I recently experienced a broken spring on one of my garage doors. I called Hollywood Crawford and spoke with Susan and she scheduled my repair, Susan is the best and Ive had her schedule other work for me in the past. Its great to call and talk with someone who works for the company your calling. Try calling another company and speak to someone in a call center.You may not get answers but just an appointment. Anyway, Brandon came out and replaced my spring and he did an excellent job. I was very satisfied!

Our garage door malfunctioned after many years of wear and tear. Hollywood Crawford came exactly when they said they would and got it repaired and working. The bill was reasonable. The repairman was very courteous and helpful. He carefully explained why the repairs needed to be made and how he planned to do it. ..... Excellent company.

Technician came out to perform a garage door opener install. He was very courteous and professional, had the opener up and running very quickly. He even fixed the alignment on the door itself and and a bracket on the track that had been installed poorly. Lady scheduled us out for 2 days after our door broke. Tech (Guy) came out maybe 30 min late, but that wasn’t a problem because he was very communicative on his arrival status. This was my first time using Hollywood-Crawford to service my garage doors. Our service tech, Jonathon, was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. He worked quickly yet thoroughly, and performed safety and functionality checks on all of our doors, not just the door that wasn’t working properly. With few choices in SA for garage door repair I called two. The first one gave me sticker shock for replacing a spring. Hollywood Crawford was almost half the price and did an awesome job in less than an hour. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional, and generally good people. We elected to replace our garage door opener with a quieter belt drive system rather than mend a system that we felt was near its end. My service repairman Adam was outstanding. He called 1 hr ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. I explained the history with the previous replacement spring to which he offered a discount. Seeing that I was not quite satisfied and considering the previous equipment that I thought was installed was not installed, he called the home office. He returned from his service truck with the higher quality part I had requested years ago with a price I could not refuse.He was done in 30 minutes. He went another step further by adjusting the belt rail that was causing some friction on the door support bracket. This had caused a stain at top of my door if not cleaned regularly (monthly). I had just repainted my door a month ago. And he cleaned the stain.Finally, Adam displayed first class service and professionalism.

Called Hollywood Crawford to look at our garage door opener which they installed in 2011.Miguel quickly assessed that the drive belt needed to be replaced and he showed me the damage. It took him less than 10 minutes to do it. He also recommended to replace the rollers. Again in about 10 minutes he replaced all the rollers and showed us how the door now runs. What a BIG difference!The price was very reasonable and now thanks to Miguel, we practically have a new door! Miguel had the best manners I’ve seen in a long time.

Joe and Antonio did the installation of our two garage doors. The install process was well communicated, easy, and pretty exact. Joe estimated they would need about 3 hours to complete work and were done and gone in that exact time frame. Day prior and day of communication was excellent. I was given a one hour time frame for first thing in the morning and they arrived at the front end of that range and worked quickly and diligently. They reviewed everything that had been done and ensured I was happy before they were on their way. The order process was relatively easy, but with a lengthier wait time commensurate with the Covid times.
