Have had a mail box here for at least 15 years, bought notary services and shipped many things through the years. Always fair and friendly. Pretty much same price as USPS, UPS, etc... If paying cash. But happy to pay a small convenience charge not to have to stand in a ridiculous post office line. I like the choices and convenience.

Awesome! The Postal Place allows unlimited packages, unlike where I previously rented (postal annex), who limited the number of packages I could get. They are also less expensive than the other place. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. When I was first learning how to use prepaid labels I would always select the wrong envelope/box or shipping service. Staff always helped me out and stayed patient with me. My packages were always picked up& scanned to update tracking within my handling time. Id much rather have them tell me I made a mistake with the shipping method or weight than to have it be delivered anyways and have my customers owe money on top of what they already paid just to get their package. Also declaring an incorrect weight or misusing USPS free shipping supplies is a federal crime and they will find you 😉

Owner and staff are rude, pretty unhelpful/ unknowledgeable. Keep driving down to Hillcrest UPS/Fedex store or visit the Actual post office and save yourself the hassle!

Open at 10 am. Great location for North Parkers missing the old PO on N Park Way. Drop off your pre-labeled pkgs without having to drive to Hillcrest or Adams.

Terrible hours that are not posted properly from the UPS tracking site mixed with poor customer service skills.
