Refused to put a battery in because they wanted to leave early for the day. I had to get a jump just to make it there only to have the auto center tell me it’s not their problem! I informed them I couldn’t turn my vehicle off until I received a new battery because it wouldn’t start back up, and again, not their problem!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Brockway St location put back on stripped lug nuts after they over-tightened and stated they dont carry new lug nuts and its the customers responsibility to bring them in... Bay Rd location said that is not the case and admitted the State St location has many complaints and issues that they have to remedy. Store manager said he would send gift certificate for my inconvenience and then didnt. Most dishonest workers Ive ever dealt with. I wont make the same mistake again, Discount Tire or Bell Tire has always provided professional service!!

If i could give no stars i would! my parents took my car to get new tires on it since my dad physically can no longer do it as he is a mechanic for many years. He was talking to a teenager or younger “boy” that was working there, and letting him know what happened to my rim (I hit a curb) and other stuff to just let the guy know what is wrong with my car. The guy goes off on my father, in front of my mom, and another family waiting for their car with their kids, and starts yelling refusing to work on my car because of my father trying to make it easier and let him know what needs to he done. Not in any way telling him how to do his job just a “hey, I need the four new tires I bought from here put on and some other stuff....” but instead the “boy” treated my father and mother so poorly by screaming at them in public, refusing to work on my car, and saying words I will not repeat on here. We are contacting corporate and taking further action to report this man. The other mechanic’s there were staying out of it which I understand. The manager ended up getting someone to work on my car since the “Boy” refused to do so. The manager not once stepped in to calm the “Boy” as he lost his temper, or stopped him from the language and words he was using. I do not recommend this Walmart auto center, and if you do go here make sure you know who you are talking to!

Good customer service from Walmart automotive but everybody knows other than that Walmart sucks

They let my truck leave with a quart of oil low.I watched them check it several times.Said that was what my specs said.Made a note said my small leake was a bad leakI suspect to cover their self

Not helpful no one showed up for work so they wouldnt help me with anything when there was one mechanic there he wouldnt help me and couldnt even put my spare tire on for me

Super duper slow to check in and perform service. They have the best prices and have never screwed up on my cars so they get five stars. Be careful with your car in Saginaw most auto shops are crooks who dont know how to fix cars or do anything. Walmart is your best bet for oil changes and tires in Saginaw.

Never frickin again will I ever get my out change here. They didnt put the cap back in when I changed my out and it leaked all out and burned out my engine. Same thing happened to a friend of mine. I recommend u dont go here

They do a cheap oil change. Thats about all I can say. They dont do everything they are supposed to on the checklist that they give you. Ive also been told I can get the semi synthetic oil by some staff and then told no by others. They are always good to you when the manager is there.

Need better customer service skills. Refused to put a battery in. Had another place put it in and the mechanic said it was not as hard to put in as Walmart was telling me it was going to be. Hate the way I was treated at Walmart.

People fighting in the middle.of the store. WHILE THEYRE CHIDLREN were there!! Didnt see management do anything at all. NOT a good experience and had my daughter with me. I never go here and the one time I do.....this is why I dont. Trashy. Where the heck was management??

Always busy slow service but great people

Rude and disrespectful while I waited and found out when I got home they actually didnt reset the system nor refilled everything like I paid them to do. Tried to come back and have it done and they claim I had to wait 2 hours cause they were busy.

Wanted a battery put in. Robert told me he couldnt. They werent busy at all. Went across the street to the Pennzoil oil change place and they put one in for me. They told me that they always get walmarts turnaways. I will never use the walmart tire place again.
