Afraid this location is becoming the one I avoid. Went for a trade in promo I was emailed about, the employee incorrectly told me it had ended (it was extended another week, went to another store and they were better informed). Next experience with the store was calling for a quick question, before I could say anything being put on a brief hold. Waited about 8 mins and nobody came back.Id give it 1 star but I can remember going there in the past and not having issues like this.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!, Went in today about an issue we were having with one of my sons wired Nintendo switch controllers, We were assisted by Jennifer, she was very helpful and had an excellent attitude. Managed to help us with our issue very quickly and we were in and out.

The young lady who helped us was very nice and explained a lot to us that we didnt understand.Im the girlfriend of this reviewer and I also thought she was very helpful and her attire was awesome too :)

Came in today looking for a new pokemon premium box released and Lindsey was all buy herself handling the store like a boss. Phones ringing non stop helping a customer sell product and helping the other 4 guests all at once. She is a rock star and deserves all the praise.

So, I went in a little late in the evening, looking for Little Big Planet Karting to play with my four nieces, and was prompted by a very beautiful young lady, which took me back, because Im looking for a game not to be mesmerized lol. But anyway she helped me grab the game I wanted, gave me some valuable info pertaining to the PS5, and also got me to reserve all of the ninja turtles pops that are coming out in the next month. Overall I am super satisfied with my purchase.

New and used video games and consoles. The staff here tends to be more knowledgeable than at other locations. Store is well stocked most of the time. If you are getting an item from the back, it can take a lot of extra time as the counter people are the only ones working. Be patient.

Having worked at and managed a GameStop (Up in Abilene) for many years, I can say that this is a great store!Management can really make all the difference in a stores atmosphere. I drive a bit further than some closer locations to come to this one specifically. Staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. They have helped me track down games that they didnt have in stock at other locations on multiple occasions.

Stopped in to check out the collectibles and look for a few PS3 games. Store looks very nice, and very well organized. However, in the 20 minutes we were in store, not a single one of the 3 staff members said hello or asked us if we needed help. A greeting would have at least been nice.

Pretty decent Game Stop. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection of (PS3) games was pretty decent. The associate pushed the paid membership program pretty solidly at check out, but didnt push back once we said no. Its a decent sized store and parking is fairly accessible, though shared with other stores in the strip mall.

Some of these games are over priced but they are trying to stay alive with this market. Theres a sweet girl in black make up there. She was extremely helpful. Thank sweetheart.

They dont exactly understand customer service. Two employees spent time with one customer while I waited to cash out. After about 10 minutes one broke away and was very accommodating.

If you like to be treated like an idiot and talked down to like a 3 year old, this is the place for you! Last year, I bought the Nintendo retro console at another GS, and this year there was a request was for 2 more controllers. There were no other customers, and yet she acted like I was wasting her time. Customers may not always know everything about a product, but its not a reason to talk down to them. We all go into a store in the hopes that the staff would be interested in selling something and try to be patient when someone is trying to buy a gift. Hopefully, she will eventually find a nice I.T. job, so she can justify being so condescending.You got 2 stars only because the other clerk was capable of asking questions and trying to help.

Im not specifically calling out this one but every gamestop Ive gone to in Pflugerville or near, is ripping me off 2 games out of 15 in good condition games one of them took and I only got .71 or .75 ¢ents for😡. Whats the point of having a trading system going on, and its not fair, you my as well just give it to them for free. And worst of all you cant with them for the specifics such as equal value or what not.

Its a typical game store however they continually refer me to another location because they dont have the inventory. Staff is always nice tho.

Of course its the best place to buy games, they should have a bigger store

Great Store and Staff. Jennifer, who I believe is either the GM or ASM was very helpful after some miscommunication over a hold I submitted. My original item was released from its hold and sold to another customer after I had called in to verify an extension I had submitted for on the app. To clarify, this was not an error on the store or staff but an issue with the app and how holds process. Even so, they immediately got to work to find me a replacement item (which given the deal should have been impossible) and had it shipped in from another store up in Killeen. I really cant say enough good things about this kind of customer support and service, its what sets this store, and a few others I frequent, apart from the rest and other gaming retailers. Thank you again to Jennifer and any other staff members that helped to fulfill this order and hook me up with an amazing deal ($10.00 for F4Fs Dark Souls SD Knight Artorias Statue for those who are interested).5 STARS!

I called to ask if this Game Stop had a limited edition Legend of Zelda Master edition and was told they had one on pre order. I requested to be put on a waiting list for it if it was not picked up and was told no, this is for a special customer and we are not allowed to sell it. So glad to know that Im not special! Dont buy here! You are probably not special enough either...

Rebecca is amazingly helpful. She let me know about a bunch of deals and upsold to me in such a way that it more felt like she was having a conversation than trying to sell me something. Ill probably come back to this store many times in the future.

This place has a lot of the newer games and systems. The staff is helpful for the most part. Nothing outstanding or over the top.

Helped me pick a game for my son. Knowledgeable staff.

Bought a switch from them in store to be shipped to the store. The associate put in the wrong address to their own store as the location for it to be shipped. It went to the wrong place. UPS has it as denied and sent back to the sender. Called the store and the people there said they would call customer service for me since customer service said they couldnt do anything about it to me. (UPS said the same.) They did not call so I called them again. They did not call so I went to the store in person asking for a refund which they denied on the basis of me needing a switch to return for a refund even though they sent it to the wrong place and it was on the way back to their manufacturer.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. Guy saved me some money recommending an alternate battery pack for my xbox that works better than the Microsoft one.

Preordered a game here paid for it and 3 days later they called me saying they gave me the wrong thing and wanted me to return it. I told them they were wrong and they acted like I stole from them . The employee left a crazy voicemail for me saying I was going to cause him to loose his job . I will never go in this store again.

Come here if you want to be harrassed. I cant believe the type of customer service here. I for one wish I could give them zero stars. No one was polite everyone was rude, and when I asked if there was anyway to use my promember account instead of my fiances to put the ps4 down on he basically told me you can never do that for anything and wouldnt budge. When I know FOR FACT you can because my local gamestop had done it for me. I am NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Go somewhere else.

Game stop is the worst place for selling used accessories. Youre better off selling online (ex: Amazon) to get better prices.

They didnt need any Information to sell the item. What do they do with your personal Information, nothing good thats for sure. With identity theft on the rise and giving your personal information to a employee or business like game stop that probably have very insecure servers, you are at risk.

The mamager there can be very condescending when shes explaining things to people who dont understand the concept of GameStop
