. Brandi even arranged for my rental car to be picked up so I did not have to deal with it. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again because I do not want to have any more accidents. However if I do, I definitely will go back to them. They are honest, provide excellent customer service, and do great repair work. I highly recommend them!
Fantastic all around. Customer service is excellent and the work they did on my car was top notch. Whoever did the paint job on my vehicle deserves a raise! The only recommendation I have for you guys is to not automatically book rental cars for customers through Enterprise. I dont do business with Enterprise after being ripped off by them in the past, but somehow a car was booked for me anyway - which I declined. Id just wait until the customer actually asks you to book a car before doing that. Thank you.
Group one collision has amazing customer service! I worked with Paul. My Nissan needed bodywork on the rear bumper and I gave them a tight window to do it. They had the work done in two days! The people at the collision center were friendly, helpful and I will be recommending all of my family and friends to them in the future.
Excellent experience and went the extra mile. Chis is wonderful!
Vehicle repaired at GP1 Collison Center, Round Rock, Texas was accomplished professionally with minimum downtime. Customer service was Excellent! I updated/kept informed from the first day, during repairs until completion. There was also followup after vehicle was picked up. Great repair facility with superb personnel.
The experience with group one collision was great. The only problem was it took a long time and communication was lacking. I would recommend it to anyone for their service and quality of work.
Friendly staff and they didnt try to short change me on the repairs. They found other damage done to my car caused by a vehicle backing into my car. They finished in a timely manner and when I went to pick my car up, it was washed and waxed. The car looked brand new. Highly recommended them.
We were able to get in right away for an estimate while other shops couldnt accommodate us for several days. Group 1 kept us informed during the repair process and worked with the insurance company when additional damage was discovered. The work done was great and completed in the time frame promised. I hope I don t need to use them again but I will without hesitation.
My car was done earlier than expected and was done right. It looked like new. It was washed, too. Brandi was professional, thorough, courteous and considerate. I left my rental car there and on Monday she called them to come and get it. Should I need collision services again I’m glad I know where I’ll be going.
