I thought my phone needed a new battery. The man at the counter asked me questions about the phone and said no, I did not need a new battery. I found it refreshing.

Everytime Ive ever had to have a battery replaced, they have been very helpful, quick, and friendly. Definitely recommend them for all of your battery needs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had purchased a atv battery from them because they were the only place that had that size in town. It worked great for about 3 months and starting to die later. I went in to exchange the battery and they said they couldnt take it because it had a cap missing. I had a 1yr warranty and they told me that I was the one who made the battery defective. All I wanted was another battery; I had the original box and receipt but that wasnt good enough for them.P.S I work at a plant locally and I told everybody not to come here

This store may surprise you! Not just a very large assortment of all types of batteries. Great, friendly, and quick service. My first go-to for all my battery needs. Forget the big box stores, youll find what you need first stop!

Went in with flakey older car fob looking for battery replacement. Service guy instead fixed a bad solder joint and replaced the case. The battery and electronics other than the one solder joint were fine. All fixed for about 1/3 the price of fob replacement. Very satisfied.

Had my screen replaced on my phone. When I picked it up, they told me they were having problems with those screens. So if I had any problems, just bring it back. Low and behold, I had all kind of problems. So I brought it back. Only to be treated like it was my fault. They told me to come back in 2 hours to pick my phone up. Which I did. Only it wasn’t finished and was told I had to wait in line. Which I was fine with. So after a few minutes I asked how long it was going to take. In a very irritated manner they told me another half hour.So a half hour later I pick my phone up and the other guy hands me my phone and says the new screen should not have fixed the problem. But it seems to work fine now. Then he proceeds to tell me how wrong i am, and how he’s been fixing them for 6 years now. Lol. Whatever. As long as my phone works. Their customer service needs a good revamping. They were very rude and argumentative. Last time I go there. It says independently owned and operated on the door. I sure hope neither of these guys were the owner.

Dont go to this place if you have to change the batteries for nice brand watches. People working there dont have knowledge on how to change the batteries. Other local store who fix watches have similar complains. Broke my branded watch as they pulled it so hard to take battery out. When I asked the manager to get it fixed, they had my watch for almost 2 year. Every time I called, I would get same answer that he will send to local store where they fix the watches. 6 months back my watch was still in store. 2 weeks back when I called he apparently called the store which is closed for more than 2 years and recently told me that store closed and did not return the watch. How it is possible?? Watch which was worth of $175.00, he can only give $60.00 after keeping it for 2 years. I know for sure my watch is still there or thrown in garbage. Manager never returned the call back everytime I leave the messages. More than 30 times I have the called and left messages. More than 5 times visited store to find out.2 things I hate the most, lying and not loyal to customer. If you dont know how to change the batteries, make sure they are honest to tell the customer and not experiment it.

I went here about a month ago, purchased 5 batteries. Two were 12v and three were 6v. The 12v were replacment batteries for stock Powerwheel batteries which were significantly cheaper than OEM. The three 6vs were purchased to replace three 18v drill battries ran in parallel in a modified Powerwheel for car shows. Long story short one battery was defective, less than 10 minutes into a ride one 8.2a 6v ran in series would drop below 5v, while the other two remained over 6v. They replaced the battery without any hassle. I plan on purchasing anything battery related through their wonderful staff and store from this day forward. You guys got a customer for life!
