I am not much of a make-up person. So I needed some help when I went in. Stephanie was beyond helpful and nice! She deserves a raise for her kindness and knowledge!I initially ordered foundation online, it was the wrong color even after Sephoras Color Match Test Online. So I went in and had trouble due to everything being put away because of Coronavirus. Stephanie looked at me and within seconds was able to tell me the proper foundation. I didnt agree, I thought she was wrong. But once I purchased it and tried it own, Stephanie was right!She also managed the store solo, kept the store at a low capacity due to COVID-19, all well helping several customers. Thanks for all your help Stephanie!

First time going in, and first time re-exploring makeup in probably 15 years. This gave me some confidence back! The people here are amazing, wonderful and so very helpful!! They took care of me without making me feel like I was taking up too much time and helped me make better choices about products. Will definitely come back!!

Really upset about this. The doors were open, I was 5 minutes late (6:05), I was going out of town, the following a.m. super early, I specifically wanted to run out of make up and pick some up and had zero help and not even other options to help me, just said, Closed, sorry....

I didnt go to Sephora, but to Pennys and the sales staff are always helpful in assisting me locate what Im looking for to purchase. Its sad that inventories are now at a minimum, but I like to feel and try on my clothes before I buy them. Good store.

Staff is excellent, but they are not able to keep their products stocked. I purchased a $25.00 sample pack of 5 of the Perfumes they sell. I was told there was a Voucher inside for a free travel spay of the scent I preferred, so, I would break even, more or less. However, after a month and 3 visits, the store never has any of the travel spays, or the rollerballs, the voucher is for. Its like a scam. I am really disappointed.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I was in need of some makeup. The staff made their suggestion according to my last brand and color of makeup I previously used. I thought it was going to be too light but it actually matches. She new what she was talking about.

Just there to look at purses with the wife. They have an excellent selection of purses in various colors and styles. If you need a purse, this is a place to look. Came for one, left with two.

I love the place, however I did not feel like I was the priority of the sales representative. I asked her if she could show me/match me with the newest NARS foundation to see how it would work with me. I was told that due to COVID she couldnt match me (which I understand) and I asked if she could at least help me find a foundation that was close to my skin tone; said that there were a few, pointed them out to me and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I felt like my needs were not important and she was ready to go back and mingle with the rest of the ladies. Very disappointed.

The ladies here were extremely helpful when finding a moisturizer for my skin type. Despite being a higher price than I normally get for skin care (I have never shopped at Sephora before), the testers they gave were fantastic and it really helped me to choose the right moisturizer for me! They also gave me a little sample of bb cream when I asked about its purpose!

I wanted to try a couple of foundation samples before I made my decision, there was only one lady on the floor helping many customers, but you would never have known with the level of help and friendliness this lady displayed. She was extremely helpful, patient and never once made you feel rushed. This will definitely be my Sephora from now on.

I always have a great experience at this Sephora. Ive always been approached and asked if I needed help finding anything/ color match. Ladies are knowledgable about products and very nice. Even in adverse situations where customers are being rude and yelling, they are always kind and helpful. I will continue to shop here because of the experience I have here.

This Sephora is probably the best one I’ve been too! The staff there is super super friendly. The girl that helped me was really nice and was willing to help me find my shade and even gave me samples of things I wanted to explore in in the store. If you ever go to this Sephora ask for Taylor she was awesome !!!

Unprofessional staff. Wouldnt give me a exchange on makeup that was gifted online. The first ladies to help me were already going to start exchange and this other lady with dark hair came over to say no exchanges. Made me very upset and she was not nice. So then i proceed to shop and my daughter picks out makeup and nobody ever came over to help us or suggest anything, like your supposed to do in retail. Will never shop this sephora again. Went to Georgetown one at wolf creek and they happily exchanged my purchase. Not to mention i did purchase at the jcp sephora as well. Next time ill just buy at Georgetown sephora its better.

Helpful staff

Was not impressed. The store looked alright, but the service...My sister and I walked around looking and nobody asked us if we needed help with anything. We were there for 10-15 minutes. Instead the girls just stood there gossiping💁🏽‍♀️
