Theres a wonderful Englishman at Round Rock Honda by the name of Paul Heath. If you are lucky, he will be the person you buy your Honda from. Hes wonderfully courteous, gentlemanly, helpful, candid, kind, and goes the extra mile. You never feel youre being condescended to, or sold something you suspect you dont really need or want, and hes knowledgeable beyond anything you can hope for. Hes scrupulously honest, and will give you his candid opinion, which is really helpful, when youre trying to decide between various options.I bought a 2020 pale silver Honda Fit, which I love dearly. Paul delivered it to my home in central Austin on a Friday night, far from Round Rock Honda, and made sure that I could contact him at any time, if I had any questions, or needed help to get familiar with all the features of my new Fit. The price was fantastic: hard to beat, and close to what I paid for my sons Fit 10 years ago. Paul also recommended the LoJack security system (Hondas are very popular with car thieves, who really know what good cars they are), which is going to give me peace of mind a real sense of security.So, Round Rock Honda has good people like this. I live in Central Austin, not in Round Rock, and couldve gone to the Honda dealers there. But someone like Paul Heath makes the whole car buying experience so good, its worth the longer drive up north. Ask for him, when you are looking to buy your next Honda!

Joey Reaves was my salesperson and he is very straightforward, friendly and knowledgeable. On Oct 31 2020 my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Cornelius of Round Rock Honda. I was great. Until it wasnt. Its January 22 2021, i have expired tags no registration. Long story short per the employees I have a bad attitude because of their lack of communication and lets be clear I dont have a bad attitude strong women who clearly can speak up for themselves immediate you. They wont recognize fault in their part.

Warning do not replace your battery at this dealership!!!!! I bought a brand new vehicle here in 2017 it only has 50,000 miles on it as of 2021. 2 years in the battery went dead we got it to the dealership to replace the battery everything was great now two years later the battery is bad again. This battery says it’s 100 months battery when I call the dealership they were like oh I’m sorry your 3/36 is up so we won’t do anything about that hundred months battery you’ll have to buy a new one.

Positive except for the quality of work. The cabin air filter was changed but the glove compartment was not reconnected properly. The vacuum arm was left off making the glove compartment not close. My husband was able to fix it since he’s a retired maintenance engineer. I notified the manager that perhaps more training was needed and he refund the labor charge. His immediate and appropriate response made the rating go from 2 star to 4.

I am very much surprised and sad to say that the customer service at this showroom was unexpected. His words are still hitting my mind and heart. We were just a customer who went to buy a new car which we saw in the website. But unfortunately there wasn’t what we looking for. We really understand the covid situation going on in our country but it doesn’t mean that the respect towards the customer should be underappreciated by anybody. We used to ask for discount everytime we go to buy a car and we did the same this time too. But he showed his disrespectful behavior while dealing with us. The guy who was dealing with us in the beginning was a nice guy but later this guy came and talked so rudely. I was shocked, seriously. He said we don’t offer any discount now but I didn’t see any of those written anywhere in the showroom or website. So we thought we could talk about discount which we have done before many times and it worked too. So please if you want your customer to get a good deal then its all about dealing respectfully and I hope you would be considerate about it. NO means NO and we will understand that but NO with rude words and behave sounds disrespectful.

This is my experience with Sophia. She absolutely blew me away. I came in with a limited budget to get my first car (used). My dad came with me to help ask the right questions but it was my money at the end of the day. Every other dealership we went to, they did not make eye contact with me or talk or ask me questions, only directed to my father. He tried to keep saying, β€œthis is her car” or β€œlook to me for the answer” but they didn’t get the hint.From the beginning, Sophia, addressed me and asked me the questions and allowed my father to chime in but still answered to both of us. She helped me find a car that was in my budget and was the perfect fit for me. She treated me like I was spending $100,000 when I was not anywhere near that. I felt extremely special and respected. I have recommended her to coworkers in the area and will continue to tell people to go to her. I heard that the team of Round Rock Honda always wants to go above the customer expectation. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. Today, I went there to buy a car with the approval letter from my bank, I feel so disappointed and the person name: LUIS I dont know his position there, but his attitude was telling that he is the owner, not owner but above the owner of Honda of Round Rock, he talked in a way that he dont need customer. I dont know why he just dont like me because of my skin color, because I was smiling and talking to him but he threatened me like dont laugh, dont laugh, I was not willing to talk to him he just came himself and replaced sales man with whom we were dealing and gave so rude speech I had never heard before, frustrated kind of behavior, OMG I cant imagine. I will never go to this place back again in my life time and wouldnt recommend anyone. I would say If you can fight for your rights or if you are ready to tolerate someone insulting you than you can visit this location otherwise big NO. I bought Honda touring from same location in Jan 2021 I got nice service at that time but this time I have to return back with lots of disrespect. Luis told me not to laugh but I always pray with God that Luis: You laugh everyday, and laughing is good for health. Finally, Laughing is human rights, know that, and it is illegal to take someone rights away.

