Bought one of these a couple months ago and while using it hunting there was an issue with the motor mount which rendered the drive inoperable; took it back to the shop and they quickly replaced the motor assembly! Can’t wait to use it again! Great customer service!

Man thi thing is a game changer! Say goodbye to your backpack! One hole bull elk deboned packed out 7 miles round trip half battery life left. I rolled this down the most rugged country possible and this thing dident skip a beat! Pack in with all the gear to make you comfortable! My mind has been blown! I hunt and fish a lot and most of the time it is off the beaten path... like beyond. I have been using my E-Packwheel for some time now. The closest thing I can compare it to is its like having a horse without all of the hassles of a horse. It helped me pack out an elk a few weeks ago that would have killed me with my recent blown out knee. I load that thing up an head into the backcountry to fish. I do find myself taking things that I wouldnt normally take because it isnt weight on my back. I has climbed anywhere I have been willing to take my body. In most cases it is actually easier to hike with a packwheell than without it because it drags you along.The one thing that can be tough, but still isnt a dealbreaker is when you are crossing heavy downed timber with a full load (200lb+) It just makes it a little bit slower, but I still find myself saying I would rather do this than have this load on my back. We got my bull hiked out and went out to do more hunting that day.I really cant believe what it can do. It opens my mind to other trips I have wanted to do but havent. Thanks for changing my life PackWheel!
