I was not happy with the service, I was told that the service would take roughly around 2 hrs so I left home dropping the car. I was told that I will get a call when the service is done but I didn’t hear for almost 4 and half hours. I tried calling couple of times and Nobody picked the call and I left the voice mail as well but still no response. I finally went there by getting a ride from my friend and I was told that the service was done long back. When it was done why I was not told by a call.I asked for the complementary car wash and they made a note of that but when they returned, the car was not washed. Why did they make a note of that when they offer the complementary. Not sure of that.I was not really happy about the service.

I have been coming to RR Toyota Service since I purchased my RAV4 last year. I completely trust the service department with all the repairs and maintenance of my vehicle. They are honest, trustworthy and have made each visit pleasant. I enjoyed each service advisor I’ve had so far. I won’t go anywhere else. The dealership is slightly more expensive, but I think it’s worth it.

My husband had a 9 am appointment on this Saturday. He arrived early at 8:30. He only needed a 50,000 mile checkup. His car SAT for 2 hrs. with no work being done to it AT ALL - finally began work 10:55 am. No update was given to him to allow him to cancel sitting in line. When he asked about his vehicle they wouldn’t give him an update on ETA.This is the only Toyota dealership nearby, but Google also shows right now they are “lighter” than usual.They mentioned they were understaffed today, but I’m sorry if you make appointments for a weekend, make sure you have enough staff to cover and don’t book everyone at once. Prioritize appointments above walk-in’s.My husband had mentioned that he usually comes after work and service is quick, but this was something he had to put off until weekend.4 hours and counting… husband is still at the dealership.

I took my car in for oil change. Got a call from advisor that the car was ready. I went to pick up my car from Toyota and noted the check engine light on and other lights were on as well. I was still at Toyota parking lot so I called the advisor and informed him about the check engine light and the other lights, he told me to bring the car back in for them to check it out. The advisor brought my car back to me after they checked it and told me my gas cap needed to be changed that’s why the lights were on. I was very disappointed that I had to pick up my car with a check engine light on, makes me wonder if they even checked my car. I noted oil on my drive way the next day after Toyota changed my oil, I just had it checked out by a mechanic and I was asked by the mechanic if I had my oil changed recently. I told the mechanic that I had my oil changed by Toyota, I was told by the mechanic that the DRAIN PLUG was not closed after the oil was changed. Now I have oil all over my driveway and I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay for another mechanic to diagnose that. Very very disappointed in Toyota.

I had a very early appointment for an oil change so I could get back to work. For some reason it took 2 hours though there were very few customers. I decided to let them install new wiper blades and service my battery. Anotherhour. 3 hours is too much time for such basic tasks.

I went in for an oil change and to check on a oil leak in my Tacoma. The Service Advisor was friendly and helpful. He said there were also 2 recalls. I had an appointment. I waited for 2 1/2 hours and the Service Advisor came out and said he would check on my vehicle. A short time later he came out and said that the truck hadn’t even been seen by the the mechanic there was still one ahead of mine. He explained that they were short mechanics today. It might have been nice to know when I came in or maybe they could have offered a discounted or free oil change, nope. I left and they lost a customer. I have never written a negative review but this was ridiculous and no way to treat a customer.

Lawrence Torres, my service advisor was very professional and exceeded my expectations when it comes to punctuality. I dropped of my vehicle at 5pm for the scheduled services at 1pm the next day for half a day job. At 7am, they were already working on my vehicle and before 11am, the services were completed. Diagnostics, recommendations, and results of the services performed was sent online for my verification and acceptance or deferment which gave me an idea on how to prepare for the next maintenance costs. I was given a 25% discount as a promotion and my rental vehicle was not charged after I returned it on time. I was also able to just pay online (social distance) instead of in person so transaction and vehicle pick up was smooth and quick. No waste of my time at all. Thank you Round Rock Toyota Service Department! I definitely consider this as one of the best experiences I have had from a dealership! Keep it up and may God bless you guys!

Good experience overall. I was disappointed it took about three hours to get a oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was surprised I still had to wait that long. Otherwise things went smoothly.

I scheduled my 35k mileage service here and my advisor was Nicole and It was unpleasant conversation from beginning. I left my car at 8.40 Am for a recall and 35k service. I only got my vehicle back at 5 pm. I have to call her to check the status and never updated me about what’s going on and why it’s taking time. At the end, I was surprised by the charges for the service and I don’t have any complaints on my vehicle condition prior to service as well as after. She never bothered about explaining the reason for the charges. When I ask why these charges for a general service, her reply was worst and I didn’t feel it’s worth for me to spend more time there. I wouldn’t go here next time.

