Best place to shop for a mattress. Ray was the best! As a young adult girl, I was just going in to look for a comfortable mattress, my price range, and good warranty with shipping. Ray had shown me his one twin mattress and told me the shipping. After I said I would think about it, he had told me before I left if I knew what coils do the other mattresses I was thinking about buying. He explains to me about coils and other mattresses using foam around coils and thin coils and etc. After taking in all that GOOD ADVICE when shopping for a mattress, he presents me with a price match with another mattress I was considering to buy with free shipping and a 10 year warranty. Ray had amazing hospitality and met my requirements for a first time buyer mattress. Definitely would recommend this place!

After debating getting a new mattress for so weeks we decided to go to a few places along furniture row to check them out. We are so fortunate to have been able to meet Ray at Comfort Pedic halfway through our search. Immediately Ray was very welcoming and didn’t try to just sell us a mattress, he explained he was going to review the 6 components of an ideal mattress and let us try out a few examples to see what is best for us and what questions we should ask other mattress salesmen. He was really thorough and gave great examples both verbally and physically. We didn’t feel pressured and were able to take our time finding the perfect support we both liked and king size set! I bought a queen size mattress from ComfortPedic 2 years ago and it is the best mattress Ive ever had! It is truly the most comfortable, breathable, and supportive mattress. The quality is no where near comparable to any mattress brand such as sealy, beauty rest, serta, etc that are overpriced and mass produced with low end materials. I loved the mattress I purchased from Comfortpedic so much Ive just purchased another in a king size for my other bedroom (I love how they are made on an order by order basis for custom needs). Ray and Mina are the subject matter experts on mattresses. I have bought 5 mattresses from them because their mattresses are the best and I trust them. Ray took the time to explain why Comfort Pedic mattresses are better than the name brands, after seeing and touching the materials used to build a Comfort Pedic mattress my wife and I decided to buy a Queen. We fell in love with our Queen and never slept better. Are only regret was we wished we had bought a King, so after six years we upgraded to a King Clarity. Mina gave me a great price and did a great job boxing it up and shipping it all the way to the East Coast. I have also bought 3 twin beds from Comfort Pedic for my kids and they love their beds. After a good 10 minute education on mattresses Ray showed us 3 models to try out and then started from low to high end quality. He was not pushy at all, any question or concerns we had he answered them with a friendly attitude. Mattresses are fully customizable as well. Ray explains if you like the topper on a certain bed but need to stay in budget he can do that for you and put it on another model. I have purchase three comfort mattresses. Two of the mattresses are great but the last one we purchased is a phony and they won’t replace it.It is not manufactured the same way and is not what we order.We order the elite line King mattress and we are sleeping on valleys and lumps. It is called the Tiffany mattress your top of line. What was delivered was not what we ordered.I called immediately and told Mina what had occurred. He stated that it was the same and the mattress would soften.It has lumps and bumps in it and certainly was not what we ordered.I was going through chemo at the time and could not engage full not return mattress since I was deathly ill.I had a lengthy discussion with Mina but no solution.We bought a Tiffany mattress and another bootlegMattress was delivered. This was an expensive purchase and during my Chemo no less.We are considering a lawsuit.

Why are mattresses so complicated? And so expensive? We think we got an honest explanation, a good deal, and good service. They did botch up the install, but came back a few days later to make it right. Weve had the mattress and be now for three years and its held up great. Bought a king, mid-range-- but very comfortable, holding up great.

My grandson is 9 and we wanted a bed that would be good for him for several years. Ray was so informative and explained why a firmer bed is good for growing kids. Also if he does decide he wants a pillow top on it within three years, they will put it on at no charge. Im so happy to have found this store.

So the reaction to this criticism is the owner accusing people of lying. Noted!Ive added a screen shot, from Google maps street view, situated on the the freeway, where you can see this storefront. Unless youre going to claim that the Comfort Pedic Mattress Gallery and Mattress Factory are entirely different entities. But factory shows up on maps in a different spot. So if your address isnt correct, and you are not this building, literally next to the freeway, then change your location, and Ill happily remove this review.

Ray, at this address, was absolutely wonderful. My daughters mattress, which, we purchased from here started having problems within the first month, was replaced with a mattress/box springs costing over $100 more and we didnt even pay the difference. Ray is very honest, friendly and will even take payments if youre short on cash. Thanks Ray!

Did I mention that they CUSTOM MAKE THE MATTRESSES? *swoon*If you arent in a position to invest in your dream mattress just yet, they also have more standard options without compromising the quality of the individual components. Or you can finance the one that feels like its meant to be. Lastly, since they make your mattress to order, they can change it for you as well. If you get an injury and need a different feel, or just realize you prefer more or less of something, they will modify it to suit your needs.

I went in about a week ago and talked to the manager. I dont remember his name (it may be Ray. Anyway, I asked him if I could buy just a box spring for my sons twin xl. He said I could come in any time and hed give one to me for around a hundred bucks. I just called today and asked him He was extremely rude about it and couldve at least said no a little nicer. After about a couple minutes of raising his voice at me he hung up. I will never go there again and I would not recommend that you do either.
