Ideal place for the ethnic group within the area. Noticed many different items you wont find elsewhere. A great selection of sauces. Flavored spices. Hot & spicy sweet & sour. Prices are little higher on basic items.

If youre looking for some vegetarian mock meats, this is the place! They carry a pretty decent selection of vegetarian steaks and beef chunks; hams (you have to try the black peppered ham!); fish; and poultry such as mock duck and chicken. The cashier is an adorable, elderly Asian woman who will immediately re-order anything that may be out of stock. Though the place is small and parking is sometimes tight its definitely worth it!

I would rate this a negative 5 if possible! They need to be turned into the health board!!!!If you can hold your breath long enough to stay in the store, (the smell is so horrific! Its like sewer mixed with garbage - and before anyone tries to say youve never been to one of these places before, correction- yes I have. MANY, and none of them smell like this!!!!!) youll see multiple dead flies on the vegetables and shelves, heavy dirt on the utensils they sell (proof nothing is cleaned in there) blocks of unwrapped meat in the freezer section with open cans that the lip is touching the meat & dead rats outside the door. Im sure I could go on, but this is the 1st time Ive had to leave a store because I couldnt handle being in such disgusting premises!

Love going to markets like these always find something that you cant buy at normal supermarkets in grocery stores

I would have given zero or negative stars if I could. Worst attitude ever!! My mom came shopping there and when she was at the cash register she gave the old lady a 20 instead of a 5 by mistake and with 4 dollar bills and 9 cents. The old lady took the money and didnt say a word. After 5 mins my mom realized that she gave the wrong amount and went by in. My mom asked and said the incident to them nicely but the old lady and her daughter was saying that my mom wanted to scam them for 15 bucks and started saying that it was her fault for not checking her money and once she leaves the store its not their problem. Also, my mom demanded to look at the security camera, which they have, they refused. They were just overall very rude and was just yelling at my mom.

This place is no longer an Asian store. Its an Arabic store called Babylon international. Its a cool Arabic store though