Service Advisor went out of their way to make sure recommendations made by the mechanic were absolutely correct and that those recommendations were no more than needed given our circumstances (selling the car).They did include recommendations for things needed in the future too. The environment here was great. The place look like a palace for your car. Your service advisor will treat you like King/Queen (esp. Sally Hubert. She got a great personality). My star for service advisor for this place is always going to be 5 star. HOWEVER, your mechanic might not treat your car the same way your advisor treat you. Due to an unfortunate event of leaving my car for service, she has been swiped and oil marked by one of the mechanic. Now it might be an accident by the mechanic, or he/she was rushing due to the huge amount of traffic that the service center gets but it was not disclosed to me until I pick up my car and notice the swipe. Unfortunately for me, I do not have proof because I didnt take a before picture. As for the lovely oil finger print marks, Im fine with it. It proves that your mechanic works on your car and put the oil that it needs. My only concern for car owners is that PLEASE take a before picture around your car when you go servicing your car here or anywhere else because you will never know you might end up with a paint touch-up/correction with your service bill.

I have been trying to get into get my maintenance done and can not get in for at least 3 weeks for an oil change and tire rotation. I have bought 6 new vehicles in the past 15 years here and will not be returning due to not being able to get an appointment when needed. You should have available appointments for returning customers. This is unacceptable.

My service manager Adrian continues to impressme with his top notch customer service: I called in close to a Saturday afternoon closing time with a dying dealer-only hybrid battery and he directed me to come in while he started the paperwork. He greeted me at the bay door entrance and invited me to the waiting area while he carried on. Forty five minutes passed and I was on my way. You guys hire right. p.s. Your hybrid batteries cost too much.

Amazing service. Not only did they hook me up with a service appointment quickly, but they finished much faster than expected. I cant say enough about how helpful and efficient the workers are here. I have a very low milage Highlander. So I asked for an overall check, well ahead of the milage schedule. They accomplished everything I asked for. Service was on-time, actually very fast, and efficient. Service personnel explained everything -- I didnt need anything in particular. VERY CLEAN waiting area. GREAT coffee. Have owned multiple Toyotas for over 25 years, in several states. This is the best service department of all the ones we have ever visited.

Came here for a 45k maintenance. Brought car in early. We knew we would be waiting a while so it doesn’t matter.The service lady (Kristine Blackburn) NEVER came out to check on us, or show us what needed to be worked on to get our approval. 3 hours in. We got frustrated and went to ask her how long it’d take. Only THEN did she pull out the inspection sheet to ask us what we wanted done. So done.Came in for a 1pm appointment, it is now 4pm..our car is BARELY being worked on. Not happy.

He’s always helpful and will go to, what seems to me great lengths, to make sure I get the services I need without going overboard. Went in for recall repair and last “free” maintenance check, which is kind of misleading, should be 3 free oil changes. Anyway, when I made the appt I was told it would take a couple of hours. When I got there I was told it was all day. No loaner vehicle, but they did Uber me home and back. Unfortunately I had another appointment later in afternoon, based on original time told to me and ended up spending $40+ for Lyft because I didn’t have my car. Nicole also did not take the time to go over what was done with my car, only told me to sign that I was picking it up. Not the best visit this time around.

From the time I drove in service area, I was politely greeted and escorted to my Service Advisor’s area Nicole Duran. She wasn’t available, so Julia expediently explained and proceeded with this wonderful teamwork of what would be done! Julia Also Checked on status of my recall “replace fuel pump” & was told part was in and they could do that after other maintenance service. But would need to leave my Camry 2019 XLE there & pickup by 6pm. Julia also informed they could do safety inspection & I could pay next day upon getting my car! Since I couldn’t wait, Julia provided courtesy Uber drive to take me home. Notifiedby Text driver name, vehicle color, license plate & arrival time for me to come outside. The scheduling & timing was perfect. Picked my car up next morn & they provided complimentary wash! This was a very stress-free experience without any confusion. I had a recall and a electric door lock malfunctioning. Service rep took car in and offered me a ride. Wife brought me and a few hrs later they called and said service completed. They also offered me a car wash but it was raining and I declined. 1st time there and it is a clean facility with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

I’ve been bringing two vehicles here for about five years now and the lobby is clean and staff are nice but that’s the only good thing about it. From leaving my truck windows down in a bad rain storm and handing the truck back with two inches of water in the center console, to forcing you to make an appointment for anything and then taking three days to change out a part they have in stock. Trying to schedule work and picking up/dropping of toddler at day care is impossible when they always lie about timing. I requested a loaner when they left my truck open in the rain for them to have time to clean but service manager told me he is not allowed to do that and did nothing for me or the truck. Place is a joke. Highly recommend sending your vehicle anywhere but here.
