Over the top customer service!!! Last week I ordered the wrong sprockets from a Vortex vendor and hadnt discovered this until Thursday needing to go racing on Saturday. I was told it would be impossible to get the sprockets in time and rightfully so due to the timeline. However, I called Vortex on Thursday to explain my situation. They rushed it through production and I had sprockets in hand by 10am the following morning from Utah to Michigan! The rep even personally delivered them to FedEx to ensure they were sent. This was the biggest weekend of the year for me and because of your team I was able to race. Your sprockets are top notch and I will forever be a customer! Thank you!!!
