We tried the fairyfetti, toasted coconut, pumpkin pie, and chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes. All were delicious. Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcakes can’t be beat!

Decent quality, but some of the items we had had a weird almond/coconut taste. Nothing wrong with it if you like those flavors, but they should be advertised as such for people who dont enjoy those flavors, or...ya know, have an allergy. Cupcakes were a touch underhelming.

We however didn’t find the quality equal to the price, for our one date night of the week. They didn’t set themselves apart from any other sugar cookies we could have gotten from the grocery store.We also expected the cupcakes (we tried the peanut butter) to be Cupcake Wars worthy. The cake was moist, but it was a chocolate cupcake with peanut butter on top none the less… that’s it.I can imagine this front has some tasty treats, just not the ones we ate.

I have visited this location several times and purchased cupcakes, cookies, brownies, carmel, chocolate, oat bars (sooooo yummy) cupcakes and cakes for special events. I have ALWAYS been INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED!!!! The staff is so kind and talented. I am always excited for any reason to splurge and taste these treats!!!! The cupcakes themselves were like a 6 out of 10. They tasted like a box cake recipe with fun decorations on top. It felt pretty pricey for what we got but the kids liked the fun decorations.They didnt have disposable masks and told us we had to have a mask to order. After going to the clothes store two doors down to get masks, we got back and they were serving a different client who wasnt wearing a mask. That kind of rubbed us the wrong way.

My husband and I went to Sweet Tooth Fairy at foothill drive to get some cookies and some cupcakes. Oh boy!! They are so delicious. Also, the customer service is really great. If I can remember it right, Kaylee gave us such a wonderful service. She is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Shes very sweet and kind. #lfthx

Wow!!!! We were blown away by our wedding cake and grooms cake!!!!! We planned a destination wedding in Zion from miles away and Sweet Tooth Fairy helped make our cake dreams come to life perfectly!!! They were so helpful and easy to communicate with even from so far away!!The cakes were even better than I expected and everyone with us said it was the BEST cake they had ever had!!! Cake bites are ridiculously over priced. But I thought, well Im sure theyd be absolutely worth it then.Was I wrong...12 for 20$ and the cake bites werent even the flavor I ordered. The taste is definitely not worth the price.If you really want to try this place, the cookies are absolutely amazing.

5 stars for the Cupcakes, will reorder those. The sugar cookie part of the cookie is good but the frosting is overwhelmingly ALMOND extract. I think this may have been some kind of error as its not listed as a flavor option for the signature sugar cookie with VANILLA frosting.. Very respectable cupcakes, I enjoyed the Red Velvet and the Fairyfetti was delightful.

We stopped by a few hours before closing on the Monday before Christmas and the selection was a little picked over, so I’d definitely recommend going earlier in the day, especially near a holiday. We purchased cookies and cupcakes. Everyone loved their cupcake; I had the cookie dough cupcake and thought it was delicious. The cookies were just average for me, but that could be because it was the end of the day and there wasn’t much selection left.

If you haven’t tried Sweet Tooth Fairy, do it now! I have been a huge fan of theirs for years. Their desserts are always cooked to perfection, and their buttercream is always so smooth and tasty! My favorite cupcake is their toasted coconut, which is a seasonal thing, so if they have it, be sure to give it a try! The atmosphere of all their stores is so calming and inviting, that when you step outside you can’t help but be excited for your next trip there!

I went and tried the cupcakes today they are very respectful and clean and every cup cake was moist and soft and perfect I recently went to one another cupcake place and they were very disrespectful and all of their cupcakes were dry and it was nice to have someone appreciate us coming in with our money.

Smells of sugar take me back to old fashioned ice cream shops- cant get better than that! Cupcakes are very rich, frosting is full of flavor. Highly recommend the bite-size pieces as they are just right for a taste without overloading your stomach. Prices are perfect. For great deals go in Saturday as they are cleaning out from the week since they are closed on Sunday.

I love the Midvale location!! Every time I go in there the baker and the girls have a smile on their face ready to help me! On Monday I wanted to order a birthday cake from them, so I went and it was great because I got to speak personally with the baker to tell him exactly what I wanted! The end result was absolutely stunning!! He did such a fabulous job!! It looked better then I imagined!! Definitely will continue to order from them!! Great service thank you!!

I love this place! The staff are always so kind and patient as you admire and choose from the array of sweets behind the counter. I have yet to find anything there I didnt thoroughly enjoy, the treats are seriously second to none. Prices are fairly reasonable as well and the actual selection of desserts changes frequently enough that you can usually find something new to try each time you visit. I would very highly recommend giving this place a visit, it is well worth the time, money, and calories!

