I am a project manager working on a relative large project from out of town. Its CRITICAL that I have communication with all the various people and companies involved with the project. Due to my own fault, I rendered my iPhone useless and in need of repair. After a quick google search, CPR responded quickly and clearly. I drove straight to their location and basically had a GOOD as NEW iPhone in less than 45 mins. These guys literally saved the day for me. Fixed my screen after I dropped it down the stairs. There is a track my repair status that you can log on to but its actually better if you call the store within the time they say it will be ready because my phone was ready before the website said so. I am very happy with my screen repair 😆

I wish I could give this place Zero stars Im actually surprised it has a good rating because I took my phone in to get the front screen fixed and half of the screen just shut off a little over a week after getting it fixed, so I called them and asked if I can take it in and that I really didn’t wanna pay another $130 just for the front screen to be able to get fixed but when I took it in I was told there was a crack even tho the phone hadn’t been dropped so they were willing to give me a 10$ off even though it wasn’t even worth the price so I said I’d go somewhere else and another week later the screen fully started popping out of the phone and still is. Terrible service, you might as well take your phone to apple to get fixed or where you bought your phone because it’s not worth the price. I feel robbed of my money and now my phone is in even worst condition thanks. Don’t go here (also there was no crack on the screen)

I came into CPR after going to the AT&T store because all they could suggest there was to file a claim, get a new phone or go to Apple to find out why my iPhone wouldnt work after I had dropped it. Shane asked me to leave it a couple hours so he could charge it, which AT&T tried and couldnt do, and then check it out. Two hours later, I went back and picked up my working phone. He told me that my phones battery was loose so he tightened it and no charge. He wouldnt take a penny from and saved me from waiting on a phone for at least 2 days and paying a deductible for a replacement. It was a blessing to go and receive service and feel like you werent getting taken advantage of. I highly recommend this place where you leave feeling like there is truly good folks still out there in this work world

Great pricing but the quality of the iPad screen shows our iPad broke after a week of having it repaired.

My iPhone 7+ wasnt charging, even with frequent blasts of canned air into the Lightning port. I went to CPR expecting the port would need replacement. I did not catch the name of the tech, but in a few minutes he cleaned out a wad of pocket lint 2-3 mm thick and the phone was back to charging normally. He even explained the dangers of trying to clean the port myself. Best of all, there was no charge. I will certainly go back to CPR next time my device needs repair.

My iPhone 11 had been stuck on the Apple logo all day, I was busy at work and the Apple store did not have any opening for a week out. I called CPR and they mentioned that they would be able to look at my phone the next day (it was about 6pm when I called and they close at 7p).I decided to drive over anyways to drop off the phone for a next day pickup. The gentleman at the counter was super cool, suggested that he would try something quick, realized that it did not work but then suggested to do a clean restore, asked me if I had a backup and then proceeded to get my phone back up and running.I know we might say it is just a phone repair, but it was the genuine kindness exhibited throughout my time in the store.Just top notch kindness. Terrible customer service. Scheduled an on line appointment to have a device evaluated. Explained what I was bringing in and why. Showed up and they no longer repair those. Complete waste of my time. We brought my grandsons phone in because the screen was shattered. They had it fixed in one hour. I was very pleased as some other repair shops said I had to leave it for at least a day if not more.

This place is great, they are fast and they are super great at customer service!! Bought the screen cover, cracked it and 2 days later went in, they replaced within 10 minutes ($10 fee) but was so happy it was not my glass that broke. So worth it!

When I called to see if they could help with my charging issue, the woman I spoke to was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I was given every impression that my call was an annoyance. Then I called the Lakeline store. The owner (apparently this is a franchise) answered the phone and was great! He listened to my issue and asked questions. This place is such a rip off. I went to get my phone fixed and they asked me all that was wrong with it.. when I went and picked it up and paid nearly $400 they didn’t fix half the problem and messed up what they did fix on it. When I asked, they told me I would have to pay again! Excuse me? No. Don’t waste your time and money...if you’re in round rock just go to the cell phone repair shop inside Walmart on 79..

The representative was prompt, the store was very clean, he answered my questions, and fixed the problem of low volume with the speaker immediately. Screen blacked out on me and the phone was cracked open a bit. Thought I was gonna have to get a new one but the staff here is so talented. It was fixed within an hour and it looks brand new. I couldnt be happier with the customer service I experienced.

Truly top notch, called many other places and they said my phone screen could be fixed the next day because the Samsung galaxy s9 screen had to be ordered. And then I called this place and they had it fixed in 2 hours at the same price as the others would have charged. And what is also crazy and weird and awesome is that before my phone broke i could barely hear the person on the other end (I think sweat got into the receiver) well that got fixed too.

