With all of the problems nowadays, plant shut downs, chip problems, the COVID-19, suppliers not having all the parts available to build the vehicles, causing a large slow down in production. In my opinion I think finding a good dealership is more important than any other time we have had. The crew is very professional, make you feel at home and try to help in anyway they can. Problem nowadays is the lack of product and some dealers going way exorbitant in price. Yes pricing is something we all look at but more important is how you are treated and how a dealership handles the business they can for you. It’s not always a dealership, nowadays you see more problems from the manufacturer and not the dealer. After 73 years of life I find I have visited with a lot of dealers and Nyle Maxwell is one I’ve chosen to be my go to for a purchase. I just picked up my 2022 GMC 3500 and love it. The lack of vehicle availability is everywhere. Nyle Maxwell worked very hard for me to get the truck ordered and in. This is more important than anything else, their communications were above board and straight to the point. I’ve had dealers tell me all kinds of stories but Nyle Maxwell tells you like it is. I highly recommend if you’re shopping for a vehicle check them out visit with them and I’m sure you’ll be a satisfied customer like me. Pricing was fair, as the manufacturer puts allocations on the various dealers. Nyle Maxwell will work with you so give them a shot.

While the quality of the work was fine and I had no problems with my vehicle, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, despite having an appointment. This same service usually takes at most 20 -30 minutes at a more local establishment. And while I’d love to say this was probably due to some fluke, the couple next to me also waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Additionally, the previous time I brought my vehicle in, I also waited close to 4 hours for a simple maintenance adjustment. So while it’s less expensive to bring it in to the dealership, I will most likely pay extra to have it maintained elsewhere simply bc my time is more valuable.
While traveling through Round Rock. I stopped in to see if they could fix the error in the navigation system in my new truck. Stephen took awesome care of me worked my truck into his schedule and had it fixed before I finished lunch with friends in the area. I love using your dealership, service has always been great but I would let customers know that they would be without a vehicle for 6 days when it gets dropped off and knowing that perhaps offer a loaner.

Chad in the service department at Nyle Maxwell GMC Round Rock was very friendly, helpful and honest when it came to bringing my Acadia in for air conditioning issues. He got the problem quickly diagnosed, told me there would not be a charge since it was the same part I had gotten replaced a year ago. Then the service team fixed my car in record time and it was ready same day. Great friendly staff and Chad made it all run smoothly.

I had an amazing experience at Nyle Maxwell GMC. My salesperson was Martin McCoy and he was flat out great. Zero pressure, strong lines of communication, and always made sure my questions were answered. They are working shorter hours due to the ongoing pandemic and closed at 6pm. Martin was constantly working late and responding past work hours to any questions I had.I also worked with Chad Miner. Chad helped me with some of the customization of my Acadia AT4. Like Martin, when he got an answer for me, hed let me know right away even it if was 9pm at night. He worked hard to make sure I didnt pay for something I didnt need (I tend to be impulsive).I worked with Alex in the finance department and he was great too. At most dealerships Ive gone to, the finance director is always pushing extended warranties and protection plans. Alex did his job and brought them up, but I felt no pressure at all. He also made sure I understood everything I was signing and answered any and all questions, and had me out of there in no time at all.All in all, my experience at Nyle Maxwell was first class, A++. For those of us that are visual learners please go to Nyle Maxwell on Round Rock. There you will truly see what incompetence looks like from the customer service advisors to the parts manager, but let’s not forget to include the general manager. The general manager talked with me on Wednesday and here we are on Monday and he still has yet to respond to my request even though he said he would get me the info I requested within an hour or two. Nyle Maxwell your customer service was exceptional now it sucks. I will not go back ever again!!!! I am giving 1star to post however the service that I received should not be that high.

My car was check in as per my appt. I had a work meeting and had my husband bring the car in. He was there on time. They took the car in and it was finished at 10:42. My husband sat around waiting he called me at about 11:40 to let me know he was still waiting. I told him to check with Chad he stated he was no where around so he checked at the desk and checked the car out at 11:42. So that means he waited an extra hour. I call that poor customer service. My husband also stated that Chad had an attitude. Maybe he needs to find another line of work. I no longer want him as my service contact. Very poor customer service.

I brought my truck I for an ac problem. While the truck was there Scott decided to do a free 110 point inspection on my truck just to make sure that everything was in perfect working order. While doing the inspection they found several other items that were covered under my warranty that were going to be very large issues had he not found them. I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with this dealership. We bought a 2019 Suburban from them and we are now in the process of taking it back for the THIRD time. The first time was a faulty battery, the second was following the check engine light turning on & it needed parts replaced, and now AGAIN the check engine light has turned on.What worse is the way we were treated when trying to address the issues. The GM stated he would follow back up with me but never did. Now here we are, stuck with a faulty vehicle dealing with having to take it back repeatedly.Do not buy from this location. Wildly unprofessional and they sell you faulty vehicles.

I took my suv for a service check, the appointment process was easy but I took my vehicle to verify first if the warranty was still active before getting any services - well once we were there we asked and we were told “oh yes I see you have your warranty” we asked how much it was going to be out of pocket and the service tech told us if anything $100 deductible. I asked the tech to please call me same day to let me know if warranty would cover the tech said “oh yes of course” ~ tech DID NOT CALL me same day! The next day in the afternoon he called to ask me if I had extended warranty? What??? I mean I ASKED him the day before if the warranty that I had previously used was active??? I said “no, I don’t” so he said well your warranty is expired!! What??? Why wouldn’t he call me the same day, well he had already ran the diagnostic test on my vehicle WITHOUT MY OK. I had asked to be called first after he contacted the warranty company. We had to pay $160 service charge without any work done on my vehicle!! So unprofessional- we couldn’t get our vehicle fixed because the price was waaay to high!! - I always took my vehicle for services here and never encounter any issues but now I will NOT return!!!Ooh yeah and the tech’s name was LEO 😠😠
