Excellent service and in a very timely manner, great communication, highly recommend

Everyone can seem nice at first; till money is involved. Then its like all bets are off! Had a a guy run into the loaner he loaned me. Michael said it was my problem to get it fixed. He did not want to involve his insurance at all. Got phase 1&2 done. Had a line up for the 3rd phase when he had time. He said it is an old car 98 and as long as it looks decent as before it was fine w/ him. As this was from Aug 18. Gave him the money to have the guy complete the paint job as I had to go out of town & Michael always had it loaned out so it was hard to coordinate to get the paint job done. Was on way to my house in MI that had been burglarized by my neighbor again. Michael said he did not have time to ever take the car to complete the application job, neither did he call me. Now that the insurance wants to pay (2/19), he wants to say he can handle it now; as before he did not want to be bothered. Its my problem said he. Now that I want to complete my problem he wants to get involved. We shall see if anyone will benefit from this schindig.... before & after pics which I took care of part of the process. You decide.

This is the BEST used Mercedes sales and service location period. They kept my 1985 ticking on the cheap and fair for years until I bought a 96 off of them at a great price (and it was a cherry!). Pay no attention to the one bad revue... these guys are going to do and recommend only what is necessary and practical for the car in question. If you want the fear based fix everything approach go to a retail chain. If you dont mind a sleigh ride go to a Mercedes dealer and pay through the nose for stuff thats not necessary... if you want an honest appraisal and recommendations go here. BTW I gave my old benz to a friend and its still running like a charm! Thanks for all Michel! Michel has repaired Mercedes vehicles for the family for several years. The few times I have taken our 1990 300D, he and his team have treated us with nothing but trust and respect. He always offers the full situation with a few options to choose from, and the pricing implications of each. We feel fortunate to have Michel nearby and he is always gracious, even staying late one Friday so we would have our vehicle for the weekend.Thank you Michel and Team!

This is a great repair shop for mercedes. They are honest and reasonably priced (as reasonable as a mercedes shop can be) and use genuine mercedes parts. They will go the extra mile to explain everything clearly and will give you good advice on what needs to be done, what could be done and what you can leave alone. I really appreciate their honesty and helpful nature. This is the only place I will take my mercedes to.
