I was sold a vehicle that was purchased by this dealership at auction. The truck was from out of state and part of the sales process is that the vehicle has to pass a state inspection to get tags in the state of Texas. The inspection by the dealership unlawfully passed the truck even though it had illegal window tint and an illegal exhaust. I emailed the entire sales management staff about this concern with no response.Update 8/13 - I was called by the sales manager after leaving this review. He offered to fix the tint and look at the exhaust. After taking with some other service technicians it sounded reasonable that the inspection folks didnt use a meter on the window film and did the emissions test. I decided to take the truck to my tint shop to address all the windows not just the ones that need to be fixed. I prefer my tinted windows to match all the way around. The exhaust...I didnt see them replacing the stock muffler so I will find another solution. Overall its a nice truck and I got it at a great price. Changing to 4 stars -1 for the lack of response from my sales guy.

I know right now cars are few and far between, but as soon as they had exactly what I wanted they contacted me and I was able to get my dream car. The finance department was also so friendly and did non-pressure business. All around an easy experience!

Proceed with caution. They will recommend services that are not even in your owners manual, like flushing the brake hydraulic system just to make extra money. Car mileage at the time was 29,000. They also told me one of my battery cables needed to be replaced due to corrosion. I went home and easily cleaned it off and it was like new. The cost for those two items would have been about $200. Disappointing.

I felt like I was buying a Lamborghini through the whole car experience, treated like royalty. Phil was wonderful best car salesman ever. Honest, efficient and kind. I will be back for my next Toyota and would not buy anywhere else or from anyone but Phil. Thank you all for a great car and all the extra effort. I originally went over to Kia of Round Rock because I had a Kia. They were unwilling to work with me within my budget after I had bought three cars off of there lot. So I went next door to Toyota and they were more than happy and willing to work with me within my budget. I was in and out of there within two and a half hours with a Rav 4. I definitely give this place an A++++.

We bought our first car from here about 3 years ago and had a great experience. I cant remember the name of the guy that helped us, but he was very tall and wore glasses I believe? We were in the market for another vehicle this year and we just worked with Amanda and had a great experience with her as well. She was so nice and funny and laid back, which made the process enjoyable. She was always 3 steps ahead and made sure we were comfortable while waiting for the paperwork (I would recommend weekday shopping over a Saturday or Sunday, as it does get busy, but I wouldnt expect anything different from such a great dealership!) This dealership just really takes care of its customers and honestly wants to get you the best deal. The negotiation process is very different than any other place Ive shopped at. Other dealerships will make you feel like youre asking for too much, but not RR Toyota. Sure, there are deals they just cant do, but it just feels like they really are in your corner and want to do whatever they can to get you in your dream car. I cant stop smiling every time we get in our new car. This dealership will get all of our future return business, for sure.

They got me the car and I want and the color I want instead of telling me its hard to find a new car nowadays and sell me what they have on hand. I appreciate that extra effort trying to find me what I have in mind instead. However, lack of communication after deposit and there was barely any update during the 2+ week waiting period makes the whole experience less satisfying. Overall, Im glad that I purchase from them instead of other toyota dealership in the area.

My experience with this dealership has changed my opinion on car shopping. I have always dreaded buying a new car, as dealing with the sales reps are the equivalent of having an conversation with a brick wall. Hannah Thomson has changed all that. She spent 3hrs helping me to narrow down a decision between several models and she was nothing short of patient and polite. I never felt like I was in battle mode to get a fair deal. In fact, she provide 2 excellent deals which is why it took so long to choose. Another thing that impressed me is how Hannah listened on what I was looking for and never tried to sway me to something else. She also fixed my GPS on my phone so thats another +1 for her. The rest of the staff was wonderful and doing the financial paperwork was an easy experience! I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They have earned a loyal customer.

Hannah Thomson is the best sales person to work with! Walked in on her day off and had the wonderful pleasure of meeting her counterpart, Austin and she was just as amazing! Went back on Saturday to close a deal and Hannah was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased along with any other questions I had. She’s so amazing I even had my fiancé purchase with her. I took my car for a routine maintenance service at this location on 7/24/21. I had the worst customer service so far seen at a service location. Even after servicing my car only at Toyota service centers the past few years, they couldnt locate my previous service history and recommended doing all the past services all over again. They didnt care about the customer so got my name wrong and never bothered to fix it. I usually go to the Cedar park Toyota location which so far has the best service in Austin-area. I just wanted to try Round rock Toyota location since I moved to Round Rock. Never again. Going back to Cedar park location.