Great experience from the moment we walked in until the end of our car buying experience. We had visited other dealerships looking at various cars and dealt with several sales people. By far our sales experience here was the best. There was no high pressure, Roman (our sales person) was only interested in getting us the car we wanted and getting us the best deal. He even went so far as to call his buddy at a different dealership to arrange a test drive of a vehicle at their dealership. That car didn’t work out for us with his friend so we went back to Roman. He did not try to up sell to us things he knew we were not interested in. He found us the exact car we wanted. He gave us the absolute best price and made the closing process so easy and smooth. He stayed with us well past closing to be sure we were taken care of. He was very thorough explaining how each thing functioned in our new car and made sure we knew our car in and out before we left. We searched for a particular used car and found a few options at a few dealers. Round Rock was our first stop and the experience was 5 stars! Paul Heath worked with us and he is awesome! The car was in great condition inside and out, the test drive was an easy experience, and the customer service was top notch. We really appreciated how transparent and up front things were with the car and with our questions. They gave us a print out of the work their service department put into the car to make it better prior to listing it to be sold. This was very helpful information. And we even had a question about one of the items listed and Paul researched it to give us a thorough answer. We visited one other dealer that day but the car let alone the customer service was no where near as good. We came back and bought the car. We were very pleased but then got home and found the horn didnt work. We called back and Paul said it worked that morning so something mustve gone wrong when they were doing final cleaning/detailing. So he set up for us to bring it in a few days later and they fixed it at no charge. They didnt have to do that but we werent surprised with the customer service we already had received. I would highly recommend Paul and Round Rock Honda.

My issue is with the buying process and everyone else I had to communicate with at Round Rock Honda. I did not receive the best deal that I can get for being a first time car buyer and in fact it felt like I was taken advantage of. If I could return a car I would. The price I was negotiating for kept changing at every step of the process and I did not have a single reference point to what my correct price is because this place was disorganized and lacked communication. The car I wanted was not the same car I found online. It had less additional perks. The only highlight was that the car had the lowest miles at 15 miles. I was pressured into adding on a price during the financing signing process because it was a calculation oversight by several people. It was a headache of an experience and actually caused me to get a bad migraine that day. Overall, Id give the process and location a 1 star. Never buying from here again.Only positive experience I had was interacting with Lance Muela. Lance is a great up and coming salesman and was very helpful in answering questions. He was a champion in that aspect and the only one that deserves a 5 star

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I had a semi- difficult situation to work through to trade my car in and I had THREE different members try to work through it and couldn’t. Meanwhile they all had said it would be a simple task to get done. They beat around the bush for days, ignored all my inquiries, and rather than working through it they simply gave up. I leased my car from this dealership and returned it early in mid-November as they offered me money to return it before lease end. Guess they needed the inventory. After all the paperwork, they told me that I should have the check for $450 dollars the following week in the mail. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I call to follow up and the salesperson tells me there’s a delay with getting the title since it’s near holidays. I think that’s fair and wait. Few more weeks pass and I call to just hear the same story again. Now it has been over 2 months and last I asked I just get the same excuses that the title hasn’t arrived because the state is moving slowly. I know that’s a complete lie as my wife has paid off her car at the start of the month and received her title in less than 2 weeks. Obviously they messed something up and can’t figure it out. And in the meantime I’m out of the money that I have in the contract they signed with me. Terrible customer service and complete lack of respect in upholding their end of the deal.

Came in after doing research on the car types I was interested in to do a test drive and Angel C. came out to assist. He was open to responding to my questions without trying to sway or push me to look beyond what I was interested in. For me, I don’t have an interest in folks being proactive to help me make a decision and I appreciated Angel working with my questions when I reached out. On day of, he was great in working with for negotiations and helping me chase down the vehicle of my interest. I was weary of doing car shopping since it doesn’t happen frequently and you hear the stories of the greasy salesman, but for me, I didn’t get that vibe from working with Angel. I recommend working with him as your sales agent if you have an interest in a Honda. Shout out to Evan for getting us through financing super quick once we were able to meet up with him!

Sam Stipe - the finance consultant - started to throw pens,papers,usb on the table with an unacceptable/rude/nasty attitude because I said No thanks. Im good with all these upgrade options. Horrible service. Purchased a brand new 2022 vehicle and found scratches at checking out, I reported and they took the car back to scrub the glue out but then stated that we cleaned 95% of that and it looks okay now. And the manager knew but do nothing about it. How about I pay 95% of the cost?! Wasted money and almost 6 hr of the day for this purchase and ended up being rude to. My family has been owning many Honda as well as Toyota vehicles, but after this terrible experience, I told my brothers to stick with Toyota for better customer care and promotions. This purchase is my lesson for life.

