Outstanding customer service by associate MEKA, I had a discount from another coating company which had to be called in for verification, the line was busy and Meka left a message to be called back, he assured me that he would follow up with the call so departed the store for home, no sooner had I got home Meka called me and stated that he was able to give me the discount.Definatly will use Sherwin Williams paint in the future.

Their Products are of good quality, but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Their incompetence at handling a simple phone order is quite dissapointing and their poor attitude towards their customers is unnecessary. If you are willing to tolerate demeaning, rude customer service then feel free to shop here. As a service provider myself, I find their staff to be very unprofessional and uncorteous.

So, I asked if I could bring in my can of Valspar paint to have it spun, since theyre much closer to me than Lowes. The person I talked to on the phone said he could only spin Sherwin-Williams paint. They dont know how to spin other competitors cans of paint..... Really? Ive had paint from Home depot (Behr) spun at Lowes. I think he was just being difficult and not helpful! I wont be visiting his Sherwin Williams Paint Store!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. From my recent visit, the rep did a great job matching my paint, and gave me some tips on paint brushes.
