The ice cream is the same as every other Baskin Robbins but the employees make this place outstanding.Helpful, patient, friendly. The store was clean, the service was fast.Get some ice cream, tip the employees, because I guarantee they are not being paid enough.

I have an issue with the staff in this branch, I have never seen any of them uses gloves during their service. On 10/17/2021, I was there, the staff was handling boxes, touched her uniform and face before serving me and put my brownie in the cup with her bare hand. I of course asked her to put gloves on and change the cup and the brownie. This has to be fixed because it is a higien issue, let alone the pandemic.

Horrible customer service. I was standing there with my two daughters waiting to be helped while the two employees talked with someone I thought was getting ice cream. He walked out after about 5 minutes and the two employees began talking to each other. I don’t have time to stand there waiting for 10 minutes while they talk about tables. We walked out and got ice cream elsewhere. The guy working even made eye contact with me and still they both completely ignored us. I don’t like to leave reviews but that was so rude of them.

Love this Ice Cream place. Easy to see from street. Good parking. I have been coming here since the 1980’s. Alway the Best Premium Ice Cream around.

Long time favorite. It was unfortunate when the downtown location closed. The Sugarhouse location is great because its right across the street from Sugarhouse Park so you can enjoy your ice cream while relaxing outside or leisurely walking around. The staff is always nice and helpful which is a trademark of Baskin Robbins. If you love dark chocolate their chocolate fudge is one of the best flavors they have. No matter what youre in the mood for you can never go wrong with BR.

The prices on your drive thru board are fake because the prices at pay window are different. Pls change that. You guys own me 3 dollars because of you price discrepancies.

I always like BR, my wife is normally a Blizzard gal but loves the Wild N Reckless. Its in a popular part of town near Sugarhouse Park and has a tiny parking lot that can be problematic on a busy day. Selection and service have been top notch for us. I suggest the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae!

These guys were absolutely amazing! They worked with me and my DoorDash order when I called and had the BEST people on the job! 11/10 would order from them again!!!!!!

Vanilla ice cream was soft as pudding; this place has always had freezer problems. The counter girl wore loose false eyelashes and loose false fingernails that looked like they were going to fall into the pudding--er--ice cream.

Its all about comfort with this place, so when I want a special treat I go here. They have tons of flavors and the folks working the counter are always polite. They even have low sugar options and dairy free ice cream.

The manager I think her name was Jen was super disrespectful. I overheard her telling her worker to take his mask off. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning here.

It has always been my favorite since my childhood and now it is my kids favorite I have always loved Baskin-Robbins ice cream they have a variety of flavors all fantastic they always allow you to taste three of the ice creams but due to covid they have stopped it but Im hopeful it will all resume to normal it is highly recommended

Ice cream was great! Loved my shakes. Customer service not so great. The guy that was working was rude. Made me feel rushed and when I said chocolate chip cookie dough he started with just chocolate chip.I seen so I told him and after that he got a bigger attitude. Seems like he does not his job.

I received excellent service here. I dropped in because I received a coupon for a free pint of ice cream when I donated some blood. I appreciated the big selection of flavors. I did end up picking out a simple mint chocolate chip pint. The ice cream was tasty, but not on the level of Ben and Jerrys. There were several families stopping in for an ice cream cone on a hot summer night. It was a good experience to get a cold delicious snack here.

Called today to order an ice cream cake to see if they could possibly get it done today even tho its last minute. The Gal that answered the phone was hardly paying attention to what I was asking her, she just kept saying what, one more time then finally yelled into the phone we have a policy, 24 hours for all came orders then I went to ask her another question, but she hung up in me! Lol we were going to come in anyway and grab an already made one, but Id rather take my business elsewhere. The mint chocolate chip chocolate cake roll was expensive & terrible. No flavor of mint cream and the chocolate cake was tasteless. It just tasted sweet, with no flavor. I might as well have thrown $27 in the toilet. Very disappointed...it was nasty!

The app does not work. I tried for 20 minutes to order the pre packed pints and nothing worked. Then to.explain to my kids it never worked.

Good ice cream, but nothing special. The atmosphere isnt very friendly or relaxing, but the staff is competent. Considering the price, and the fact that there are many other options when it comes to ice cream, Baskin Robbins needs to step up their game to get on the level of other chains such as Cold Stone or Subzero. Final verdict: Yes, this location is convenient considering its proximity to Sugar House. The ice cream is great as long as you know what you want, and who doesnt love ice cream? There are alternative options available for those with restrictions; call or ask in-store.