(He even lent me a car since the process was taking awhile to get approval from Honda.) Since they had the engine taken apart already, they saved me a lot of money on a few maintenance things too.

I previously went here and had good service. However, they recently sent me a coupon for 10% off of windshield wipers. The coupon said ask about installation. I went to the parts counter on Tuesday and they refused to accept the coupon claiming it was only a service coupon. I questioned that because why would it say to ask about installation. Had they taken this 10% off coupon they could have avoided a negative review. Their parts people need to have a better focus on the customer experience. The discount, which earned them a bad review, only would have cost them $1.80. I still need to buy the wiper blades and will probably get them online.

Couldnt start the car. I found some rust on one of the terminals. Cleaned the terminal, jump start the car and drove around for a while. The next day, battery voltage drop from 12.5v to 12.2v, but was able to start and drove to Costco for grocery. However it couldnt start in the parking a lot. I had to get a battery from Costco. First I thought the battery is 5 years, but only after replacing the battery, I found it is only 3 years old and it is 100 month warranty battery. Dead in 3 years. This is the shortest I ever had. If it is 5 years, I wont care much, but just 3 years! I thought I changed it in NTB and went there. The gentlemen was very nice there. He tried all methods to find the record and couldnt. He suggested me to look for reciept and if not, NTB will see what they can do for me. He did the battery test and verified it is a bad battery and helped me carried it back to my car. After searching my glove box, I found the receipt and it was Round Rock Honda. No wonder the battery is a Honda brand. I found time to bring the battery to the service center. It was late of the day, so not many people there. The service gentlemen asked if I need any help right away and his attitude during the whole thing was OK, so I am giving 2 stars here. He didnt know what to do with my situation and had to call for direction. So there was I was told. As I replaced the battery, I voided the Honda battery warranty. Because Im not replacing the battery there, so there will be no credit back. He told me that Im only going to get $16 at first. I asked if this is the return battery core refund. He didnt give me an answer. He asked me to pull in the car to get the battery to him. Then he had checked my odometer for milage, worked on computer, went back possible talking someone in the back room. When he came back, he told me We dont own you anything., I knew something wasnt right. I was disappointing I wasnt get credit for prorate, but fully expected as I didnt replace battery there. But hear that, upset me. We dont own you anything. Should you be a little nice to say Im sorry, there is nothing we can do for you. instead of that. I asked do I get battery core refund. He told me no. Honda just help you dump battery. No thanks! I paid a lot for the battery change the battery. Im not pay you to HELP ME dump the battery which says on the website recycle battery will be refund for the battery core. I dont know the Hondas policy explained is TRUE or FALSE. It doesnt sound fair to me. The attitude of service man is not comparable to the attitude NTB service man. I had the Honda for thirteen years. There was a known issue of the brake pad prematurely wear out. Mine went out just out of 3 years which was just pass the free replacement period, as I dont drive heavy on brake. I had to pay full price to replace them. There was a known issue with engine oil consumption issue with the Honda modal built at the time. Mine had the issue, but didnt reach the standard made by Honda for free repair. They said you can come over here and we can top it for you for free. However who has time to do that, every visit is 2 hours and more, so Im being topping engineer oil every 1000 miles myself. Steering wheel axle also broke in early years, probably another defect, which I had to pay full price to repair it. I bought the Honda because I heard the quality of Honda. It is certainly not my experience. This is my first Honda. Will I buy another Honda? Unlikely at this time.

Very dishonest dealership, will make promises and then go back on their word. Sadly I financed a new vehicle through them but wish I hadnt now.First issue is their Diamond Ceramic paint protection they charge everyone $399 for and will not remove off the purchase price. Be warned this is not a ceramic coating even if they say it is, all it is is another overpriced warranty. They will have you sign a document for it, note the application date, it isnt the actual date it was supposedly applied and they will not provide any proof that anything actually was applied.Second issue is with their service department. I had prepaid for a part and installation, was given a printed receipt detailing this, and then was asked to pay for installation again when the part came in. I explained the situation and told them to view their own records documenting the transaction, but they still insisted installation was not included in the price. Without my approval, they partially refunded me for this, and then asked me to pay over double that refunded amount for installation. It is clear they didnt want to honor a promise on the price for this service, even though I had a printed receipt, and instead issued the partial refund to get me to back out of it. Buyers beware of this dealership, whatever they promise you to make a sale, they will go back on their word even if you have documented proof.