This is really sentimental to me. I love to be funny, but this touched my heart! I was abandoned as a mom since 2011. Ive just been trying to pull it together. In past years I have ignored my birthday. Plus, I didnt want a red neck box cake. I needed one with love. They told me on the phone that my fairy would be right with me I smiled like a 6 yr old. My inner child needs something. I got there and they gave me a FREE CUP CAKE FOR MY BIRTHDAY!! It had the most perfect raspberry on top. Delectable, and a gift! Times are hard and I ate that cupcake. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the owner will not fix the cupcake ice cream machine. Everyone is super friendly and awesome though! I just dont ever go there anymore because they wont fix the machine. So they are losing business. But the workers are awesome!

I live close to the Midvale location. I am a regular customer and most of the employees know me because I come in so much. The sugar cookies are one of my very favorites. I love the frosting, so flavorful and creamy. I also really love the caramel oat bars! I cant get enough of them. The banana sheet cake bars are so delicious, so moist. Wish they had them more often. I really like everything in the store. I love desserts and nothing is too sweet for me, more frosting the better. Looking to order a cake in the future. When I go there I get good customer service.

What Amazing Customer Service Coupled With A Perfect Decadent Dessert!Our family was simply missing everything tonight, just by a little.We made it to our hotel this evening to find the pool was just closed for maintenance. As parents we thought, What do you do with four kids and a night away from home? You take them to the local rec center to swim. Unfortunately, the rec center closed early tonight for winter hours. No worries, there is a Sweet Tooth Fairy near by, and cupcakes make everything better. As we pulled up, we noticed the door closed, and most of the lights off. The young women on the other side of the store front saw us, gave us a very polite wave, but continued to close the store. She had every right to close. The winter store hours were posted on the door, and we missed the time. What were we going to do with the kids now? We were running out of options. A moment later, the young women behind the store front, Sophie is her name, the hero of our children, the icing on our night in Salt Lake opened the door, and said, Im sure you would like some cupcakes. She was kind enough to take care of us and our children. A few minutes later, we drove away with our children shouting, Thank you, Sophie!!! And, thank you mom and dad for taking us to The Sweet Tooth Fairy! Customer service is alive and well at The Sweet Tooth Fairy thanks to Sophie. You now have four kids and two adults that sing Sweet Tooth praises.

I have been contemplating starting my own cupcake business and thought I would stop by and try a cupcake so I would have something to compare it to. I thought that if they won cupcake wars they must be good. Boy, was I disappointed. The cupcake I got was supposedly the most popular cupcake and it tasted like it came from a box and the frosting had way too much of an artificial taste. The only part I really liked was the chocolate covered strawberry on top. I got a different cupcake for my husband and his tasted like it came from a box too. If youre going to own a cupcake business I really think everything should be made from scratch. Its just so much better that way.

The cupcakes, cookies, and cake bites are 5 star. Highly recommend their cupcakes. They get 3 stars because their workers give you the cold shoulder if you dont leave a tip. Dude, all you did was put my cupcakes in a box for me.

Ive eaten a ton of cake bites at the sweet tooth fairy over the years. I bought a dozen tonight. My wife and I each ate one and immediately looked at each other and said these are not fresh. I actually went back to the store to get a refund or some other treat and the girl told me those arent made in that store and shes had other people complain about freshness but her manager had told her to not offer any refunds or exchanges! Wow. Should be zero stars.

I only go for the vegan brownies, and I came in on a Tuesday and was picking up orders for myself and my coworkers. I dont know what made me say Can I have one of your vegan brownies? Instead of just asking for a brownie normally since I was assured not more than a couple months ago that all their brownies are vegan. I was told that they werent vegan anymore because theyve added chocolate chips that contain dairy. There wasnt a notice and the brownies are still listed as vegan on the website. Ive bought brownies from them with chocolate chips in them at least once before, so Ive surely eaten dairy at this place. If this were an allergy issue or a gluten issue, it would have been taken more seriously. They wont be getting my business anymore.

Standing here now and feeling completely unwelcome with no greeting, chairs stowed, enough lights out that it looks closed, cleaner sitting out. The bathroom has no soap just a dispenser full of water. Cupcakes are fine but what a miserable place to be. Seems we have really inconvenienced someone despite showing up more than an hour before closing.

We went at the end of the day so there wasn’t much variety left and we just let the cashier pick out four cookies for us and we got some s’more cake bites and we were beyond impressed . I had heard the cookies were good but for a cookie to be about an inch thick and the size of my hand and perfectly baked and flavorful was fantastic . The s’mores bites were great as well although I still believe they should eaten in two bites not one for maximum flavor and texture enjoyment .

The cupcakes are consistently great! The staff are usually good when we come in to order, My constructive feedback is that the storefront needs a wash! It makes me wonder what is in the backroom😶. The double chocolate makes it worth the risk!