The kid that helped me and my daughter was great! She wanted to try so many different kinds of ice cream and he was so nice and patient. I wish I could remember his name but I cant now. I dont like the fact that I wanted to give HIM a tip, it was shared between the group. He deserved the tip as he followed us through the shop and helped us with samples and got us what we ordered. If I want top tip a specific person, I should be able to do that.

This place is the best! They have an amazing variety of icecream flavors to choose from as well as a great selection of cakes. The staff there are wonderful and serve a very friendly environment! The prices are great as well! Would definitely love to come here again!!

The ice cream is good, but the serving size is quite small. I got a single scoop and it barely fit on the sugar cone. It was about $9 for 2 single scoop cones. For this price, Id recommend going somewhere that gives you a good sized scoop. There is a ColdStone down the street!

I went into this Baskin Robbins twice in one day and Shelby, both times, gave more than exceptional service.She was attentive and prompt in both of my orders. She really knew what she was doing and was an absolute joy! I love coming into this Baskin Robbins because they have the best staff!

If ZERO stars was an option!!We ordered a $50 birthday cake for my son on a Friday, to be ready on Sunday at 11:00. Went to pick the cake up at 1:30. They let me know the cake was unfinished. The gal let me know she tried calling her manager the night before to let her know they were out of the toys for this cake. Manager told her she would bring it to her the following morning and didnt. She called her and she let her know she’d have it to her by noon. She called the manager again with no answer. When I got there at 1:30 I heals her try her again, no answer. So we have a cake with a road on it and nothing else that we paid $50 for. The gal at the counter was great. Management dropped the ball BIG TIME!!!

It’s hard to like a place that caters to kids but won’t allow them to use the bathroom. If you have a business...have a bathroom available for your customers! This place completely inappropriately asks customers to go across the lot to Dunkin’ Doughnuts to use the facilities.

The ice cream is great. I personally love the chocolate and Oreos flavor. The place is fairly clean and the late hours are convenient. I think there is some room for improvement in their staff. On this particular visit the employee seemed somewhat annoyed to be dealing with customers. But it was minor so they still get 4 stars

We have a code-name for you. Its Sister Robbins. Sometimes after an activity was say Hey, lets drop in and visit Sister Robbins. She probably misses us. which means I want a double-scoop ice cream cone in my belly. Thirty-one flavors is an odd number to have. Have you ever actually counted how many flavors they have? Have they EVER had an ODD number of flavors? Think about it. I will let you discover they mystery there.

Went to redeem a free birthday scoop. I realize it was free, but the woman helping us was extremely rude and seemed bothered by our being there. We ordered a scoop, and told her it was birthday scoop. She then threw away the scoop saying that birthday scoops are smaller and that you actually have to print the email in order to redeem. None of that is disclosed in the email despite her saying it was. She ended up begrudgingly giving us a child scoop, but we left with a bad taste in our mouth. Awful customer service and unclear communication.

The ice cream is as delicious as usual but, on my last 2 visits in the early afternoon weekday, athe last being today, I had terrible service. I wasn’t able to get her name, but she has dark hair and a a sour expression. She greets customers with “ Do you know what you want?” and nothing else except a few grunted questions because she didn’t remember what I already told her.Today I gave her my ice cream order and asked for a cup of ice water to go, which she forgot. When I reminded her of the water she placed a half filled cup with 4 ice cubes in it on the counter, no straw, no lid and dashed to the back before I could ask for a full cup,straw, and lid. Last week I asked her to throw away my receipt and she walked away saying“ there’s a garbage by the door “. Mind you both times I’ve had my arm in a cast. I got better service and unsolicited help at the gas station/ convenience store down the road where I went for ice water. Next time I want a treat I’ll go there or Howdy Ice Cream ☹️

I wouldnt even give any stars to be perfectly honest, I got a small ice cream cake roll that I have been wanting to get for along time, its way over priced for 25 dollars but I decided to get it for myself on my birthday and it was absolutely awful the worst cake I have ever had in my life!! Looks very good to look at until you actually have a piece and it was very dry cake zero flavor and very small amount of ice cream compared to the amount of dry stale cake surrounding it. Huge huge dissapointment I wish I could get a refund! ! Such a let down on my birthday of all times !please people dont ever wasnt your time on the ice cream cakes from this place. I had to buy additional ice cream to go with the cake and the ice cream I bought ended up being better quality than the mint chocolate chip in the cake. I will just be going to cold stone instead its very expensive and very very low quality at Baskin and Robbins!!!!!!!!!!!!!
