STAY AWAY!!This place was a nightmare. Over 2 months of waiting for a repair that was supposed to be less than 2 weeks, because of their negligence and lack of care. Please go somewhere else where they take care of you and your car!They took ten days to even start working on my Mustang GT because they “had not printed the insurance approval” which literally means they received the approval from the insurance but forgot to print it, so my car just sat there waiting.That was only the beginning though, they kept delaying the repairs because of a Ford part that was “backordered and impossible to find”. After 2 months of waiting I decided to try to find the part myself. I found it in San Bernadino, and I literally drove there, bought it myself and brought it to them so they could finish the work. They had a careless attitude and were lazy to call places to find a part. I did half of their job. The whole thing was just ridiculous.But that’s not all, they gave me the car back with defects in the paint job, which at least they acknowledged immediately, so I had to leave the car for another week while they painted it again, unbelievable.

Get the work done right! Friendly. Efficient.

Scam. These guys charge you for 14 hr of work which should have been 7 or less. Its a long story but Im just warning you, this shop is a scam. Look around before going there.

Well, I was the victim of road debris On the 15 fwy. I had my car taken to M8ssion Hills Auto Collision. I wasnt contacted regarding receipt of the car. Until I called them there was otherwise no contact.On 1/10/201 I was told that my car would be completed in 5 business days. It took over 3wks. I was also not satisfied with the results. Very poor job done. ////This part (1) of a 2 part review. Stay tuned until i inspect the vehicle.

From start to finish, they were so patient with me, friendly and professional. I have never had an accident like this, I was afraid my car was totaled. They communicated with me and reassured me that they were going to get my car back to the way it was. They definitely delivered! They used all certified parts for my BMW, and quality tested everything. It took a little longer to get my car back, but it was worth it. My car was fixed properly and looked amazing. They still had my car done by the time I had to return my rental. I am so grateful for their quality work and for being so friendly with my multiple calls to the office. I also met the owner, and he was so friendly and explained everything they did when I picked up my car. They gave me a lifetime guarantee for all the repairs they did. I came here a few years ago to get a quote b/c I was re-ended in my A4. They quoted a fair price. They were super friendly and offered the options that would work for the best of myself and the car. They took their time and let me know everything. I never got their service b/c the insurance company of the person who hit me wanted to use another company.I would return, if needed based on the fact they took the time and didnt make me feel uncomfortable.It is hard to find a good mechanic or repair shop that takes the time to review all OPTIONS. It was apparent they cared about their clients and not all about the $$

Most amazing customer service. There lobby is super nice and they are all incredible accommodating. Not to mention the car came back looking beautiful, fully washed and waxed. Looked like a brand new car. Everyone here is awesome!

We stopped into Mission Hills Collision Centre to have a headlight replaced on our Dodge Ram. They ordinarily dont change out headlights but offered to change it out as a courtesy. My husband and I explained that we were travelling through from Canada and needed the light fixed. They could have easily overcharged us but no - because they are honest and down to earth they treated like friends. To me this is a good indication of a business that I would trust to take care of any body work or repairs. Guys thank you for your assistance.

I was the 2nd car in a 4 car collision and my was towed to Mission Hills Collision. Insurance advised me that the CHP report would take up to 21 days to be completed. I checked reviews and decided have the repairs done there. I couldnt wait for insurance to officially determine the party at fault so I decided to pay my deductible and get the ball rolling. I was also advised my car could possibly be a total loss, which would have an extreme hardship for me as I am still paying off the loan. Victor, the owner of Mission Hills assured me that he would do everything possible for that not to happen, even if he took a hit financially on his end. Mission Hills was more helpful to me than my own insurance company. On top of that, Victor also referred me to Enterprise to get his rate, as he knew I was paying out of pocket for my rental and needed to wait to get reimbursed. I ended up having the rental for 3.5 weeks. Doesnt end there. Victor also helped me with the deductible.Mission Hills did an excellent job with the repairs and saved my car from being a total loss. This is still ongoing with insurance and I am out of pocket a lot of money right now so I am so grateful to have found an honest body shop. A couple minor issues after I picked up my car but I took it back the following Saturday and everything is as perfect as it can be.I HIGHLY recommended Mission Hills Collision. I hope to never be in another accident, but if I am... I know where to take my car.

This place got new owner he changed a lot of stuff inside and also its one of our vendor we do business with hes really cool guy and we never have problems with the business

Great service

At the end of 2007 someone backed into my parked car with a SUV in a parking lot. The hood and grill had to be replaced and repainted, and I took my car here under the advisement of USAA because it was one of their Stars direct facility.The work was quickly completed in three days, and looked decent but not great. And over time the negligence to detail became glaringly apparent. My headlight assembly was replaced, but the headlamps were never aimed correctly. The shop billed insurance for fender blending that was never done. They used some aftermarket parts (grill, etc). The original under hood stickers on the new hood detailing the vacuum hose diagram and other engine information were not replaced.Within the last 3 months the clear coat had started bubbling from the hood and the paint is literally falling off. The original work receipt indicated the shop guarantees the finish work for the lifetime of the vehicles ownership. I went back to the shop and was told by a representative that the facility changed ownership several years back because the old owner was flaky and skipped town with all the previous records, but he can redo the work for $900 if I paid.I contacted USAA who stood behind their lifetime warranty since I used a Stars facility for the initial repair. Mission Hills is now no longer a Stars facility so they sent me to a different shop. The new shop estimated 5 business days for the repair (2 days longer than the initial) and suggested replacement of most of the components because they were either of poor quality or would take took much labor to repair.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE, LIED TO ME, AND TOOK 3 MONTHS TO FIX JUST THREE PARTS. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!
