Absolutely blown away by the experience we had with Tribe Auto. My girlfriend was looking for a car and we found a nice little civic on craigslist earlier today. We saw they were closed on Sundays so we called to leave a voicemail, expecting a follow up tomorrow. To our surprise someone answered the phone. The car was available and we drove right over.From the moment we arrived to driving off the lot everything was EASY. Fastest car sale Ive been involved in, chill environment, straight forward and honest people. Most places will sell you cars As Is but they go the extra mile to ensure that you are pleased with your vehicle and have some initial coverage, along with a two day period to make sure you LOVE your car.I worked for a dealership for some time and saw the shady non-sense that goes on at those places. I was in the market for a Prius and was looking on Craigs list and dealerships then I came across Tribe Auto. The prices were cheaper here than anywhere else I looked. So I went to check out a few cars. No salesmen running out to greet me, just a warm hello and smile. I test drove a car, all by myself. No haggling, no pressure to buy a car. Really? I had no idea there was a place like this. The pleasure of knowing that I was not under any pressure and that I wouldnt be hounded was amazing. I bought the car and have loved it ever since. I referred a friend and her experience was the same. We test drove 4-5 cars, over three times. Again, by ourselves. No pressures or sales pitch...just calmness and letting us test whatever cars we wanted. She didnt buy a car that day. Again, no sales pitch, no highlighting the cars must have features. No saying that if she didnt buy today the car might be gone... The next day she did decide to buy a car and was in and out in 30 minutes.. Next time I need another car I am, heading straight to Tribe Auto. I refer my friends and recommend them to you.

Have purchased 4 cars from Marcus over the last 2 years working on number 5, hybrids and non hybrid! His hybrid cars are excellent! Very pleased with all of the cars though, no problems, they were as advertised or better than expected, fair pricing, Solid used cars. I really like that my questions are answered and everything disclosed about the car as is possible with a used car. Oh, and Marcus stands behind what he sells. Really important! He will also find a vehicle for you if he doesnt have it in stock.

Well after starting to work there Ive seen a couple things that everybody does their job everybody gets along and the boss has a very good attitude am I saying because I just got the job no thats not why Im saying that Im saying theyre team-oriented very a strong team they work together anywhere you go thats a good combination

Marcus at Tribe Auto has been amazing! After visiting at least 10 dealerships we checked out Tribe Auto and found what we were looking for. I wanted a good, reliable car for my girlfriend and was happy to find out that all they carried were good, reliable vehicles. Beyond finding a great selection of cars was the amazing service, not a salesman rushing you 10 seconds after youre on the lot. I wasnt sold a car. I wasnt pressured into trying out the more expensive, fancier vehicle. I was handed the keys and allowed the space to check out the cars and go on test drives without somebody hovering for a sale. We were able to leave with the car that day and, even though there were hiccups regarding the financing on our end the following weeks, he was more than patient and completely took the stress out of the situation. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

Marcus is just fantastic. I cant recommend him enough for anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth car salesman. He was referred to us via a local mechanic that my husband has relied on for years. I was in a tough spot- taking Uber/Lyft to work everyday because our car had broken down. We emailed and texted a lot before meeting in person and by then he had pretty much sold us on getting a Prius (I needed a car with good gas mileage). The main concern with them is the battery, but this dealership specializes in repairing the individual cells (rather than having to buy a whole new battery with Toyota). He assured us that if something went wrong with the batteries, they were covered on the warranty for a year (and after that, they could still do it at a price way more affordable than a new battery). A couple months after driving the Prius (2008) it started having issues. I took it in and sure enough, the battery needed repair. The warranty was honored and I got my car back in a few days, all fixed, and I didnt pay a dime. Marcus also worked with me on the financing, which is what Im most grateful for. I had some extenuating circumstances in which my old car was repossessed less than a year ago. He was able to finance a deal even with my low credit and work with me on the down-payment. I cant thank him enough, I now have a reliable car for years to come at a price I can afford and my credit is being repaired. The rest of the staff was also great. Good atmosphere. I recommend him to all my friends/family looking for reliable hybrid cars at a fair price. Thank you Marcus!
