It was my second visit to Daltile. Molly saved the day! She was super helpful, staying well after closing to help me analyze tile based on my ideas. She made samples for me to take and then followed up to see how it looked. If you visit Daltile, be sure to ask for Molly. Her customer service is top notch.

Design consultant, Danielle, was very helpful, knowledgeable of their product, and great with customer service. She was able to find the correct color and design of the ceramic floor tile I was looking for.On top of that, she was able to shipped me the tile sampler at home. Its a perfect match.

The showroom is artistically displayed. Almost feels like a gallery. Sales people are helpful in selecting tile samples and grout colors for customers.

Went to Daltile today to discover, though its reflected theyre open until 2pm on Saturdays for in-store shopping, they require an appointment according to a sign on the door. If you call, no one answers, you must leavea message. After months of shutdown, this seems like a poor business model. If you need to see their showroom, go to any restaurant bathroom in the city, but for a higher end look, shop smaller boutique tile stores. Home Depot Design Center has better pricing on Daltile for the less discriminating shopper. Sadly, some businesses have failed during the pandemic through no fault of their own. Daltile is working hard to discourage business. Went to San Diego Marble and Tile.

Convenient location, small but nicely displayed showroom. But, the young lady, Sandra, a design consultant was very helpful as we considered different kitchen tiles. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient while we considered different combinations.Thank you!

Great sales team excellent customer service! Once I found my tile, they loaded up the boxes in my car and offered suggestions on types of mortar. Something I didnt even think about with a heavier tile! I would highly recommend them!

Gorgeous showroom, and gorgeous tile.But God help you if you have extra materials left after your project is finished and you want to return them. The contractors desk is only open from 7AM-4PM weekdays, when I work at a demanding job, and has no weekend hours. The showroom, which is one door down in the same building, adamantly refuses to process returns, or even hold them until the contractors office opens next day, for phone processing.Ive spent thousands there on a recent remodel, and they wont even extend themselves to accept a box of tile as a return--mind you, this tile is $50 a box, so thats a sum that might matter to a frugal customer.

Best quality and best customer service. It is little pricy but how many bath remodelings have you done in your lifetime? Ill give that extra buck for a tile I need to look at first thing in the morning..

The lady helping my family, has a bad attitude, and a horrendous attention to helping people. She is monotoned and has no desire to seem to help anyone. And her attention to paying attention to what samples we want was terrible, after telling her more than twice she still cannot understand which samples we want. She was extremely pushy about everything and was very impatient about the whole ordeal. I personally would not recommend to see this lady, her name is she Sandra and her coworker pushed us outside to look at countertops even though we could not purchase one since they only sell whole slabs and we needed a half slab.

The place has plenty of parking places. Staff there are friendly and helpful. First time experience was overall good.

Showroom is great, but be ready to triple check your order and WAIT 15-20m at the service counter.

Rudest people I have encountered in a long time. Went to the showroom by mistake and was met by a rude salesgirl that seemed bothered to help us. Then get to the right place the guy behind the desk was too bothered with his personal texting to even look up to see someone was standing there or he just didnt care. Seemed work was a hindrance to his personal time. Then we were helped by yet another rude guy that for a min or so I didnt know if he was helping us at all only for him to look up and give me a total for the invoice. Ok thanks bud! Just have your contractor deal with them, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Order few thing form thus store the delivery day was Tuesday but it was actually Friday. Well things dont always goes as plan but it was a good service.

Service was a little slow due to the process of paperwork to give me my materials. The staff was great..
