Poor customer service...What took 30 to 45 min. to do a simple account transfer..became a personality game. I went to a different location the next day and the service was great and what needed to be done was done professionally. The 1325 location provided the requested service

Only problem I have is I been with cricket since they first started and been a loyal customer since and never been offered any reward as many phone I bought from them and years and years of phone payment I think I deserve something but yet I still wait and hope but I do love my cricket

This franchised store is a nightmare! The owner actually told me to pick from The Womens phone cases. This is 2021! You dont say things like that. Much less, organize your store that way! Unbelievable! I am a 40 year old woman, not a 5 year old. I dont need glitter and unicorns. I will not be handing my money to a Chauvinist today or any day. Any man can have a pink case and I should be allowed a red or black one. I recommend you dont endure the insults and go somewhere else.

The manager yicel was so helpful. She gave me so much information on my brand new phone and perfectly detailed everything about my plan and services. Will definitely be making this cricket wireless store my main location. 10/10 customer service she’s amazing!!!

I really enjoy coming to the store for any questions i have. Ive been with these guys for bout a year and never had an issue. Yicel the manager is awesome and cant believe she conducts herself so maturely for her age.

Came around 630 to pay my phone bill. The OPEN sign is on and the hours show 10-8pm but no one was inside and there were several customers who came, went and upset. Even a older female who came on the bus to pay her bill only to be disappointed by cricket smh. Yall have to do better frfr

Went in to have my elderly fathers phone looked at. Sales person was helping the only other customer in the store. Fine. Except it wasnt! The sales person proceeded to tell this customer his life story... got engaged three weeks ago, moved here from New York, got his degree in business admin, cant find a job using his degree (except for at Apple which he quit because there was too much training), what his girlfriend is studying at Texas State (something with dentistry), how many kids he wants (one), how money is tight, how he thinks he can become manager at this store (scary thought). My dad and I left with our ears bleeding and no closer to being helped than when we walked in. Do not go to this location!

I live in Georgetown but always go to the RR location. I have had great luck getting good knowledgeable salespeople compared to the 2 stores in Gtown.

I went to the location on palm valley round rock, the manager there was so helpful mrs Johnny was so helpful he helped me with my phone, hes so friendly and smiling, thanks if you are using cricket need help and leave around round rock go to that location hes ready to help😀

I’m a social worker and I arranged to meet a client here at 9am to help her buy a new phone. She has a lot of anxiety around these things, so we worked out a clear plan for her to get here on the bus and meet me. It’s currently 9:13 and the door is still locked. No employees in sight. I called the store and no answer. The sign says they open at 9am and so does the website. This is beyond frustrating, to say the least. My client is on a fixed income so wasting bus fare is a very big deal. I have another appointment at 10 so I don’t have the leisure to just wait. So unprofessional. Either fix your sign or get your employees’ acts together.

If I could put NO STARS, I would.We went to that store on 8/22 to add a line for $10 a month as I already have 2 lines. The girl at the store was unable to process an unnecessary Plan Service Name Change for the exact same one I already had. She said she could not process anything unless I paid, immediately, my bill that was not due yet. I asked her to confirm that I would not be double-charged if paid early, which she guaranteed. However, we ended up leaving without the additional line which we could only get on 8/27 being served by another sales person despite pre-paying my bill with a $3 store fee.The next morning, on 8/28, our 3 lines were cut off for non-payment although PAID IN FULL IN THEIR STORE on 8/22! It took us hours in the store and on the phone with customer service in presence of that same girl, unable to solve the matter. The entire team of the store will tell you they cannot help you and ask you to leave to go contact CRICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE from home after forcing you to pay an ADDITIONAL bill you dont owe to reconnect your lines so you can actually make those calls.We ended up paying $198.49 in total. Accumulating additional non-refundable fees that we should not have had in order to clean this mess. I just called again today 9/03 to FINALLY get an acknowledgement of their mistakes and a promise of a partial refund. But I was told it will take another couple of days, if not weeks, because they have to approve the refunds despite at least 4 people listening to the phone recordings. It is not even a refund, but a credit towards my next bill... I am patiently waiting to see my refund credited towards my next bill due by 09/27, hoping not to have to make further calls.The girl in the store refused to recognize her responsibility by providing incorrect information in the first place and repeatedly throughout the dilemma.I am very disappointed with Cricket and am considering changing providers although I had been with them for years, if not refunded in full.No matter what, I will NOT be returning to this store.

I went to the cricket store next to good will wanted to add hotspot to my phone a guy who claim to be “the manager “ didn’t help me and did not know how to figure out if my phone was eligible for hotspot or not. he had call an emplee to ask because he did not know and kept saying my phone was not on “his list”. The sales rep helped me and explained the problem and offered me a phone that was eligible and helped me and met all my conditions. I told her that she should be the manager instead.
