This place was amazing. I had the strawberry Italian ice with vanilla custard. Wish they had this place in California.

Italian ice done right! Kudos to this location giving out samples on the street. Now I am addicted and go back for more on a regular basis. Flavors are unique and the Purple Haze is amazing. I also enjoy the Aqua Marine and Lime Ricky. Great place for refreshing Italian ice.

Stumbled upon this place walking around and sure glad we did. The facility is small but there is seating outside. The employee working was incredibly helpful and let us test some flavors. All were good but we ended up doing the Sunset Gelata with Vanilla Ice Cream. Serving size was good and the custard was amazing.

I thought about doing 4 stars, but that is only because I would have a preferred a different flavor once I had gotten mine lol the staff was eager to help, I got several samples which was very helpful! The place is new and ean and tidy. Gelato and Italian ice was very smooth. I got the pineapple gelato and it is tart! So next time J will go with vanilla instead, it would make a good contrast with the Italian ice!

We love this place! They have pineapple dole whip, custard, and tons of flavors of Italian ice! We love mixing the dole whip with Italian ice. They are so nice and always let you sample flavors! The prices are also great. We go multiple times a week because it’s so good.

The BEST GELATO IN UTAH

Good place to relax and unwind. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here. The place has an awesome atmosphere.

Love the food but... They don’t require people to wear masks in their store. So people were in their small space with no masks on. The employees wore their masks below their noses. When I asked about their app the employee grabbed my phone and started doing it for me, excuse me, No one grabs my phone away from me especially in a pandemic!

We love this place! It has lots of non-dairy options. The workers are friendly, helpful, and quick with your order.

They aren’t too bad. I can’t judge their prices too much. I thought they were a bit pricey but I don’t go to Italian ice places often enough to know if that’s the norm. Their flavor options are great and they have dole pineapple, which is one of my favorites. Strongly recommend going if you’re wanting a nice dessert. Even in the cold and winter, it’s a good place to go.

A cold night for some Italian ice. They had a table inside so we ate there. The employees were very helpful since this was our first time there. Good location in the City Creek Center Food Court area.

Ive been to this location about 6 times, and each time they let me down. They never fully fill your cup with custard and ice, theres always a section of just nothing. Last time I got here on Monday at 9:30 (they close at 10), and there was no one to be found. The store was pitch black and already closed. If I were you, I now make the drive all the way to Syracuse because that location has NEVER let me down like this place has over and over again.

I tried their gelata and it’s was 👍🏻👍🏻(excellent). Recommend Zeppes for a nice sweet treat while walking in Salt Lake City.

Brought my Family to get ice cream tonight cause our youngest loves zeppes and we arrived at 7:50 there were two people in front of us and they were working slowly by the time we got to the window the guy told us that his boss said they couldn’t help us cause they were closed and my other half was telling the boss the situation and that we were disappointed and going to leave a review and he threw his hands up and walked away and after we left she tried calling and when they answered the night manager was very disrespectful to her and ended up hanging up on her telling her that she was rude and they refused service for that reason and then they hung up on her and when she called back to ask for the main boss or owners contact info they lied and told her that we were not there before eight and that he was sitting there watching which is funny cause he was at the complete other end of the building and we were out side by the window behind others and he hung up again she proceeded to call to get there names and they would just pick up and hang up and finally they picked up said we are closed and hung up my son was crying cause he really wanted zeppes and no one was even behind us we were the last people in line this seriously was the worst customer service we have ever had and will be looking in to doing more about this cause obviously zeppes does not value there customers and does not care about how there employees treat people based off of past reviews we just read will not be going to the West Jordan location again that is for sure and neither will anyone we know . Oh yeah and we went to the scoop and treated fantastic. Love the scoop!!!

Great alternative to regular ice cream dishes. With custard on top and bottom of shaved ice, Zeppes serves a lighter version of desert.
