This UPS store is amazing. I’ve been coming to this store for over 10 years now and each time I’ve visited the workers/owner has always been professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I’m out of my community and need UPS service, I will drive all the back to this one because of how they’ve treated me. Excellent customer service. The best!!!

UPS store, very friendly and helpful staff. For notary services, they have helped me in understanding whats the process and walked me through page by page compared to any other place, where last page will be shown for signature and payment done. While dropping off bunch of Amazon returns, they will wait with patience until your Amazon app reloads to show barcode for next item, usually there will be angry stares at other places.

This team is always happy to help and manages a popular location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible customer service . Charge 2.50 toPrint a label out . I try to use my Apple Pay and it declines . The manager “Bri” tells me it’s my issue . I asked since it’s already printed do you think I can just take it . She grabs it from me and says no that I’m rude . Don’t bother going here very unprofessional workers . Also the black dude with curly hair said for me to buy a printer . Take your business elsewhere

This is a fantastic mailbox option. I found UPS more affordable than others, they had 24hr access to mail, kept later hours, and there’s a UPS Store anywhere you live. Plus the added bonus of feeling like it’s MY personal mailroom & passport office was pretty cool 😎. Staff was helpful when I needed it too. Definitely recommend!

Charges almost 3 dollars to print out a lable for a package we are paying them to ship. How silly and pointless.

I’ve had good service there specially with the gentleman who is Indian! I don’t know his name but he’s extremely professional, friendly, and efficient !In the past year when I’ve gone into the UPS store 1841 the gentleman aren’t friendly they definitely know what they’re doing and it is hotter than hot in there get some air-conditioning please ! My husband and I use the store quite frequently and everyone in our neighborhood ! The woman who worked there for a long time was extremely professional, friendly, and competent and the gentleman I believe he’s Indian, unfortunately is not there anymore 🥴he was fantastic !

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!. There is a USPS down the street. It is worth the driver.This is the worst store/retail shop i have been to ... *EVER*. The owner is a complete jerk. He actually had the nerve to ask me to pay for a few pieces of tape that i used from a roll that was sitting on the counter for customers to use. He actually pulled the tape away as i was using it, and when i said he could keep his tape and i would take my business elsewhere he brought the tape back but with a calculator .... he started going thru my papers to count how many pieces of tape i had used ... i had used 6 small pieces and this bone head was actually going to do some calculation to estimates the cost??? Does UPS corporate have pricing set for individual pieces of tape? He then asked me to pay a $1 extra for the tape ... ridiculous and insulting. UPS Corporate should shut this guy down. I felt bad for the employees there since they were also rolling their eyes at their clown manager.

Have my mailbox here and just crazy convenient 24 hour access and easy process to send receive packages. Beats going to the post office!

I called yesterday about a package I had to change the address on and as soon as the customer care represent answered the phone I said one word and he said call the 1 800 number and hung up the phone. I called once again today and the same thing happened. I honestly never leave a review about any thing at all. But this guy needs to be fired because he is definitely not doing his job.

I paid $43 for express 1day mail . The lady at office said it will be delivered on Oct 30 but now until Oct 31 it wasnt delivered yet. She said its only $15 if I want my mail delivery on Thursday. If I know its slow like this I wont pay the high price like this

I had 1 UPS package and 1 Fedex package to ship which required me to go to both the UPS and Fedex stores. What a difference in customer service. The UPS store associates treated me amazing like always, while the Fedex associate that helped me made me feel like I was bothering her and gave me a hard time about how I packaged my item. This is why I will continue to be a UPS customer as often as I can! Regrettably, some of my returns are required to be processed through Fedex.

Horrible service from 2 ladies working at 625 pm on Friday 10/14/16 they told me I missed the time for next day air and provided no remedy for the situation. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again, the worst thing is I paid with a corporate account and I will be advising everyone to stay away from this store

I wish I could rate this store with ZERO stars, because it does not deserve even to have one. I sent a very important document with them on Friday June 5th and paid for this document to be delivered to another country on Tuesday June 9th. They not only did not deliver my document on time, but they also lied that the document has been shipped and is at custom clearance in Ukraine. And according to the employee of the store, that is the reason why my tracking number was showing that the package did not even leave the UPS Store. Of course on June 10th my document hasnt been delivered in Ukraine, and when I checked the tracking number again, it showed that the package has been pick up at UPS STORE on June 9th at 6.30PM! So when that dear employee explained to me that my document is somewhere in Ukraine scheduled for delivery the next day, my document was still in the store somewhere! I do understand you lied to a customer to save face, but then ship the document with overnight shipping at your expenses if you messed up. And make it to be delivered with 1 day delay. Then it will not be an issue. But instead they shipped it as usual, so the delivery day will be Monday June 15!!!! Almost a week after it supposed to be delivered. And for this great shipping service I paid $126.00. No one even apologized for that, not to mention a refund. So please think twice before shipping anything with them, especially if it is an urgent matter and something important is on stake.
