I really like Round Rock Hyundai. Always super kind and a comfortable place to wait. The only thing is as of late, my car never comes back washed and vacuumed like they used to with my previous Tuscon. It also always looks like everyone else’s car has it but mine doesn’t. Not a super big deal but a bummer since I never had this happen with my old car.
Advisor M. B was knowledgeable, informative in detail and professional. All work was done with high quality workmanship. I am very pleased with my car was taken good care of at Round Rock Hyundai. I highly recommend Round Rock Hyundai to others!

Mr. Cisnero took great care of us in the service department. I had a tire that needed to be replaced and he took great care of my wife and I. We had to drop the tire and rim off to them and he notified the moment they had the tire ready for replacement. He is a very polite individual and has great customer service, Thanks Mr. Cisnero.
Brandi was a life-saver. My daughter and I were on our way to drop her off at college and the car was making a horrible sound. I googled Hyundai service departments and I found the one in Round Rock was on our way. I did not have an appointment and it was Friday afternoon. I knew the possibility of getting in was slim, but I went in and explained the situation and Brandi squeezed us in. It was the brakes. One of the rotors was so bad it needed to be replaced, too. They called around and found a place down the street that had the rotor we needed and sent someone to pick it up. I felt like the service team made it their mission to get our car fixed and get us back on the road safely as quick as possible and for as little $ as possible. They made all this happen in less than three hours! And it didnt cost me near as much as I thought. I was so relieved when they came out and gave us the estimate and the news that they would be able to get it fixed right now. I think they didnt even charge me for one part. Wow! What started out as a very emotional and stressful trip, turned into a positive one because I felt so well taken care of. I truly felt like they cared about my daughter and I in our situation, our safety, and our pocket book. Thank you Round Rock Hyundai Service!

Initially I couldn’t get a Service Appointment until November. This is the closest Dealership in the area, so it’s always quite busy. However I was advised I could drop off my car and they would work it in when possible. I was told this could take a week. I opted to do this. When I called to inform them I was going to drop it off a day earlier, I was told it could take 2 weeks. I still chose to drop it off as I had access to another car. To my surprise I got a call 3 days later and told my car was ready. I was glad and surprised at the same time. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Without an appointment, and a battery that needed to be replaced, in a brand new car, with a mere 1,000 miles, they fit me in on their schedule. It was done within a couple of hours. Love the clean location, the staffis friendly, and the team is efficient. The location/servicing center was part of my decision to select Hyundai vehicle.
Staff [Andy Thomson ? helped me (I think that was his name)] is friendly & helpful. Took longer than I expected due to the fact that they also did a 21-point inspection of various parts of vehicle, which I was not aware of. Will ask in advance before next oil change of time needed for service. Waiting area is clean, comfortable & quiet. Also appointment was scheduled 3 weeks from date I called. Will call much earlier next time.
We had the appt for oil change. When I got there I wasn’t on the schedule. We had callled earlier in the week to see if our recall could be done at the same time. We were told it couldn’t so we made another appointment for that, which was a month away.At that time they must have canceled the first appt. at the service desk, the assistant was able to work me into the schedule and also was able to have the recall looked at. It took 3 hours but it saved me a trip.
I had a wonderful first experience. Everyone was super friendly and they set me up with the right plan that allows me to easily keep up with my vehicle maintenance package. You can tell they all work efficiently and get everything done correctly ahead of schedule.
Only problem was the time it took. I had a 10:00 appointment, but the car did not get into the shop until 11:40. After that, the technician was thorough and completed the oil change, tire rotation and safety check in 35 minutes. After the service, they washed the car, and I got it back at 12:35. Hard to understand why the car was not touched for an hour and forty minutes.
I absolutely LOVE the service department at Round Rock Hyundai. My experience has been amazing the few times Ive been in. Andy has been my service advisor twice, and in addition to being super kind, courteous and professional, he was very through in explaining everything that would be done to my Palisade(which I also LOVE by the way). When you invest so much into a vehicle, having quality checkups and maintenance are KEY. I will not trust my vehicle with anyone else. Thank you so much for taking stellar care of us at every visit!!

