The sale department was very nice and helpful, shipping was greeted by very nice lady . The nice lady was constantly bad mouthed by the 2 other lady’s in the office . The experience made me a little upset that someone would talk to go workers like that . Completely unprofessional and should be addressed. The receiving dock was a mess and customer service was a joke at best . No respect for people waiting in line for products. All customers asking each other how dose this work . I spent a lot of money on a bed to be hanging on the side of shipping dock acting like I was reviving emergency supplies and should feel lucky I get what I get . When I went in to ask questions the told me I need to stay out side . I will not recommend this place to anyone .

My fiancé and I went to this store after trying to buy furniture for our new home. When we went to the furniture store, they didn’t have a wide selection or anything we liked. We went ahead to the closest Mattress Firm and Travis helped us out and was amazing! He helped us pick one out and gave us other options with better pricing! Came in looking just to see the different kinds of mattresses there are and i ended up buy a whole new bed. I was planning on getting one anyways but i didn’t think it would be easy, but the great customer service allowed it to be just that. Got a whole new bed for less than $500 and i cant wait to get it this Saturday.

This is our second purchase buying a mattress from mattress firm in 8 yrs..We were in the market for a set as we’re shifting our sons room to a big boy room for his upcoming bday. Max was a pleasure to deal with. They have great savings as well which is why we always return when it’s time to buy a new one. Although the person who closed night before left the store wide open as we were confused as why we waited 30 mins In store before anyone arrived, poor Max’s super surprised we were sitting there waiting. Today I decided to finally leave my house for the first time since Covid to make a much needed purchase for a new mattress. The anxiety of being out in public was a lot & ALL the choices in mattress options creates more overwhelming feelings...however my experience today was amazing. Nadia was the associate working today and she was AMAZING. She was knowledgeable, didnt give the creepy sales rep oversell pitching, friendly, and personable. Adam was fantastic. We were put off by the pushy salespeople at other furniture and mattress stores but he let us shop around and gave us helpful information and was knowledgeable about all the products in the store. We found the perfect mattress and got a great deal with the promotion at the time. My only complaint is that we were told we needed a base of our own to use with the adjustable base. When the mattress was delivered we were told we didn’t need the base and had to struggle a bit to take it apart so the delivery men were able to set up our new mattress. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service we got from Adam and the quality of our new bed.

I received Tremendous service at this store. Richard was helpful, thoughtful, direct and honest. He was not interested in “upselling” me or adding on itemizations. Richard was a fair negotiator and helped create a win-win. The best experience I had however was Richard actually went above and beyond. Richard called in a family member to help me move my mattress because i was in a very tight bind. This was an exceptional circumstance met by exceptional service. I thoroughly recommend this store and Richard.

I had a terrible experience with Mattress One off of limestone, ordered a bed in August and they were not able to deliver it in September. I had talked to Steven when I was first looking for beds and went with the cheaper option instead. That was a mistake.I went back to Mattress Firm, to talked with Steven and was surprised at how much he cared about getting us quality over quantity. He kept our budget in mind and helped find my wife and I some awesome deals. Here is the best part. We ordered on Wednesday and they delivered on Friday. I highly recommend reaching out to Steven, he provides top notch customer service and is great at matching the bed to your needs.

Extremely unhappy with the mattress we purchased and Scott told us there was no way to return or exchange it for 30days. I can not sleep on this bed. Terrible customer service I just wanted to exchange it but now I just want to never do business with this company again. I feel like he could have tried to help us but instead he blamed the whole situation on us.

The company gets mattresses at an extremely low price and then marks the price up by an unethical amount. Stop building stores, let other small businesss use those spots. I am sitting here waiting on my mattress delivery at almost 10pm for the 3rd time as the tracker is now at stop 8 and I was stop 5, Ive been here waiting for hours and no mattress!! Called and they basically said they couldnt help me and I have to call back tomorrow if it doesnt arrive tonight. This is ridiculous... I just edited my review down to one star due to the sheer inconvenience of the whole thing and total lack of support!!