We saw a car on Autotrader and called to schedule a test drive. They told us that the car was still available and so we were on our way. They called again 10 min before the appointment and said that the car we wanted was sold 3 days ago. They also said there is a similar car available for a test drive, so we agreed to see it. When we arrived the sales person said that that car is not ready for a test drive yet but we can start the paperwork and put down the deposit and then come back is 5-6 days to test drive it. We asked if there was anything in our price range to test drive now and the answer was no but we could start a paperwork on any car and put down the deposit and theyre call us when its available. So we left. In a highly competitive market its unacceptable to treat your customers like that and be so unorganized. Who starts paperwork on a car they havent seen yet?

We had an appointment to see a used car. When we went at the appointment time no one came to help us or asking us if we are looking to buy. We went around the show room looking for the person we had appointment with (even asked some of the other sales people where to find him). No one was interested in selling us any cars. The reception desk reluctantly said have a sit and he will call the sales person. Then we are told the car is not available for sale yet. When we asked to see it (twice!) he reluctantly took us around looking for it but he couldnt find it. No other talk about trying to sell us anything. Definitely place like this doesnt deserve our business.

Traded in my 18 Tundra, bought a new 21 Highlander Platinum AWD, surprised they had one! Hannah spent plenty of time showing me all the features and options on it, I never felt rushed and always felt helped. Really pleased with our experience here, and will definitely swap out the other car here soon.EDIT: Four months later, traded in my 18 Civic, bought a new 21 Tacoma. Same great service from Hannah, and even had some help from another crew mate when I brought in my wife to test drive. These were real people doing their job with us, and super lenient with my disregard for keeping paperwork (I couldnt tell you where the titles for the cars we traded in were... Still dont know).Still really enjoying our car/truck combo, happy we have service covered for a few years, even happier to be regarded as a returning customer and not just another sale.

I almost never write reviews, but I am so frustrated with this dealership.We bought a vehicle from this dealership towards the end of January. We started noticing rattling under the vehicle when it is driven, the engine making a weird noise, and every so often the truck shakes really bad when idling. We took it in to get looked at before the 30 days was up. We drove from Temple to Round Rock the Saturday the snow storm started. The gentleman told us almost all of his technicians called out, so they were only doing oil changes and inspections. We were a little annoyed, but it was understandable. We were then told to take it to our nearest Ford dealership because they would be able to look and fix everything faster than this shop could. We were told everything was going to fall under the 30 day warranty since we came in and there was documentation of issues before our 30 days. When we were able to get the truck looked at by the Ford dealership, they are saying that the Toyota dealership isnt going to pay for anything, so we owed money up front for diagnosis and repairs. I called MULTIPLE times last week and left messages with Sales Managers (Raymond) so we could take care of the issue. I have been unable to reach anyone or have anyone return my phone calls.On top of all this, our temp tags expired on Monday, March 15th. Friday before our tags expired, our sales rep (David) contacted us saying they never did a inspection on the truck and he needed us to come in so they could do the inspection and get us our plates. We ended up just paying for a inspection and sending him the paperwork because our work schedules conflicted with availability, and again we live in Temple.Unfortunately, I would not recommended this dealership. If their lack of communication and common courtesy to return phone calls and messages isnt enough for you stay clear, then their negligence in doing an inspection and taking care of mechanical issues should.

This dealership currently has proof that they currently own our car from the DMV and still will not release the money that is owed to us. My service writer, Scott Backus, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt he wanted to help me get the best for my car and my pocketbook. He made me want to bring my car back to you.Three things:When I made the appointment, my first at RR Toyota, I was not directed to the service bldg across the street. I had to ask about it after driving around the sales bldg several times.Second: I was not certain about whether I was supposed to pull into the service area; there were several cars sitting outside the”drive up” sign and it was a little confusing.Third. I have never before been in a dealership where my service writer was my cashier. I waited for service in the lounge area for a long time before being told to go outside. Info would have helped.