I made my appointment for 8:30 in the morning. Got there at 8:20 a.m. and did not leave until 11:30. I dont understand why an oil change takes three hours. And it was the same way before covid. You did great service and good quality but its just like a doctors office. Kram everybody in like cattle and it takes forever to get out.
Cody Martin very professional and caring employee. I enjoy working with him when I visit for auto maintenance.In the waiting area near reception, loud music is blaring from near parts department... Not very conducive to a relaxing environment. I took my chair outdoors and it was a lot nicer
Their service department is booked at least a month in advance. If you have an emergency, they MIGHT work you in earlier. Clearly cant rely on them for getting car serviced before wife took it on a trip to see her sister!
Oil change and tire rotation for maintenance. Nice, friendly service staff but I cant get them to ever answer the phone. That is the only negative thing I have to say.
Check in was easy and the time I was told was just what was taken. This was he first service on my new vehicle so there was no charge. The service rep. was very nice.

It was extended warranty repair. Service advisor was adequate, but she did not tell me that repair would take up to 48 hours which caused critical inconvenience. Repair was fine.

It took awhile to get an appointment for my Konas first routine maintenance. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and directed to the service advisors desk. I had planned to wait at the dealership, but was told they were running behind so got a ride home. My car was ready in 2 1/2 hours. When I picked it up, paperwork was ready and the car had been washed and was waiting in the air conditioned area. Cant ask for much more!
Worse service department I ever visited. All they want to get money even there is nothing wrong in the car saying you need to change it. They are don’t care about you even if you are in emergency to fixed something. Worse place. I even don’t want give a single star.
I always appreciate the service I receive at Round Rock Hyundai. I feel that they do the work they said they would do, but they don’t add work just to get extra money from me.
Ive called on two occasions, once this morning and once a couple of months ago to get pricing for a couple of things. Its been over 6 hours and I still havent even been called back. If I have to call a third time, I will not be a happy camper. I suggest calling back ASAP as I really need to be able to drive my car and cant without the smart key being re-programed.

First service completed in a timely manner. Was told to expect 2-3 hours. Was done in 1 and 3/4 hours.
Veloster recall and state inspection. They forgot to give me the inspection evidence and never mailed it to me. Took seven times to get them on phone. The guy texted the evidence. I like that they washed my car but they have phone and admin issues.
Very disappointed with service department . I came today for simple oil change and I am seating in lobby waiting for 1 and half hour and they still didnt get back to me. It takes forever to get an appointment and once you get forever to get things done. People dont have time and this guys are living in 1000 B.C.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil light that stayed on May 3rd. The manual says not to drive, there may be low pressure in the engine, take it to a dealer. I called. Brought it in as told to do, and as I read in the manual. This is the first week of may. They wanted to keep it until they had an open appointment Juli 26th. Patsy stated “ There are no openings for “ diagnostics until July 26th”. They did not offer a replacement vehicle, or rental fir this 2.5 months it would sit on the lot. She also said all the surrounding Hyundai service locations were full. I called around, found a place an hour away and had my vehicle fixed and running in 3 days. If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai- know that “ diagnostic “ issues will take 2.5-3 months to fix. They are scheduling for August right now and its May 15th. Good luck.

Service department never called me back due to a call I made to schedule an appointment. I called 2 more times to get ahold of a service advisor and they never called me back. Now I have to wait a month and a half to get service.This is not service nor was it advisable, which were the 2 things I called for.I just mo ed to this area after living on other large cities, never had this kind of service from a dealership, and not I havent even had the repair done yet.Horrible!

Went in they set everything all went well. They did give an estimate of the time it would take, thought it was a long time. But finished sooner. Was a bit pricey. But in all I am okay with it.
Got my car in for oil change and rotation on a Saturday morning. Glad to see the service department open on Saturday again.
After the snow storm and being withour power Hyundai Service RR are working extended hours to help out all customers. I want to thank Cody and his team for their friendly professional help and service during this time!!

Service department is unfriendly, unorganized, lacks communication, and has a take it or leave it customer service attitude. Apparently the customer experience ends once you sign on the dotted line for your vehicle.Simply put I will not purchase another vehicle because of the poor service department.
These guys sometimes get a bad write up .. but I’ve been there for my wife’s car and it’s been very good.

My car had a failure with the air suspension system. It took nearly a month to replace and adjust. Too long. I had to ask for a loaner car. I find that poor service and disrespectful for a $6,500 job!!