Been here twice both times were horrible. The first time my phone screen broke I took it here and they fixed it but then maybe two weeks later my screen starts changing colors. I had the money to get it fixed at the time so I thought nothing of it and maybe thought I did something to cause it so I took it back. The second time they fixed my screen again and not even two weeks later my phone shuts off and wont turn back on for a week, then randomly turned back on, and is now off again. dont waste your time here something is up. my phone was perfectly phone for 2 years no trouble and the minute I take it here im having problems Ive never had. TOTAL SCAM DONT TRUST

I went in on a Friday evening with an LG G6 that was having a few issues. The woman working at the desk was incredibly nice and helpful. She cleaned out the charger port on my phone, then fixed the rear camera glass. The whole thing took less than an hour and cost around $45. She also recommended a better phone case for me (a Speck brand) that looks and works better than my current one. While I hope I dont have any further issues with this phone- I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

If I could give this place more stars I would in a heartbeat!! I went here to inquire about fixing a broken phone for a dear friend. Unfortunately it was way more than I was willing to spend to fix it. HOWEVER, the lady helping me went above and beyond to help me, she suggested purchasing a refurbished phone, showed me what they had available, then actually showed me a web site that had older models then they carried, and I think she said they actually buy from them when they are too low on phones. I thought that was AMAZING!! Especially now a days. They where not gonna make anything on me but she STILL helped me more than they know!! THATs old school customer service if you ask me. AND I will DEFINITELY be back and tell everyone I know to go there if they need their phone fixed!!!

Stopped in and inquired about having a tablet repaired. I really didnt feel like doing it myself. They told me it wasnt worth repairing... said the replacement screen would cost $100 not including labor.I got on amazon and ordered a screen for $30 and replaced it myself. It only cost me 1/3 of what they said the screen alone would be and it was super easy. Easiest screen I ever relaced.

I took my daughters dead phone to have the charging port replaced. It had been flaky for a while and finally just stopped charging at all. After taking the phone apart and replacing the part they discovered the charging port wasn’t the problem. It was a motherboard issue. They were able to get the phone turned back on and charged. They didn’t charge me for the repair as it wasn’t what we thought and not a repair (motherboard replacement) that they do. I appreciated their honesty and the suggestions they gave to help us limp along until we can get a replacement.

I had purchased a Note 9 with their financing services. I had to have it serviced twice, but they ultimately replaced it for me as part of their warranty service. Amazing service every time, and stood by their work and made a big issue seem like another day at the office. Definitely recommend them.

I needed to get a new battery for my phone. After being told by my carrier that I would need to ship the phone back to them to change the battery I thought that is not going to happen. I found CPR and they had a battery on hand and was able to replace it in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend their service it was top notch.

**Not a satisfied customer.I came in on Tuesday 5/28/2019 and had my screen replaced by them. I used them because we get a discount through the delivery platform, Favor, Inc. I noticed the next day that my screen sensitivity seemed a bit off, but wasn’t too sure if it was phone lag (too much used storage) or the screen itself. I called them that evening at 5:05PM (they were open until 7:00PM) and nobody answered the phone and no answering service. I had to deal with it for a couple of days, because I had to work and had other priorities that needed to be taken care of.Saturday 6/1/2019 at about 7:00PM, I’m playing a game on my phone with my 17 month old daughter, and all of a sudden, I notice some discoloration on the left center of the screen. Couldn’t really tell at first, but I looked a little closer and I noticed a hairline crack, horizontally, across the middle of the phone, and there wasn’t much of a “lip” on the left side of my phone from the phone case anymore, either. I popped the phone case off and saw that the left side of the screen had come up and split the screen in the process. It happened so quickly, and was such a thin crack, that I didn’t even notice it at first, and my daughter could have cut her finger before I even knew what was happening. I immediately called them, but they had closed at 6:00PM that day. I had my sons this past weekend too, and they go to their mom’s house at 6:00PM on Sunday’s during the summer, and the hours were 12:00PM to 5:00PM on Sunday’s so I was unable to bring it in that day due to scheduling conflicts.I came in at 11:34AM today Monday 6/3/2019 (they open at 10:00AM) to explain the situation and see if they would fix it. Nope. She said they can do it for part price ($59) because, “once there’s physical damage, it voids all warranties”. I explained multiple times to her what happened, and how it just cracked, and no go. She said, “Once you noticed problems with the screen initially, you should have brought it back right away, or at least called to report it. You could have come during the week anytime or the weekend before it cracked.” I was like, “It literally cracked Saturday evening. I had to work...kid schedules..etc etc.. and this was the first chance I had to come in.” She still said, “No.” She also said, “Besides, there’s nothing on the left side of your phone that would ‘push your screen up’. The only thing there is your battery, and that wouldn’t do it.” “Is it possible that just MAYBE the screen wasn’t put on properly to begin with?” “No. We would’ve noticed if it wasn’t set right. And we would have told the customer about it if we noticed it. So, no. There’s no way it could have been put on wrong. I can’t replace it for free, but I can do it for part price.”Random Specifics:• I have an iPhone 7Plus• The initial repair was for cracked screen only. No LCD/touchscreen damage.• This was the CPR in Round Rock, TX.• I had an Otterbox Symmetry Series protective phone case on it when it happened, which I also bought from them that initial repair day.***I understand if they can’t do anything about it if it was my fault, but I legitimately didn’t do anything to cause it to break, and could not have prevented it in any way.