I suggest do not deal with theses guys or be extra vigilant! I bought a used Nissan Murano for $8,600, they told me that they have inspected the car and it is ready to drive, they told me all the good things you could hear about the car. Later I noticed the windshield reservoir was leaking, I contacted them, they said it is an easy fix, smear some glue to stop it. After a month or so I noticed not only the water tank is leaking but the radiator is leaking too. I called them again, they told me that the manager who made the deal is on vacation and will be back one month later. I drove there and told them the issue. They asked me if I registered my issue with office when I noticed it! I said I continuously called you guys and no one told me to register my issue. Finally I end up replacing radiator and catholic converter for additional $1500! I suggest do not deal with theses guys or be extra vigilant!

If I never do business with this dealership again, it will be solely because of the finance department. I no longer own my Camry, for which I had purchased a prepaid maintenance package. I was told I had to speak to the finance department to find out if I have any money owed me on the remainder of the package. Despite multiple messages left and promises of a call back, I have yet to hear from anyone. My husband and I have purchased not one but TWO Toyotas from this dealership in the past. While I no longer own my car, weve given this dealership our business in the past. Rest assured, however, we will think twice before doing so in the future.

Sir, I had my 2016 RAV4 repaired and serviced in Round Rock this week. I just want to tell you that all the folks at your store were friendly and professional. Especially Bob L and Gilbert who worked with me on a warranty issue and facilitated an acceptable and fair compromise. Note this was my first experience with a Toyota extended warranty. I would also like to mention Samantha and Sandra with whom I spoke several times on the phone. My service coordinator was Iris; top notch, knowledgeable, and friendly. People like the ones mentioned above are likely why I have purchased five cars there over the past several years. It is refreshing and makes me happy to know that people in a fast moving business still care abut civil speech and working with the customer.

I came to this dealership to buy a new car with my mother in law. She had been coming here for years for service.She found a car she liked and we worked with Kevin V through the whole process. Kevin was truly an amazing sales rep to work with. He communicates extremely well and went to bat for us on numerous occasions with his sales manager. He did everything in his power to sell a car and we wanted to buy a car from him. I could not recommend him enough.The reason for the poor review is due to Kevin’s sales managed Bob. We knew what car we wanted in what color and had agreed on a price. We were notified that they did not have that color in stock. We asked if they could do a dealer swap to get us what we wanted. Bob who was incorrectly wearing a mask briefly talked to us and said we could buy any other car on his lot but he would not go out of his way to get us another car from another dealer. He didn’t even make a single phone call!! When I mentioned to him that I would have to drive a few miles down the road to his biggest competitor and risk losing a sale for his agent Kevin he simply said ok have a great day and let us walk out.I have never seen a sales manager at the end of the month and end of year encourage you to go to their biggest competitor over a couple hundred dollars.Moral or the story is Kevin was great but don’t deal with Bob. In fact Bob might encourage you to deal with a competitor, he which we did. It was a big beautiful new dealership. If I was Kevin I would have quit my job over losing a sales because of Bob.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but their commitment to helping me find the Tacoma I was looking for needs to be noted and commended. I began the week with a phone call from Hannah in sales. She sent me daily specifications for inbound trucks. Later that same week, Saturday, when the wife and I went in person to test drive trucks she was still working to try to get the truck I wanted. The test drive truck became the truck I wanted. There was a slight hiccup with possibly me getting the truck, but Hannah and Justyn were not going to be stopped. I recently sold the latest I purchased from you guys, I called to cancel the extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle. My wife and I went into the Toyota dealership this weekend and met a great salesperson, Francisco M. He was kind and patient with us in our process of purchasing our vehicles. Not once did he become pushy or want to add to our purchase. I think overall he was the most sincerest and honest guy we have met in sales in a long time. We appreciated his assistance the whole way through and he was very thorough in letting us know where we were in the process. At the end, he had our vehicles ready, gassed, and washed. My wife and I are proud to be owners of 2 Toyota vehicles, a RAV4 2020 and a CH-R 2020. Thank you Francisco, you did an awesome job. All the best to you and your team.Saul and Donna

It is really sad and unfortunate because I scheduled an appointment and was told that there was 4 cars available for test drive. I show up for my appointment and the sales rep wasn’t even present. I had to wait 30 minutes for help just to be told only 1 of the 4 are available. During our drive this rep was rushing me because he had to get back to the office. All-in-all. Bad experience, but maybe next time.

