I went here to find a Christmas gift for my mother and I was greeted warmly by one of the associates upon entering. The lady that helped me was very patient with me as I smell tested a bunch of perfumes and continued to give me more recommendations while also narrowing in on what type of scent that I was looking for. Once I found a perfume that I thought my mother would like, checkout was fast and the cashier was super nice to me. I appreciate their patience and kindness and I definitely plan on coming back for my own, personal, perfumes.

Great selection for both men and women, prices are reasonable and they do have great promotional deals going. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to have something for everyone.

Coffee beans should be available in ALL places that sell perfume.Sales lady was a little pushy, but kind. Prices were decent, not outlet great, but it has been a tough year in sales, so I overlook it

Two big complaints about this store:1) The tester bottles that they use are large bottles that make the customers feel like wow, their prices are amazing! And they sell you the perfume like theyre giving you a deal... Plus, the boxes that the perfumes come in are large enough to hold the tester bottles, but the bottles in the boxes are much smaller than the box, or the tester bottles. In the end, what they try to say is a great price, ends up being more expensive than other perfume retailers. SCAM!!!2) I gave them my military ID for a military discount when I was purchasing, then they tried to sell me other perfumes for 30 minutes. When I finalized my purchase, I forgot my ID, and they forgot to give it back to me. By the time I realized I had misplaced my ID and retraced my steps to find it - 4 days had passed. This store made no attempt to contact me to let me know they had my ID, and when I called them to make sure they had it, they simply said, oh, yeah, your ID is here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/CAREOver priced perfume, and no customer care. Do not shop here!!

I love this place! I have no idea what it is but Im being offered Google rewards for reviewing it. So yeah, its better than Chilis which gave me good poisoning twice.I heard they have great burgers, or tires, or hair care products...... Try them all and youll become a regular.They are awesome!

Great place

I think people here are great. I did witness a customer leave unsatisfied, but in the stores defence, he was a jerk. As with any personal interaction, you get back what you dish out. My experiences have been pleasent. We were able to find the right perfume for a gift and even received two more at a huge discount. I have a little problem getting over the aroma overload, but it helps not being rushed.

I would give this store 0 stars to this store.I bought my husband a cologne for a gift and he decided that he wanted me to return instead and buy the gift set for a better deal somewhere else. So I went to return the cologne. The lady saw the receipt and told me because I had spent more than $40 and bought a perfume for $10 ( that they had offered) I had to pay the difference of what the $10 perfume is worth which is $35 to the purchase of my husbands cologne which cost $65+tax so I would be getting back $40. No where in the store or the sign that has the promotion or receipt says that I have to pay the difference of the promotional perfume. I told her where does it say I have to pay the difference of the perfume I bought for $10, she said no where, than I told her exactly that false advertisement more like you trying to RIP me off my money. Worst customer service and big fat RIP OFFS... please be careful with what you buy and if you buy a promotional perfume and want to return the perfume/cologne you bought for the price shown dont expect for them to give you your full money back!!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped by to see if they have a calogne that I want to purchase him for Christmas. In the beginning, the gentlemen gave us great customer service, offered his knowledge of fragrances and engaged with us really well. He was genuine. As our time came to an end and we were trying to leave, he offered us prices and deals and how much the two of our favorite fragrances would cost. My boyfriend said to him Im sorry man, we werent planning on purchasing anything tonight, we were looking for christmas, we still want to come back and get these. After that, the guy acted very offended, he turned and walked away and then came back and tried to sell us perfume sampler, after we told him we werent purchasing anything. No joke, this guy began to pout, pulled out his phone and wouldnt even talk to us. Is this really what our world is coming to? People dont offer genuine customer service if they know they wont be receiving their commission. Now, we wont be coming back to purchase the perfume that we loved because of the gentlemen who gave us his fake customer service this evening.

Would not even give 1 star, very bad customer service. Bought 3 perfumes, had to gift one - when asked for an extra bag - they would not give it. Even after saying would pay for it. The man at the counter says they are running short. I could have billed the items separately and they would have had to give it. Inspire of requesting and telling would pay for the bag the man at the counter refused.I will not return to this store

The manager was so polite and helpful to my dad and I, she was so knowledgeable and funny. Would come to this store again for cologne or perfume.

I dont know what these negative reviews mean by high prices, but I can tell you for a fact that the YSL cologne I bought today for $70 costs $90+ online for the same size and type (Eau de toilette).The woman who helped me was kind, showed me a few different fragrances with similar scents to what I described, and seemed very knowledgeable of the product assortment.There were two employees juggling four different customers and they did it with grace and with well-mannered attitudes.I definitely recommend stopping by here if you need to get a fragrance for yourself, or as a gift.

HORRIBLE SERVICE the lady that attended us was super super rude and would always cut us short while speaking as if she wanted to just take our money and get us out of there.
