I came in to add a line to my account and a new phone so I could have one personal phone and one for work. Also upgrade my sons phone that is on my account.I was met at the door and basically told they couldnt help me. They only stock the top of the line flagship phones.After a bad experience at best buy I wanted to just come straight to the source in hopes of easily adding a line, buying a new phone, as well as low end smartphone and a knowledgeable associate to help facilitate the transfers of information between the two phones.Basically was told to shop online or at best buy. Didnt even give us any options. Thanks a ton.
After being sent to rest store by internet CS because we were not able to transfer info from old phone to a new one, I went there and from the onset, wasnt even acknowledged until a customer got up to leave. Jennifer, which I noticed later was the manager, asked what I needed. I explained what I was told to do and she proceeded to what I thought was going to take care of the issue.All OK, up to then once I was acknowledged. After about and hour of trying to get the issue resolved. She went to the back, with her lunch containers in hand and came back up from and told me thats all she could do... then she walked out. It was 5:43, and she mentioned they closed at 6pm. I was there at about before 4:30!I thought maybe she was just taking her stuff to the car, but no, she left! I looked around, finally urged out what the heck just happened here, the manager just walked out on me without saying she was leaving. She left me sitting behind the counter with my phones still laying there! I asked another rep if she was coming back.. he said no, shes gone for the day !! She asked me to take care of you after Im done with my customer. I asked if he was being serious, he said yes! I then asked him for the managers last name and he refused to provide it. After my rant and him supposedly turning to help me while at same time working with the other customer he said I should be grateful they were helping me that it was out of courtesy and thst they were actually doing Me a favor!This reps name was Gabe according his badge and he also refused to tell me his last name. I could not believe this was happening...such poor customer service!Im a manager at a large equipment rental company and no way would I ever allow myself or any of my employees to treat our customers in any way resembling this! Never! People get fired for this! I hope something is done about this and that no others have to go through this. But after seeing the reviews for this location and their staff, it does not surprise me one bit! What a shame...and an eye opener for me! Never again will I step into that store! Despicable behavior and service!
I want to say thank you to Charles Tarrant for the amazing patience, knowledge, knowing how to fit my needs with a great price. Really did take weight of my shoulders having someone who showed apathy, confidence, and great recommendations. Workers are good but the has too much echo. After 10 minutes you will have mild headaches.
Amanda and team were beyond helpful ! I had an issue with my tablet keyboard and they went above and beyond to help me solve my issue . Amanda was super patient with me throughout the whole process . You don’t see customer service like that anymore . Such a refreshing experience.

So I went in for a phone upgrade as I just paid off my current one. It was a simple exchange, I knew the phone I wanted and have been a Verizon customer for 5 yearsNope, apparently I wasnt an authorized user. Which is funny because my wife and I had called and added me as one yesterday with Verizon customer service.Then the Verizon associate told me how my wife whos at work can add me, except the app wouldnt let herNext she tried to call, but the tech said he couldnt take that.Lastly, he sent a link....which expired in 10 seconds.Just overall terrible service. Ill be talking with the wife about switching our lines to another company tonight
Walked in the store 4/7/21 around 4:35 pmAnd no one (2 male associates ) were working with other customers which is fine but they could’ve at least looked up and spoke and said they’ll be right with us ! But no acknowledgement whatsoever so my husband and I walked out after 10 mins of standing thereWe will take our business somewhere elseWe are business owners with an business account with Verizon. This was totally unacceptable
My last experience in this store with Damion was 100% unsatisfactory. I went into the store the beginning of July to add a line, purchase a new phone, and change my plan. I was sent home with a non activated phone (still in the box) When in the past I have always left with any new product fully functioning and serviced. I left the store under the impression that I was now on the unlimited plan because that’s what I inquired about looked over the “print out” of the details and receipts of what I was getting. Come to find out a month later I was never on the unlimited plan. My bill has doubled in its regular monthly cost due to overages. Unless you are purchasing a new product in store, do everything on the app or over the phone. The sales people are there to sell not to help with any other services.