Both Arman and his Floor Manager were very helpful without the typical high-pressure sales tactics one comes to expect at a car dealership. At first I was not even sure I wanted to buy a Tacoma truck as I had my mind set on the Ford Ranger. They gave me the keys to the Tacoma and let me drive up to the Ford dealership (by myself) a few miles away to have another look. Talk about service and trust! It was close but I ended up getting the Tacoma. They cleaned the truck so good I thought it was detailed! And the trip to the Finance Manager - usually another high-pressure sales pit - was anything but. Again no pressure, just a straight forward explanation of all the options. The dealership is clean and inviting and the Service Department is modern and up-to-date. I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend Arman and the rest of the crew. What’s not to like?

Salesman at howdy honda added hidden costs that werent mentioned in their online add. So i found the same exact car for a better price than howdy. Ricardo Medina honored the online quote that was prequalified and ended up with the sale. Great work. They made it pretty fluid transaction letting me know my best interest rates with other financing companies before closing the deal. Thank you for making up for a bad experience with Howdy Honda.

I have to admit, I went not thinking we would have a car, a friend of us recommended us to come here, as we drive we saw Arman(we didn’t know the name at the time), asked him where was the customer parking, with his cool self pointed toward it. RR Toyota has the best customer service in the greater Austin area. I met with sales consultant, Adam Fuller, the person that helped me purchase my brand new 2020 Toyota Camry.Adam was transparent, accommodating, and wanted nothing more than to see me happy and drive away with a new vehicle. I ended up getting the best bang for my buck with Adam. If I going to buy another car from anyone or anywhere, its going to be at RR Toyota with Adam.I had shopped around with other dealerships and consultants, but none of them compared to RRs customer service. Nonetheless, I came in with ample preparation and knew what I wanted. This experience was amazing and they earned my business with honesty and transparency.

I tried for two years to complete a deal over the internet. I have tried and failed at dealerships across the state of Texas from Dallas to Houston i have searched low and high for the 4rumner of my dreams. Im the toughest customer. I know exactly what i want and get ptsd when i go into a dealership and somebody tries to steer me in any other direction than the one I want to go in. Therefore, two years ago, i gave up on going into car dealerships and I began this saga online dejected and beaten down by failure after failure to procure that I wanted. The failures continued to pile up until one day i finally had the good fortune to meet Mr. Fadi Bakir at Round Rock Toyota. Mr. Bakir was honest with me at every step. He helped guide me through the process online and provided all the information I needed to make the best decisions for myself. My favorite part is he offered me the best price. Additionally, I live on the gulf coast so protecting my vehicle is super important. In fact the truck Im replacing has literally rusted out beneath me. Anyway I mention this because the paint protection packages they offer up at Round Rock Toyota are crux for that extra security in the beach environment and it was an additional bonus to have my car delivered with these extras taken care of off the lot.I just want to tell you right now. If youre like me and feel like its 2021 I should be able to find the 4x4 of my dreams on the internet with no hassle and get it like ordering a pizza with a lot of extra toppings delivered straight to my door step then you my friend can stop right now. Take a deep breath. Relax ive been there. Its possible to do this Im living proof and this is testimony here. Heres what you do. Contact Fadi Bakir at Round Rock Toyota. He didnt give me anything to write this - no special deal for me. He just found what I asked for, was honest, and helped me get what I wanted at a fair price. It shouldnt be such a rare thing. This was our second visit to the Round Rock location of Toyota, we will be returning a third time for sure. Kia T. was the patient salesman who helped us, very quickly he was able to understand what our needs were and where our price range was set. Even though they didnt have a large surplus of Rav4s on that particular day to view, he got us more than what we asked and we could not be happier. The finance team was flexible enough, and paperwork was a breeze. The level of care and attention to the customer is why we keep coming back. Two thumbs up!
