It has been over 10 years since we purchased our adjustable bed. The store was actually sleep experts when we purchased. That didnt make a difference to Steve {salesperson) and Laura (manager of the store). The head adjustment went out and they found out what type of adjustable base we purchased and to make an offer if we couldnt get ours fixed.We will purchase from this location as long as they are here.Thank you for having such Great Customer Service.

Best place to buy a mattress, they went above and beyond to help us with the sale. Never rushed us for anything and was very knowledgeable with every question we had and even had better solutions to some. Will definitely be coming back here for our next mattress purchase!

My wife and I needed a mattress so we stopped by mattress firm and we had no idea what we were looking for or what price range we were going to be looking at for a good mattress. We were greeted promptly by an awesome sales rep, his name was Charlton Holmes. He was extremely polite and kind. He asked us multiple questions to get an idea of what we would like in a mattress. He showed us multiple different options of mattresses and frames. We stopped by one place before we went there and the prices seemed extremely high and out of our range, nor did they have financing options which could have gotten us a mattress sooner. Charlton at mattress firm told us about their no credit financing and we went with that one and we got approved. He explained to us how to avoid all the fees with the financing if we chose to and was very extremely informative through out the entire process. He has excellent customer service skills, very down to earth person. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us! He deserves 5 stars by himself! Best deal in town for sure! We walked in and were immediately greeted by Laura. We explained that we’ve been sleeping on a waterbed for over 40 years but we needed a new bed. I wasn’t ready to leave my waterbed but agreed that I’d like a lower bed. Laura took us straight to the perfect bed for us. It felt more like my waterbed experience which surprised me. My husband prefers a more firm bed than me. We ended up getting 2 different mattresses,I have a 3 inch and he has a 2 inch. I went to Mattress Firm looking for a bed for my son with Cerebral Palsy. I had spoken with Laura, the manager earlier by phone asking if she thought the store would have something that would work. Before I got to the store, she had looked up Cerebral Palsy and some of the most common issues that come with having that diagnosis. I was floored. None had ever been that thoughtful to actually make sure my son got the bed he needed with the features to help him. She then had my son try many different beds to see which firmness would be best for him. She kept my budget in mind and was able to get him a great bed that he can control with his voice. Great customer service. She made me feel valued and treated my son with respect and dignity, something that doesnt happen often.

Highly highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service! Andy helped me and my boyfriend. He was very informative and professional. What is unique about this location is they have technology that takes your measurements, pressure points, sleeping positions, etc and helps figure out a list of mattresses that would be best for you depending on your specific needs. So if you were like us and didn’t know exactly what kind of mattress you want this place would be great to help narrow down some options and just makes the whole process easier.

If you are mattress shopping, stop here. I was against the brick and mortar mattress store/salesperson, but glad I came here.We planned to get a mattress from Sams Club or the like, but Laura at Mattress Firm gave us a deal we couldnt refuse. I balked at the MSRP, but they seem to always have a deal going on. Absolutely, was not interested in an adjustable bed frame, but happy we have one!Laura was very good at helping us find a mattress that my partner and I both liked and was knowledgeable about the product to guide us to the next mattress after I declared one too soft or too firm. She was also beyond patient as my partner and I had to discuss our options privately, multiple times, to make sure we were comfortable with the price ranges and wanted to do some research to make sure we couldnt get a better price elsewhere. She never made me feel cheap or less than when I shared my price range or determined something was too expensive.Also, a huge bonus, is the red carpet delivery. At 9 months pregnant, I was little/no help to be moving an old mattress and hauling a new mattress to second story. Delivery was quick and easy. They moved our old bedframe and mattress into another room before installing the new one. Definitely worth the small delivery charge.

This is a great store very clean very big selection of great affordable beds with adjustable bases from Twin to King. The customer service is a great and very friendly. My Girlfriend and I went in to look at new mattresses (She said mine that I had been sleeping on for years was hard and worn out :/ ). The sales guy Lucas was very knowledgable and down to earth. He explained the color coding system and had us try out several different beds and asked what we liked and disliked about each. Eventually what was supposed to be a 10 minute, just to look, shopping trip ended up being us trying beds and talking to him for about an hour and a half. 20 minutes of which ended up being on a mattress we found and decided that it was the one we wanted. We thanked him and said we were just looking today and didnt have the money at the moment to buy today, he was happy to help regardless. We had such a good experience and liked the bed so much, we talked about it for two days and then went back and bought the mattress and had it delivered 2 days later on monday.

Most definitely my go to matress place, specifically because of one associate named Adam. They dont Hassel you or force you into anything here. Adam genuinely cared about what we wanted and he gave us the time to decide on our major purchase. Buying a bed is difficult and really expensive this company worked with us and really gave us the deal we wanted for the mattress we loved.Delivery was another thing!! They were amazing! We live in an apartment complex with stairs they were so gentle taking up our matress and frame! So fast as setting everything up and very friendly!The company knows what there talking about and have a lot of knowledge on bed quality and there promotions. We went to 7 different matress stores and this store was the only one who could answer all our questions!