For the love of your sanity NEVER GO HERE FOR CURBSIDE. I waited an hour and a half for my order AFTER BEING TEXTED I WAS NEXT IN LINE. I tried calling the store multiple times after half an hour to never be answered. Finally I got help by someone who just ended their shift and saw me waiting. What was said to me? I should have honked or something. I swear I might as well switch over to another service if they have better help.
I purchased a GOOGLE PIXEL 3 XLHIGHLY RECOMMEND, CAMERA ROCKS!!!!I wanted a new Cell, and especially wanted it to have, a great camera, the Customer Service in the Round Rock Corporate Store, is excellent, the Managers both, helped me by getting me set up, for what I needed my new cell to do, as I am an Artist and work with film and want to start a Vlog, teaching others, as I create, my designs, they also made sure the Cell was up and running, saved all my over a 1000 photos, tested the Camera yesterday, on my Google Pixel 3 and here are the results, of my Coloured Glass Collection, did not have to correct the lighting or the colours, highly impressed.
Quite possibly one of the worst stores. The guy I interacted with acted like he didnt want to help me. So I called customer service and that hung up 5x. So I think time to take my 12 lines else where. Verizon get it together!

In less than hour they had both new devices completely up and going. I had spent 3+hrs trying to use the chat system at home. PS- if you get a OnePlus phone- Verizon has to provision it, so you will have to bring into store. Save yourself time. Thanks so much, Jesus!

Staff handled my corporate account embarrassingly poorly. Associate and his manager were unfamiliar with business account process and caused delays (3 days) in restoring service to an employees phone. Managers at a minimum be familiar with working business accounts. Ended up getting the help I needed through the call center.
This is my go to store for all things mobile related. Super helpful staff. They never fail to leave me pleased. I have multiple phones for my business so I visit quite a bit.

Had the best experience at the Greenlawn location! The guys were friendly and knowledgeable about their product unlike my previous carrier. In January I switched my carrier and purchased 4 new devices for my entire family and Verizon was able to give us a comparable rate with all the features we previously had. They were helpful, fast and friendly. Since weve had the Google pixel3xl there have been no interruptions in network and we are able to utilize our devices to the full potential that it was meant for. I highly recommend this location.
The staff was pretty nice but I think its really annoying that yall just stopped selling the pixel 4 because the pixel 5 is coming out soon ... I just went online and got myself a pixel 4 xl and its being delivered in a couple days... That should have been yalls sale.
Waited half an hour. It was fine at first as all the staff were with customers. However I began to get agitated when customers would leave and the employees would go hangout in the back. Where you could see still see them. Then three decided to help one customer they seem to know outside of work. I had gone to this brick and mortar often. But the staff has turned over and they are really bad. Just go to a nicer one like the one by Lakeline.
OK, people are stupid. Just because they cant work miracles for you doesnt mean its a bad store. I had a great experience, great customer service. I recommend this store for sure. Basically I bought a prepay phone at this store and two hours later I was without phone and minus $70 on my account.I bought a new phone and the phone was not working at all. They reimburse me the money for the phone which I’m still awaiting arrival on my account and they and they still charge me for 70$ for a plan. OK, if I don’t have the phone how I suppose to use a Plan?? 4 hours of my time lost between two stores and customer service on call.A manager should have the tools and the knowledge to solve this kind of issues. But on this case they prefer to put someone at the phone to try to fixe the problems for them.

