I had a unique experience at this shop. I stopped in to have a pair of sunglasses adjusted. I hadnt bought them there, but the woman in charge went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my nice Oakleys fit me properly. It was more than I expected, and absolutely deserves commendation. Thank you!

The staff here is very friendly & knowledgeable! They have a pretty decent selection as well.

The manager is very dishonest. He tried to act like he was my friend, yet when I asked if they can negotiate the prices, he lied to my face and said no. I had stopped by the store weeks before and an employee told me that they can take $40 off on sunglasses over $100. When I mentioned it to the manager after he lied to my face, rather than telling the truth finally, he still partially lied and said that they can take $30 off on sunglasses over $150. When I left, I was kind enough to wave bye to him. But it was very strange that he would not wave back or even acknowledge it. He looked right at me with a stern look and did nothing. A bigger problem at this mall is that if you do not dress like a yuppy or like youre going to church, the employees act like youre a shop lifter. I dress casually, ESPECIALLY when all that Im doing is shopping. That is the appropriate way to dress while shopping. And those mall store employees always follow me around and stare at me. They pretend to be sophisticated, but they have the mentality of an animal.

Great selection of sunglasses. The store ir big enough to make it hard to choose your new pair. The saleswoman was very friedly and prompt to us. Theres a wide range of prices, maybe something between $70 and $300. We got lucky and took the last 2 of the models we choose.

Limited selection and a staff that seems unwilling to go above and beyond their job. Inquired about a particular pair of sunglasses and wanted to know if the lenses were available in polarized or not. The guy did not bother to check but rather pointed out what glasses were polarized and which werent, great I already knew that...Would only return because they are one of a few shops that sell Arnette sunglasses.

Excellent friendly staff. Needed Oakley replacement lenses and could not get to an outlet center. This place carries your Oakley needs.

Great customer service. They stayed late just so I could get my glasses.