We usually go to the location at 12300 s. This is our first time trying this location. They had 8 cupcake options, 3 of which were out, and 6 cake bite options. They do taste good, but Saturday afternoon you need to be more prepared. The other location has way more selection and stays much better stocked.

I just happened to see a sweet Tooth Fairy store about 2 months ago when I was in town for work. I had one cookie and was sold! Every time I have been back to Utah, I stop in to get a box of cookies to take home with me on the plane. I wont embarrass myself and at how many boxes that equals to date! :)

We always go to the Sweet Tooth Fairy but I called to place an order 20 mins before closing and no one answered... I called 5 times. Then I called the next day 5 more times and got a busy signal. So frustrating as my son is GF and it was for his birthday so we can’t just pop in to grab a cupcake because they run out of these a lot of times. We will not be going back here for business. SO Cupcake is our forever cupcake shop now.

We had the Orem shop make our wedding cake, an 8 inch Red Velvet - hold the sprinkles :) with a textured frosting. It was BEAUTIFUL! I chose Sweet Tooth Fairy because we loved their cupcakes, especially their red velvet and knew wed get a cake we wanted to eat. This June well get a smaller red velvet to cut on our anniversary - perk to getting a small cake to cut locally is you can have a fresh one to cut for your one year.

Some of their products are good, but they stopped carrying their oatmeal cookie which was one of the few things I really liked. This location is often messy, display case is empty, and customer service is poorly trained. They are not familiar with their products or current promotions. The location in Gilbert, AZ is so much better and their cupcakes and cookies are bigger and taste fresher.

I went into this location at the beginning of the week to see if I could get a small cake made for my daughters bday party... The girl that was in the shop was in the back and when she finally came out to acknowledge that she had a customer waiting she simply said all the employees would be out of town for the weekend and she couldnt help me. Extremely poor customer service!She didnt try to find someone at another one of the locations. She just simply dismised me.I will not be back!

First time visit tonight and we loved it! Tried their snickers brownie and Samao cookie, both were extremely delicious and surprisingly affordable. Didnt try cupcakes or cake so cant vouch for either of those, but our experience was good. Decor is clean and fun, plenty of options and for a couple bucks you can satisfy your sweet tooth!

The girl Rocio that works there is extremely disrespectful. I ordered off of Grubhub and when I received it my order was incorrect. I called the number provided and I explained that my order was incorrect and she said it was a mix up and that I could re order and pay for a whole new order & that was all that could be done. I asked her to speak to a manager and for her name and she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and she kept hanging up on me. I called one last time and she finally answered and gave me her name, and I let her know I was coming into speak with her manager. When I got there at 6:25pm, the sign was up that said closed but it’s saturday and said the store was supposed to be open until 8pm.... Probably will be calling Corporate for further action.

So disappointed in this location the Sweet Tooth Fairy. I am a repeat customer as I love Megans products and recipies. The locations near me closed so I travelled to Midvale. The selection was very picked over and sparse and the girls working there were not accommodating. The sugar cookies we went home with were stale, that has never happened before. I went there specifically for their gluten free treats and they only have one cookies left. Ive had this one before but this time it was doughy and had way too much salt. You could literally taste a month full with each bite. This is such a amazing brand and this location leaves very much to be desired.

Save yourself the frustration and order through the Foothill location. the baker at this location will not work with you when you order a custom cake. he is rude. I had to order through foothill and have them deliver it to midvale. I gave two stars because the girls that work in this location are super sweet and apologized over and over for the frustration that the baker caused.

Delicious and delectable treats are the source of my sweet tooth addiction to this house of sugary temptations that will tingle your taste buds and enlarge your waistline. The cupcakes are the main draw specifically the cookie dough and the strawberry shortcake which dance like sugar plums in my dreams everytime I think about going on a diet. The iced oatmeal cookies put your grandmothers best efforts to shame and the Ultimate Brownies are aptly named. So forget your diet and live large (quite literally) with just about anything they have on t g e menu.

I placed a large order from them for an event at my office. The cupcakes are delicious, but the process was very scattered and disorganized. I was quoted different prices when I called. The delivery arrived late after the event started, and it only came then because I called and asked about it. Delicious product, but I dont recommend them if you are planning a bulk order.

I love sweet toothfairy, but the fort union location has the most unfriendly people working there. When I went in an ordered all of the cookie dough cupcakes one of the people that works there was quite rude and judgemental. She then complained that they would have to make more. I also had a friend buy me a gift card and they were rude to her as well. I miss the West Valley location they were very friendly.

Last time i came in was like 9 months ago and their cakebites were not as fresh, i came in this week and everything looked so organized and their product fresh, i tried the cakebites again and were amazing, they have really stepped up their quality. i will come more often.
