Jakob is helpful in completing the porting of our two numbers. There was system glitch that is not his fault. He is very patient and make sure that he tried to activate the accounts. I wish verizon improve that activation turn more smoothly and in less than 2 hrs.
Both visits to Verizon were great. Phone came in as promised. Jacob transferred everything to my new phone.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t treat me right. They did not want to sell me an item just because I were in their competitor’s tshirt, claiming that I am a spy(??). Disappointed
The guys at the Verizon store on Palm Valley in Round Rock Texas are terrific. They have helped me numorus times setting up my cellphone and updating everything I need. I highly recommend them for anything you need. Although I went back to the same location and theres a Guy named Kyle there ( hes a manager traveling for Verizon whom is very rude and not at all helpful. He was very unprofessional and shouldnt be there. I actually left in tears. Hopefully hell be gone soon

Today I went to this store hoping to find someone that could help me with my Android phone. Im 79 and what I call Day Care Literate with the techy world. Recently I was deleting some photos in my Gallery, hit the wrong thing and I deleted the whole album of 300 + pictures. Panicking I read everything I could find and nothing made sense. After telling Darrius S, the Verizon Store Manager my story, he found the album of pictures, explained what he did in words that I understood and helped me with other questions I had about my phone. I was an HR Trainer in very large companies and taught Customer Service. This young man went way beyond the norm in what he did for me today. This review needs to go in his personnel file, be included in his next Performance Appraisal and know that he would be an awesome Trainer. This store has excellent service and its employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a young man there a few months ago who was so patient and helped explained how to use my phone more efficiently. I hope he stays there because I prefer going to him for help (using social distancing of course) using my smartphone rather than trying to call Samsung or Verizon for help.

Amazing staff, went over and above for us. We had a few bumps due to large number of requests we had, and this kept us there for quite some time. The staff was so diligent and accommodating to ensure we had everything taken care of. They eliminated some fees for us, to compensate for the length that our visit required. I can’t say how pleased we were with the service we received. Very knowledgeable and they never treated us like we were difficult customers or asking too much for them to figure out for us. This by far was the best Verizon store we have visited.

I went into this location today looking to switch from another provider to Verizon. There was only one employee working and no one else in the store. The employee was not friendly and seemed as if I was bothering them. They didn’t want to really help me or talk to me about the service. I was very turned off and ended up leaving without doing any business. Very disappointed!
The only reason Im giving them two stars is because Nicholas and JoJo were nice throughout the whole process. However, Im thoroughly disappointed in the fact that what we were told and outlined for payments and fees were not at ALL what showed up on our first monthly bill statement. Our first bill is going to be over DOUBLE the amount that we were told. We knew it was going to be a little over what we were told so its not like we werent expecting it to be a little higher, but no one warned us it was going to be OVER DOUBLE the amount that we were told and shown.My advice is (not only for this location but for ANY phone company/location you go to), make sure that they OUTLINE EVERYTHING for you in THOROUGH DETAIL. Even though they showed us numbers and payment amounts, it wasnt nearly thorough enough in order to prevent something like this from happening. Stand your ground and make sure that EVERYTHING is outlined to you. They throw out a lot of numbers/deals/promos, but stay focused and do not settle for something you arent prepared for.Yes, I am unhappy, but I am also trying to give you advice and a heads up before making decisions about your phone plan/etc.MAKE SURE YOU GET A DETAILED AND THOROUGH OUTLINE OF EVERY DOLLAR THAT MIGHT COME OUT OF YOUR POCKET.Thanks for reading.
I got a Black Friday smartphone upgrade deal. Kyle, the customer care representative was very knowledgeable, and made the process easy. He knew how to get me passed my obstacles to activating the new phone. Yeah, my obstacles 🙂 I didnt know several required passwords or PIN. He knew the alternate ways. I am very happy with all my interactions with Verizon.I recommend this Verizon wireless location!
My family and I came into this store to discuss changing service providers in the near future. We have spent countless years with a provider who has been nothing short of disappointing. We have dealt with service representatives who have been rude, disinterested in providing quality service, and overall a bad reflection of their company. Coming into this Verizon store was so refreshing! They were nothing like what we have been experiencing for so long. The manager, Jacob, was quick to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns we had about the difficulties of changing service providers. Not only that but he informed us about ways we could be saving money by switching and what we should be expecting as future Verizon customers. I was also pleased to find that the customer service reps who were in the store were also well informed and helpful. Due to finishing out our contract with our current provider we will be holding off on switching for another month, but when we do it will certainly be at this store and with this team. Thanks for a great experience!
I recently got the new iPhone and had some difficulties getting my date switched to the new phone. Nick from Verizon was so helpful and made sure I got everything switched. He was helpful and professional. If I have any more issues I will be sure to ask for him.

After reading previous reviews, I drove some distance, bypassing many Verizon stores, to get to the Round Rock Verizon location on Palm Valley. Those guys were truly wonderful. The young man who helped me was John, who was amazingly courteous, professional, very knowledgeable with a great personality. John, thank you much!

Go to Best Buy. This Verizon store is terrible. I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and ended up returning the phone. The salesperson lied about the specs of the phones; among other things, he said the Galaxy S8 has a 16 MP camera, but its 12. When I returned the phone there was a $50 restocking fee which I was notified of at the time of purchase, but there was also an additional $40 of charges that are non-refundable, which I was not notified of. Also, I did some research and found the same phone for more than $10 less per month at Best Buy. Save yourself the deceit and trouble, and just start at Best Buy. Even if you do have to return a phone there, it will only cost you $35. Way better than $90 at this place.

Watch out for this store. It is not Verizon. This is Mobile Destination a Verizon premium retailer. Basically if anything goes wrong you do not have the protections of dealing with Verizon because you did not buy from Verizon. They will leave you to hang out and dry. I am still having ongoing issues that I have been dealing with for weeks. If they try to draw you in with rebates please do your research. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up and then they will not back up whatever lie the employees tell you.
They honored my warranty when i had exceeded the date by just a few days. Good group of guys. Staff was friendly and very proffessional.
