Store is closing. Great shoes. Due to being hard to fit in shoes, going to a store is my preference. Too much effort to order, wait and then need to return and wait some more for a refund.

Close out sale. Sad to see it go.

I had a great experience with a very helpful sales girl. She went out of her way to find the best fitting boots for my feet. Highly reccomend this store!

Today I went to exchange some sandals that I bought at the San Marcos outlet store. Sales associate 283940 was very rude to me. After I tried on a bigger pair the stocking came off of my foot and was caught in the sandals zipper. She took that sandal from me and sarcastically said, thanks a lot for getting the stocking stuck in the zipper. I apologized and told her that I didnt get it stuck on purpose. I she ignored my apology so I decided to get my money back and get out of there as soon as possible. This was my favorite shoe store until know.

Love this store. I wear the Bzees line by Naturalizer. Other than this location, the San Marcos Outlet is the nearest outlet location. This store always has a lot in stock with knowledgeable staff.

I just had the worst experience at this store (Round Rock outlet) with one of the sales associates. Let me start by staying in the last few years I have had the worst in finding comfortable shoes that my feet can stand. I have had several MRI’s where I have stenosis, pinched nerves, bulging disks & arthritis that is literally taking over my body. Back to when I walked into the store I grabbed 2 different pair of shoes for 2 separate occasions that I am looking for. As I was trying them on this sales associates cane over to ask me how I was doing . Told her I was trying on but they were big. She looked over to see the size on box didn’t bother to ask just bent down she grabbed another size and I tried on. It actually wasn’t bad but wanted to try other shoe. Same thing as I grabbed wide because of my issues I get really bad cramps on my toes up my leg. She then started with the wide on this size is the same as the other size in medium . I was confused at first as to what she was even saying. So I paused and said wait how can that Be! Wide is wider, size is obvious and medium is another so how can they all be the same. Anyways she said all I needed was a cushion in the front shoe that was it. I tried to explain that I have many issues with my feet and most shoes hurt so nothing to do with size but with comfort! She did not want to heat it and told me those cushions would help!No they don’t! Have tried them!! Along with other things and still hurt! She became condescending telling me she had fitted many people blah, blah, blah and I said well you are not a doctor and you do not know my situation why are you being so ugly and condescending. Her response was oh I’m not, really!! Why would I say you are!!! I told her did not appreciate it I was going to call corporate office and write review.I do not know who this sales associate is but she needs to go!! Nobody needs to be treated like this. This is my second time in there and just when I thought about taking my mom in there oh hell no!! I will never step foot in this store as long as this associate is working there!!I would give it a zero star not for the shoe store or the shoes they have really nice things but for the horrible narcissistic sales associate that works there!

I loved the shopping experience so much I bought 3 pairs of shoes and a purse. Staff was so helpful and friendly.