Worst salesman I ever dealt with. It seemed like he didnt really want my business. Didnt seem very knowledgeable and didnt even bother to check to inventory when I asked if something was available. He was just kinda guessing. Then he told me I should check out Best Buy because of a sale they were having. He didnt even ask me any questions or get any information from me. Please train your associates.
I have never been treated this bad by a store manager. Even the Verizon rep. that called the store to talk to the store manager was cussed out. I would suggest a different store for help.
My best Verizon experience yet. I was helped almost immediately after arriving. Brice was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. In the past I have had terrible experience at other Verizon stores. This is my goto store for my Verizon needs from now on.
Where do I begin !!! Do not trust Ryan the sales guy or David the MANAGER Ask for Jesus hes the only one there with any customer service skills I went in to purchase a smartwatch for my wife to have with her phone it took a month of going through hell between driving back and forth to this store and another location and dealing with people over the phone through customer service before it was finally able to get taken care of and not only that but the original people who did the sale werent even the ones who took care of the problem. in the end all they wanted to offer me was a measly credit for like 40 bucks and that was it not even enough gas to make up for the amount of time that my family and I spent driving back and forth to the store several times a week and even waiting in spending hours there waiting for the issue to get resolved and still not getting it resolved.. I definitely would never recommend going to the store because it seems like once theyve made the sale and the transactions complete they could give a care less about what goes on afterwards or resolving the issue. and they take forever to return your call or text message because theyre more concerned with the current or new customers theyre about to bring them business. Ive been a customer with Verizon now for over a year and Ive never been so disgusted or displeased and dissatisfied with service and just for the record after this experience I canceled a few of the lines that I had on my plan that I was paying for just because of the experience that I had here I was not going to keep paying money for those lines so good job Verizon. Ill be continuing my search to find someone else who pays closer attention to their customers and is willing to fix the mistakes that they make when they drop the ball
The staff was busy, and I understand how work can get when your slammed, but the mood was very negative. I just stood there, no greeting . No direction . I just started looking at phones to try and not feel so awkward. I then felt no one was going to address the needs I came to the store for and left. Wasted my time and put me in a bad mood. I hope i never have any of my customers ever feel the way I felt.Thank you for your response, i dont expect perfection from any one person or business.I do think it is reasonable to address your customers and give them an expectation for either a wait time or some idea of availability. Previous visits to this location where always positive .

The customer service wasnt terrible the last time we went but it sometimes is. Plus I hate when they try to up-sale you on stuff-especially accessories. There is usually a wait here as well. Verizons pricing is getting a little too out of hand in my opinion. Were thinking about switching to something more reasonable.

Have been going there for a while. We have been customers of Verizon for over 15 years!. Everytime I visit this store the staff has always been very respectful and nice. Very quick service and wonderful company. Today was there first day I had the opportunity to have the manager assist me with my visit. Very disappointing experience. His professional attitude and assistance was not one of management. Not to mention getting personal calls and text while helping a customer is not what a manager should be doing, but instead setting an example for other employees . I have spent a lot of money here and to be pushed out of the door basically was very disrespectful. I would like an apology!!
I visited this Verizon location for the first time today to get a new phone and dang it was the fastest service I think Ive ever received at a Verizon store!! Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Al (Alkin?) at the Greenlawn store in Austin is a consummate professional. He took care of my upgrade through my online account, made sure that I got the promo I was due as he promised he would, and took steps to make sure that I was not inconvenienced in my experience considering there was a bit of a snafu with my online upgrade. As a district manager/store manager for many years at RadioShack back in the day I ran a wireless business that was tops in the company- THIS is the ideal salesperson that I loved having in my stores and always set the bar to for others. Al, you are an asset to Verizon and that store and you should be very proud of yourself for the fantastic customer service that you deliver. In todays environment of retail you make the difference in what you do. Kudos, man! Thanks.