I have taken two Hyundai vehicles to Round Rock Hyundai for service on several occasions over the last few years. Everyone that I have dealt with in the service and parts departments over the course of several years has been friendly and professional. They are great about updating me on what is going with my car, including letting me know quickly when a part is going to take longer to arrive than expected. I also appreciate that they have consistently been able to fix things right the first time.

This episode starts around September of 2020.I wasnt able to start my car and had to get my car towed to the dealer so they could fix it under warranty. But they said they cant give me a rental until they start servicing the car which was about a week from the day my car got towed. I had to uber and Lyft to work and ask my friends for pick up.It was an issue with the starter which they replaced. (To their credit, car got fixed 2 days faster than expected) but they also found out about two recalls that need to be done.They didnt have parts to get my second recall so I got only one of them done and was told that they would call me when the part arrived so I could get it done but I had to call them after a couple of months to find out that the part had arrived. (No one called me)I need to do get my second recall done but they dont open on the weekends. So I need to do it during the week but I work full time. If I leave it during the week I need a rental car because I need to go to work but they dont offer complimentary rentals anymore because of COVID. I guess I wont get my recall done until sometime in 2021.

I have attempted to reach Round Rock Hyundai on the status of a vehicle. I called 4 times and was put on hold for 20 min each time to be put into voicemail. I did not receive one call back to get my question answered. If I ran a business this way Id be out of business. This type of service is appalling.

Hyundai is okay, but on the flip side, I’m thankful that my car is still covered under warranty for repairs. I just wish it didn’t take forever to get my car back in 6-8 weeks time frame, all for an engine replacement, which is kinda odd in my opinion...But hey, I’m not an auto expert, so again, I’m thankful for the service getting done to fix my car and the loaner vehicle they provided...

I have a check engine light come on. The earliest appointment provided was 14 days out. Upon which car needs to be dropped off with potentially it taking from 24 hours to 72 hours. Obviously this is unacceptable levels of service. Furthermore, the front office taking appointments is not helpful, service staff (perhaps overworked) are rude. Overall, Why spend thousands of dollars for a car whose service department is this bad? WILL NOT GO WITH HYUNDAI.

I have a mechanic shop I try to order a parts and didnt do it cuz I dont have account they not even try to help me to open one, so I call south point Hyundai they helped me fast without problem.
I like their service center because of the desks. A great place to work remotely because none of the sales staff bother you.
Let me start off by saying my sales experience was excellent. However Ive had my vehicle back 3 times for service and EVERY experience has been the worst. First was due to faulty wiring which happened within 3 days of ownership. I had to deal with Kimmey or Camie and she was rude, entered my reason for service incorrectly and just didnt seem to care at all that my 3 day old vehicle was needing IMO major service. Was told when icalled that I would have a loaner but of course this poor excuse of an employee refused to get me the agreed vehicle without paying a rental charge. Of course I didnt agree to this so I walked over to my sales rep, he apologized profusely asked me to wait at his desk and in less than 10 minutes s appeared with my loaner (one example of how great he was). Came back in 3 days got my car and left. 2nd time went in for an oil change, refused to deal with Kimmey/Camie and while waiting in line I overheard this lady make negative comments about whomever she was working with and I thought, wow. Shes just a horrible person and went on about my oil change but at that point I decided I would no longer give my regular maintenance business to this location and until recently, had no intentions of going back. Fast forward 18 months and the CEL came on. Completely forgetting about Kimmy/Camie I scheduled an appointment came in to drop it off and was greeted by the same negative unprofessional individual and she stayed consistent. Refused to look up my warranty info, basically told me I didnt have to leave my car and at one point refused to get her manager. I walked out ready to take my car to another place but on my way out I saw my sales rep and explained to the current situation. He said let me get her manager and we dealt with another lady who was so nice and so professional. Ended up being a gas cap but I gladly paid my bill and left. I doubt I will ever be back as long as Kimmy/Camie is on staff. One bad apple can ruin the bunch and based on comments that have been made I suspect not too many of her coworkers like working with her. She must know somebody to still have a job because I dont know why other place that would tolerate her in a work environment. Its a shame because the sales people are above the rest.