My phone died a violent death on Saturday night. Was good as new Tuesday evening. CPR made the event painless. Only downside was the delay due to parts needing to be ordered, not in stock. Yes, I understand the business reality of stocking spare parts for the plethora of phones out there so really expect this. . . in fact I expected it to be worse . . . I contacted via website Sunday night, part ordered monday morning, phone returned to me Tuesday shortly after parts arrived.

I was able to get quickly get an online quote for my son’s iPhone 7 screen repair. Then I was able to make an appointment and the repair was completed within the hour.

After cracking my phone I brought it to them because they were the cheapest and closest place around. Well first when I went in the gut working the front was pretty dry to be working in customer service. They old me it would take about an hour to fix it ... no problem. I come back to get my phone. Initially looking at it, it looked fine. I walk out the store and drive away. Once I unlocked the phone you can the led lights behind the screen at the top of the phone, which I know for a fact wasnt there before tuning I over to them. Then I start maneuvering on my phone and the screen doesnt want to work. Almost like it goes in and out and will start mistyping an glitching. It was the cheapest place around but you eat why oh pay for. Wouldve rather spent the extra $20+ to take my money somewhere else here they might check the phone before handing it back to the customer and have a bit more enthusiasm.

About a month ago, I cracked my screen and went here to have the screen replaced. I thought they did a pretty good job and they did it quicker than I expected! Well, then a day or so later, a little area on the side of my screen was acting weird when I would press anything over it or near the area. It didnt always happen, so I thought it would be fine. I was wrong. Now, the lights from inside the phone just started shining through, so much that I can barely use my phone some of the time. The saddest part is, I paid for a 30 day warranty, and it ended about 5 days ago. I get that its what I paid for, but thats because I didnt expect it to cause problems over 30 days from the repair. And no I havent dropped my phone or done anything that I know of to damage it since it was repaired.

I was thrilled to find out my last tempered glass purchase was under warranty, and was easily replaced in 5 minutes for only $10! I love CPR and never go anywhere else. I can always trust that theyll do whats right, and never try to upsell me. Thank you, CPR! Great service, friendly people.

I went in to have my tempered glass from Invisible Shield replaced under warranty and had no issues. The service there was great and they really honor their guaranteed installation. Reason I say that is because they had some trash that fell under the 1st glass installation, then air bubbles under the 2nd, but they did not finish until it was installed perfectly. Great customer care!

The one person up front, I think I heard her say her name was Robin to another customer. She had very short hair, glasses, and a cap. Not only was she friendly & polite, she was like that to all the customers before & after me. Thats a rare site these days. Thanks for the fast service as well!

Backstory to drop off-I took my Galaxy S6 in with water damage (water proof bag on a river float : -[ ) thinking that it needed a new battery since it worked fine other than powering it on from reset screen ....but only on the charger. I read some reviews which lead me to this place. I called about 20min. before closing (8pm) and they said that I could drop it off that night. Since it was a water damaged phone I was told they needed a 24hr time frame for repair. I raced over and even though I arrived at 7:58pm I was still given great customer service and did not feel rushed while explaining the situation. They explained all of the risks that came with water corrosion, taking it apart, cleaning etc. I paid the initial $45 (upfront charge that does apply if there is additional cost) and left worried that I would be faced with an additional $100-$200 charge if something else goes wrong during the inspection.yikes!Conclusion- Just received the call at 3pm(less than 24-hrs!!!) that my phone is up and running with no additional parts not even a battery needed ....not mad at all! A huge smile and sigh of relief when I was told no additional cost was needed! Thank goodness. They have officially earned all my future business and I will refer anyone that is looking for phone repair in the future. Im Mobile again no more standing/sitting next to outlets!!!!