Way better than the Arboretum location. These guys ALWAYS get what I need done. I have a corporate account to manage, and sometimes I have employees run to the store to handle their own stuff. Other Verizon shops give them the runaround. These guys just get it done.
Awful. Just AWFUL. I was a new customer, new phone, new service. Thought Id try out Verizon, wasnt working for me so I went in to return the phone and cancel my line, OBVIOUSLY. It was under the 14 days, I pay the restocking fee only and supposedly I was good. Line canceled. WRONG. A couple of days later Im still receiving emails about a due bill, so I end up speaking with a rep who says that my line was never closed out!!! They didnt even CANCEL the damn service! THAT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON OF ME GOING IN THERE!!!! Super shady if you ask me, did they purposely keep my line open so that I would have to stay a Verizon customer? I am SO glad I caught on and called when I did. There is supposed to be a rep calling the store today to cancel my line, we will see if this gets done CORRECTLY this time. I will NEVER be aVerizon customer again. The reps in this store were so RUDE also.

This Verizon location has excellent customer service. Even though there is another Verizon location 5 minutes from my home, I drive an additional 10 minutes because I know the service will be superb.

Every sales man I worked with absolutely failed. They refused to assist me and didnt even try to troubleshoot my phone. After wasting 1-1/2 hours in the store, I had to call tech support to get get my phone to work.
My review is from several months ago, thought it was posted. Thought about letting this review go....but consumers need to know. My tablet died, associate verified. Informed, since i had insurance on it, a new one would be sent...great. waited ..recieved empty box? After 2 weeks, visited a closer Verizon store. Recieved different information, send the tablet back. Visited this store, met by Manager.....i was very upset, not excusing my behavior...but when the Manager makes it my problem? The associate i first dealt with was there, he should have been called over, he gave wrong information. Further, i was informed the other Verizon store was not corporate, and did things differently? HOW MANY CONSUMERS KNOW THIS? Stores can have there own rules? Employees not on the same page. The Manager did make this right, gave me a new tablet from stock....but reluctantly...if he hadnt i would have to send the old one back, verified bad, then get a new one. Probably over a month, not acceptable. Consumer with insurance should be able to exchange on the spot. I hate to be an ugly customer, but im not unreasonable. To be without your device (what if this was a phone a customer relied on?), when you purchase insurance to avoid this, it is not unreasonable. Now i dont trust any employee at any Verizon store.

I usually only review if I have an exceptionally good or bad experience, and I had an exceptionally good one today. I hate cell phone stores as all the upselling and high pressure sales is a pain to deal with. Today, I was helped by Zaira Perez at the Round Rock Verizon store and it was painless, informative, and she genuinely met my needs, even agreeing we should hold off a new contract for a few months as now wasnt the best time. Ill be returning in a few months to deal with her again. For as bad as cell phone stores can get, this experience was a pleasant breath of fresh air.

This is the first time I have been into this particular Verizon store. This is also the first time that I came in with a phone problem (my phone was having trouble charging) and their initial reaction was to try and fix it instead of just give me info on warranty. Brice was the gentleman that helped me. He used pressurized air to clear out the charging port and checked my charger and the port. He was easily able to fix the problem which means that I didnt have to get a new phone which has had to happen before. I got a new charger that is specific to my phone (Droid Turbo). I am so grateful that I didnt need to get a new phone for just a charging problem!! Brice, you rock!!!

Dont even waste your time going to this store. They will make you wait forever and cant even be professional when helping you with the simplest of services like refunds. They will try to oversell you on everything any make your overall process very frustrating. This goes double for their management staff which is unacceptable.Avoid this store at all costs. Instead go to the Verizon Store on Limestone Commercial Drive (45/130 junction). Completely opposite experience at that store.
Definitely call ahead or go online to get your name in line. If it is busy you will be waiting quite a while.

Long wait for an agent, and then they did nothing to solve my problem. I have been here several times because it is my nearest Verizon store, it is always hit and miss on whether they are helpful. It is frustrating enough that I am considering changing my service provider.
I riped off by this store, they charged me 41$ for activation but I paid 30$ more for activation in my first bill. I called customer service and told situation and they told me that I must be bought something from store which I didnt. These guys are fraud.
Fraudulent is the first word that comes to mind. They call it misinformation on their part but still refuse to fix the issue. Should have learned my lesson the first time.
