My daughter and I had a great experience buying a used car for her. We got a good car for a reasonable price. I liked how the car was fairly priced to begin with which eliminated the need to go back and forth on the final sale price. Matt - the owner - was very professional, respectful and easy to work with. He even kindly offered helping my (totally inexperienced) daughter with any car issues she might face during her 3 month stay in Austin; and for just that, I can not be thankful enough. Great small scale dealership. Our only issue was our truck had a check engine trouble code show up after we bought the truck and got home. Dont know if it was due to a code reset and the engine finally cycled back, but its a tcm (transmission control module) trouble code. We still love our new truck, and we only consider the check engine light and minor electrical issues to be a chance to put some love into the truck.

Bought a Z71 from Remarkable Motors on Chrisholm. Owner was excellent to deal with. Has a good selection of cars and is easy to work with. My experience with Matt the owner is times 2, originally brought a truck from him back as is in Sept 2019 test drove everything was great, but soon as I got it home the transmission started slipping, called him back next day, no questions asked repaired it at his expense. Unfortunately I only had it for a week before I was rear ended & totaled out, contact Matt a 2nd time lucky had another truck for sale but had some motor issue, could have sold it to me as is but was honest enough to fix it 1st for me at no additional cost. A major mechanical cost replace pharsers, tune up & replace all fuilds! Matt pricing is fair to stay in business & honest character, a no haggling lot or its not for you, if youre looking for a cheap vehicle for whatever reason he your man, hes definitely my guy.

Called to check on a vehicle and ask a few questions; the man who answered the phone was very rude and spoke down to me as if I should have known everything before I called. I asked about working with the bank dealer I have had numerous vehicles with and he told me he knew they dont work like that but Ive been dealing with them for over 20years so he definitely didnt know what he was talking about. I have the ability to purchase directly instead of going through a loan dealer but I wouldnt begin to consider using this one!

Bought a avalanche from there a couple months back guy said he had fixed evap lines an sensors that was not the case the check engine light came on when i test drove it an it was throwing a evap code an all he did is clear it an said it was probably the gas cap which it was not its the canister purge valve truck is beautiful the motor looked taken car of an clean but it was jus a cover up after a week of driving it i noticed it leaks oil guy was kind of rude when i was lookin at the truck but when he saw i was serious abut buyin it he started to be all nice he said took care of the truck that he would drive it to haul stuff around an tht he never had problems also he couldve washed it when i bought instead he left it dirty as hell never again will i go there

I cant even begin to explain how terrible this experience was. After the phone conversation I had - I wouldnt go in there if they were selling a gold plated Porsche for a dollar. Be cautious - this guy was a SERIOUS A**hole on the phone. Here is our conversation.I called at 5:30 Friday May 27th - knowing they were probably closing but I wanted to get confirmation of times so I might go look at a car tomorrow. After searching every page on their site - I didnt see any hours of operation (Maybe you could include that in your contact info)The conversation went like this:Me: Hello - Can you tell me what hours you are open today and tomorrow?Him: Well Im kinda already closed up, what car are you looking at?Me: The 2003 Honda PilotHim: (rudely) Yeah thats not for sale.Me: Oh, I must be mistaken, I was sure I saw it on car gurus.....(he cuts me off)Him: Yeah they dont know anything about anything - they just post up whatever they want without knowing much about the car....Me: Oh really? Because it looked like you had kind of a good rating so I went on your website and saw the SAME car there.Him: Look do you want a big piece of junk? Cuz I will sell you a big piece of junk. I try to sell quality cars here but you seem to be so irritated (Mind you I completely shocked and havent raised my voice once because Im in disbelief over this converation) that you obviously dont care that this pile of junk has a blown transmission. Do you want the car now? Huh? Did Car Gurus show you that too?Me: Look mister - I called because I was interested in a car. Double check the carfax before you buy. He has a 2007 equinox that carfax reports has odometer fraud. The owner says he will change his website listing to include the possible fraud. Hopefully he does, if so I respect him for that but question anyone that doesnt better inspect the cars before buying and selling them.
