We just had the easiest bed buying experience from Marc. We came in to a super friendly guy who knew his mattresses. We explained what we needed and he got busy and gave us multiple options and also gave my Husband and I time to figure out what was best for us. We finally decided on ours and he gave us great financing information and we had a done deal and the mattress was delivered 2 days later. Good convenient location in the big shopping center. This location might have 1 or a few workers depending on the week. They do as best as they can to accommodate your needs and various bed selections. They even have a slight discounted mattress area in the back too.

The sales gal was extremely friendly and helpful. Got us what we wanted AND it was on sale. Score! We had to go to the warehouse to pick it up which was nearby but they were getting ready to close. So we rushed over there, walked into the office (@7:50pm) and said Hi. The guy behind the counter didn’t respond and just threw his arm out to take the paperwork. Was very matter of fact with signing the paperwork, checked my ID, and left to get the product. It was very obvious he was more interested in leaving on time. He was kind enough to put it in the back of the truck. Still had 3 min to spare before 8pm. It was okay. But sales gal was great!!

We came into the Mattress Firm on University Blvd in Round Rock, Tx on March 31st. My bf and I had no idea what kind of mattress nor how much we wanted to spend beyond what type of firmness we liked. The associate named Nadia helped us out tremendously and tried to give us a different bed in each price range. She made the mattress buying experience less stressful and I commend her for that. The next time we get a mattress when we get our house in a few years we will go back there and see if she is still there.

We had been shopping for a mattress since April and our experience with Mall Furniture left a very bad taste in our mother. We walked into Mattress Firm with our guards up and very defensive But Mera was very patient and knowledgeable. She gave us the time we needed and guided us through each mattress brand. After an afternoon of searching around and 3-4 different mattress stores we found the perfect location with the best customer service. Samantha, the store manager approached myself and my fiancée right away with a smile and heard our complaints about our current mattress and immediately began showing us excellent choices. She checked us while we laid down to see our alignment, gave input for what was best for my back issues and was the appropriate amount of being there to assist but not ever pushing us where we felt uncomfortable like you do get in many other stores. We went to the Mattress Firm near the HEB off of West University. Honestly, we were going in to look, strictly to look and then we started talking to Mike. Mike is a great salesman, took his time answered all of our questions, he told us what to expect with each mattress.

Ive been to a few different locations around austin and RR but the one closest to my home was the best! I was looking for a queen, comfortable, not too over price mattress and Samantha was the one who helped me, she was SUPER helpful and I found the perfect mattress set with frame for $500. Loved my experience there. And will be referring my family and friends to this location.

Montrail Is so helpful, when getting Into the bed you want. You start by choosing the firmness and then go to step two and then step three to find bases and mattresses and the perfect comfort. He made sure we had what we wanted and adjusted our products to accomodate our delivery schedule. Thank you for all your help!!!

Bought a mattress six weeks ago and one of the springs has already broken, find out that in order to see if it is covered under warranty I have to pay 30 dollars for a self inspection kit, only to be told that my claim is still being denied, but I can appeal for another 30 dollars just to send pictures and measurements in. Ive done this too, and havent even gotten a response in three weeks. I call the store, no one answers, call corporate no one answers. Then I checked the stock price of their parent company Steinhoff international on Google... Its gone from 6 euros a share to 0.41 euros a share. The word on Wall Street is theyre going out of business, dont buy from Mattress Firm. They arent going to be there in a year to honor the warranty when their cheap mattress breaks
