Mostly good! Got my bike in and serviced quicker than any other bike shop would have. I needed my handlebars adjusted and the front fender replaced. The only thing I wasnt really happy with was that they charged me for the replacement fender before even checking if they were able to get one. They ended up not being able to. That went towards the whole cost of the tune up/repair, but I feel like it would have been better if they had checked first. Great service and fantastic communication, they responded to calls and texts extremely quickly, did a great job. Highly recommended!

On a road trip and had rear tire issues Needed a replacement tire installed to keep me moving, couldn’t get any shops to book me in a timely matter. But Moto Station squeezed me in, without any problems. It’s good to get support and service by a motorcyclist like minded business. By motorcyclist for motorcyclist. Highly recommend anyone in the area to come here first for all your needs

I got my bike tuned from them twice the first time I wasnt very happy and they knew and they gave me a deal on the second time around when I got my new exhaust. Corey (forgive me if I spell his name wrong) really knows his stuff and Im very pleased with how my R1 came out with 189hp. Thats more than I read about them having with the exhaust I have. He also installed the active tune for free. I give this place 4 stars because I do think they are more on the pricey side but, its whatever I guess. Im happy overall.

Great experience, They were the only shop that quoted me a fair price to remove my wheels, mount and balance the tires I brought them. And was able to get me on the road in just a few few hours. I rarely rarely leave a review for anything, but that has to change with Moto Station. I’ve been into cars and motorcycles for 30+ years and have had everything from good to terrible experiences along the way.Moto Station is simply the best experience I’ve had in my time doing this. I won’t get into all the details but I had them do some engine work on my older/vintage Ducati, along with some general maintenance. The honesty and integrity from my service writer all the way to the owner himself was industry leading. I’ve sent texts to friends just to say “all of your moto business needs to go to these guys”.They communicated as good as I’ve seen, with text updates, videos and photos and met all deadlines. Simply can’t say enough about this shop. Very old school meets new with the tech but the honesty and ethics front and center. Thanks fellas!

I am not happy they closed the roll Down door. I dont usually let anyone touch my bike but since I am not at home did not have much choice. still would like to watch the service being done. 65 for basic oil change is reasonable I guess. the gear selection is nice. mostly dianese. didnt check pricing. they have some sick bikes and they are Ducati certified for the duc riders out there. anyhow, minus 1 star for lack of attentiveness and closing the shop door when it was obvious I was watching. pic is from right before door was closed

I just picked up Sarahs CB-1 from Moto Station. For those of you who dont know what this bike is, it was imported for only a couple of years (1989 and 1990) and is a 400cc four cylinder standard (naked) type motorcycle. Weve worked hard to keep it nice, and the reality is that I dont let many other people work on it because they dont really respect it for what it is.That being said, it was time for some service. Being recent transplants to the area finding a shop that we trust is a big deal. We had great resources in Fort Collins, CO and finding a similar community here was important to us. The bike needed some service including new tires, fork seals a chain and some new sprockets. Enter Kory and the team at Moto Station. I dropped the bike off with Chris and they took it from there. In addition to the work that I knew needed done they were able to assess a cold start problem that weve been having for a while and cure it.When I picked up the bike tonight it was fully ready to go, cleaner than when I dropped it off and clearly cared for.I highly recommend Moto Station for the care of your special machine.

Recently purchased a Ducati 1199 Panigale S from Moto Station. I was greeted by Lacey who went over the bike with me in great detail. The experience was less like Here, check out this sexy bike, It sure looks good on you, what ya think? and more like someone who just absolutely loves bikes and was excited to show them to you. She was extremely helpful through every step of the process. While going over the bike she showed me some things that needed to be done before they let it go. I had questions about other bikes as well and she had no problem going over each of them, letting me know what to expect if I were to buy. These were things they could have easily failed to mention if they just wanted to push a bike out the door. Ive now had my bike for a month and have zero regrets. I also recommend checking out the store if only to see how bad-ass it is. It is easily the most stunning showroom in the valley. Its not just the bikes, its how they show them off, its a teenage wet dream. Its like a dream garage but better. The other staff was very helpful as well. Very easy going guys to talk to.

I gave in my 2008 Ducati Monster 695 to get some work done on it before I could sell it. I spoke to Chris and he was wonderful and super professional and kind. He also explained to me that you offer consignment, and after planning on taking one last long ride on the bike I decided that I wanted to have Moto Station sell my bike.I picked up my bike 9 days after i gave it in and had no issues with the amount owed or service done, that was great, but after Rick rolled out my bike I saw to my shock that on the top of the tank there was a large scar/ scratch. Rick came over after he saw me standing there in shock and told me that it was due to the fact that the tank was known to expand in the heat and bubble. Im no expert, and that is understandable, but how would you feel to come back to a bike that you want to sell and seeing a new blemish on the tank, that a potential buyer will most definitely be picky about. Secondly, knowing that heat could cause a possible issue with paint, why was the bike left for over a week (9 days) in the sun? Im guessing thats the reason that the paint split, because I never had this issue before as the bike was garaged all its life. After doing some research I found out that maybe they accidentally splashed some brake fluid on my tank and the paint bubbled. I figured that before i would post this review I would give them a chance to at least apologize and make things right, but i never even received an email back after I contacted them. Very disappointing.

They promised me theyd get it back to me by Thursday and didnt disappoint. They ordered parts that were available only in Texas or California, and had them overnighted for me. It was tough to diagnose but they found the problem quickly while keeping me appraised of the situation. Unfortunately the bike ended up needing a new ECU. Rather than telling me they were getting one from the factory, they took the time to search for a quality used one at 1/4 of the price of a new one. They got everything ordered, installed, and running right while always being polite and informative. I wont go anywhere else for service. Oh, and they charged a fair number of labor hours, even though they could have charged more. Compared to the 1-star experience from the place I bought the bike, these guys are worlds ahead.

My husband brang his bike to this shop based on amazing reviews from new friends, google and the groups that he rides with. We took the bike in for a valve adjustment. We already knew there was stripped screws and what not. My husband asked that they fix anything that was broken/needed repair. Well, we got the bike back it ran fine, as it should. As the winter approached my husband decided he wanted to transform his super sport into a street fighter so the transformation commenced in our garage. Everything came off and came apart only to find that the stacks(?) were siliconed together and silicone places on top of the screws. When I called and asked, Rick told me that my husband only asked for valves so that’s what they did and that the mechanic(s) working on the bike put the silicone on as it is common procedure in race bikes. When I asked my husband he said that he did ask, and the guy at the counter just wasn’t listening to him. I was there when we dropped the bike off and I did notice that the only thing on the receipt I was given said valve adjustment and nothing else. I didn’t ask my husband because he assured me he had it handled. So back to the silicone. We called and they told us to bring it in and they’d fix it properly. We did, and also asked that they reseal the clutch gasket since it was leaking. We paid for parts, not labor. HOWEVER, we brought the bike home and about a week later went for a little ride. Like 30 mins y’all and the clutch gasket is leaking. When I called again to ask what’s up the only thing Rick had to offer is that I bring it in they look at it and if it’s leaking that they reseal the gaskets for free. While I appreciate the gesture I would rather not bring the bike back to this shop. Each time we have had work done we have had to bring it back a second time for the job to get done correctly. I would NOT recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY if you have a bike that you have done work on yourself. We’ve spent too much time and money for my liking at this place and did not feel like we get proper customer service care that you should get when you’re at a mechanic shop or anywhere for that manner
