I have a Snowie ice shaver at home, and it has been perfect. It is so easy and makes perfect shaved ice. Prices are very reasonable, and customer service has been great as well. So nice to have an option at home for snow cones in the heat of the summer.

Good prices for how big the snow cones are loads of flavor options.

Positively horrible customer service. Machine broke. Requests for replacement parts (or any response whatsoever) have been ignored so far. If I had to do it again, Id purchase from somebody who would build a better product, stand behind it, and respond to repeated requests from their customers. Quite disappointing. Go somewhere else.

Snowie has fantastic products and truly innovative, industry leading ideas and tips. Their staff are extremely helpful and they are very reasonably priced. It is so convenient having them here in SLC. I love that they see themselves as partners to small businesses all over the world. Everything they do keeps the end objective in mind. Top notch for sure.

Dropped by their offices and they treated us like we were their big customer. Spent hours with us touring the facilities, testing the equipment and even gave us a bunch of samples! They are proud of what they do and the quality of the shavers is top notch. The flavors are plentiful and delicious!

What a fantastic visit. Was shown the Snowie in all it forms. It was a hands on experience.Abel to see the Manufacturing process of The different type of buildings they make. Could feel the quality.The taste of the assorted flavors was most intresting. Can see and taste the superior Syrups.Whow thisvis the place to build my business from. HII went about to listened to all your webinars and paid special attention about your dedication on helping your potential customers on getting started. When I called about getting information on the spreadsheets and needed information on how to obtain them I was told that you need a subscription now. I seems to me that you are looking for an additional revenue. I think it is fair to ask people to join a subscription. The only issue with this is that it completely denies your webinar claims!.This needs to be addressed to your team and especially to the people that represents your company with future or potential customers.So, i give you 1 star.

I am the kind of person that only posts reviews if Im pissed about something, but not in this case. I had purchased a little snowie off Amazon for my kids Christmas and, had a little mix up. Well come to find out there main office is in salt lake (45 min from where I live). Well I called and was very impressed with their customer service they corrected my issue that day, even though it was the holiday week. Also their flavors are top notch much better than my DIY attempts with kool-aid. Little snowie 2 is much better than the other cheap ones weve tried.

Poor Customer service, machines were not shipped, canceled order. Owner called trying to give us a story of his problems! Would not do business with this company, they sell a machine and have no Right knowing how we are going to use.
