I took my car for an oil change and a detail. I paid $189.00 for a detail and received a $20 car wash job. When I complained, they ignored me. I will be going to Lexus Escondido from now on!

The service department is exceptional compared to any other dealership hands down! They have the best customer service right from sales, (a shout out to Bill), and Marcos in the service department, who take care of any issues in a courteous, and a professional manner. The team has made my buying experience one of the most satisfying. I highly recommend anyone planning to get a Lexus to give Lexus San Diego the 1st chance. You will not be disappointed.

No line (to check my engine light) ! @ 230p. Checked-in and was told there was NO WAIT, no one ahead of me. I was delighted. Until I waited 15-20 minutes ??? I left. Bummer.

My lexus had 2 free services after purchasing. I took my car to lexus services for check up on 5K and it was serviced. As anybody knows lexus ux has low-rent interior materials.I had a complain about scratchy dashboard. I talked to lexus.com agents on the phone and they asked me to take the car to my dealer for taking some pictures.My dad took the car to lexus san diego. Since my car was on 8k they pushed him to do a free check however he wasnt aware of checkups rules, also he wasnt told clearly this is the last and 2nd official checkup. I never wanted my 2nd checkup to be happened after on 8k. Just 3k after previous services.Once he let me know I asked them to stop but they didnt listen to us.So unprofessional. wont take my car there any more.
