Niko came to our house. The 5th time a technician from axis has tried to fix our washer. He spent 1.5 hours in our house. Said he could not fix it. I asked what the issue is and to leave documentation about what he has done and to give us a receipt and to call the tech line per policy. He did none of the above. Instead he flipped us off. Great company, I had a problem with my fridge and a dishwasher. They were very quick and efficient with a diagnostic and a repair. Now all my appliance work like new. Highly recommend!

I am disappointed.I dont normally do this. A single mistake I can overlook. Many mistakes I cannot overlook. (I would be willing to revise my review if management contacted me to repair this).Pros:The receptionist communicated clearly and was friendly.The technician also communicated clearly and was friendly.Military discount.Cons:I called to get a quote for compressor replacement. The receptionist asked for the manufacturer/model and consulted her senior technician. She told me that it would be best to have a diagnostic done on the fridge ($60.00) and that cost would apply to any additional repair costs. I understood but asked what the cost was to repair the compressor. She said approximately $200.00.I called 22-May to schedule the repair. The technician came out 23-May at 10am (thats fine). The technician pulled the fridge away from the wall, called someone, pushed the fridge back and said the loud noise came from the compressor (I knew that) but the compressor could work for another 3 years and was ok. I asked how much to repair it (very loud banging noise at the end of the cooling cycle) and he said $2-300 dollars for a compressor and $400 dollars for the labor. He then proceeded to bill me $60.00 (plus discount) for about 5 minutes of work.
