I went in last Saturday to look at the Highlander. The sales guy (dont know his name because he never introduced himself) was condescending and rude after I mentioned that I was just there to look at the car (I was running short on time). He replied that I could see everything online and acted like I was wasting his time. He walked me out to the Highlanders, opened the doors to one, and then walked away to help a couple who was also looking. He didnt volunteer any information about the Highlander, didnt try to show me any of the features, and didnt bother to even try to sell me on it. Should I choose to buy a Highlander, it will not be from this dealership and definitely not from that jerk.

I leased a new 2020 Toyota Camry. Andrew and Saeed helped me to get a good deal.. I wasnt happy with my lease first. I left negative review. I wanted to return the car after one day and buy a used car. The manager told me I will loose $5000 . I got angry... But then I realized my children and my wife are happy and like the car. After 5 days, now I like it. It is really smooth. Also it is not smelly like used car... I can ride a new Camry with a little bit higher than$200!! Impressive....I gave 4 star, because I called them several times and they didnt answer to me.... Specially,the finance department.

Adrian, Chris, and Paul took amazing care of me throughout a very long and difficult diagnosis. I am very happy with the service provided at this dealership.

So over all our experience with Arman was great but his boss Vu Le was extremely rude and aggressive and raised his voice to us. Not very professional we did not appreciate it.

Avoid this place like plague. They charge you way over the toyota list price. I would buy from elsewhere. Toyota sets list price where they cant sell more than the list price unless its rebadged by this dealership. Its not about a $ difference in the transaction, its about transparency in the pricing and fairness.

Sales guy was not really that forthcoming about vehicle availability, seemed preoccupied with something else . Kept looking around . Ultimately he left us at the table for some other customer ... we were there around 6 pm Saturday, he gave us about 5 minutes of his time . Very bad experience !
