Keith Dusenberry gave us undivided personal attention and found us a great mattress with a terrific price at the clearance center. Our mattress was scheduled to be delivered in 7 days. But Keith called the next day to tell us he was able to reschedule our delivery in 5 days! Great customer service AND quality inventory. Can’t beat that!!!

It was good, the guy that showed me around was very helpful, got an awesome bed and a pretty good deal I think. I did pay 250$ for a mattress protector with cooling technology that is literally just a sheet that doesnt seem to be any cooler than room temperature though.. all sales final of course

Well I do feel like I got a great deal there but my sales guy left me looking for him before I left. I never got his name either. I can see if I had to drive someplace else to a delivery dock but the it was loaded in my truck right outside the door. I am also in sales and I will never NOT see my customer off. Once he took my money, the sale was truly final!! He can use a little coaching in that area. He did explain the mattresses well to me as well as the prices but a customer will always remember what wasn’t right.

Where do I begin? 😁 Josh. Lets talk about Josh. What a guy! He was super professional, knowledgable, easy to talk to, no pressure sales and just a genuine nice guy. We thought we knew what we wanted but after a few tries on 5 or so beds we reconsidered and then knew what we wanted. We went with the Tempurpedic (duh). The store is clean, the staff were all really nice and easy to speak with. The bed will be delivered within a few days. Highly recommend!

Keith was so helpful, we had our two young boys with us and he let my wife and I wonder through the store and try all the beds we needed to make our decision and kindly answered all of our questions when we had them.

Showed up the last hour on a weekday and was helped thoroughly and patiently by Keith II. Went in wanting a modest $400 mattress, I left buying a $1400 one. If you can spend the money, buying quality is worth it in the long run. The staff was eager to help me tie and strap the mattress well to make it home. Be smart and use ratchet straps. Would recommend.

The mattress repurchased is great the salesman on the other hand lied to us about several things he said we were able to raise the bed or lower it in my case my mom need of the bed to be lowered and could not do so so its a little difficult for her to get it II why do we had his he would take both of our mattresses away the truck driver said he could only take one it was kind of shrewd about it the only other thing I have to say about this company is you have to watch out cuz they added an extra $200 charge that we missed for a warranty with did not ask for just be careful but the mattress itself is good go purple

This was my first time shopping for my own mattress, and I will say my experience was great and easy. I went to the location on 2223 s I-35, in San Marcos. When I got there, there was only one worker there by the name of Joshua, and there were a few people waiting for his assistance. Josh introduced himself to me, and allowed me to test out the comfort level of the mattresses around, until he could come assist me. He took care of the other customer’s needs, in a reasonable time, then came to assist me. I told him about the 4th of July sale they were advertising, and he was very knowledgeable about it. He took me to the mattresses that were for that sale, and let me test them out. One mattress felt amazing, so that’s the one I went with. He proceeded to tell me if I spent over $1000, I can get a free base, or a discount on other bases. I ended up purchasing the king size mattress, which I would’ve paid queen size price for. Then I ended up getting the adjustable base for your head. So that’s why my experience was quick, fast, and simple, and Josh helped me find the mattress that I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location to other people.

After a long debate with my wallet, I decided it was time to upgrade my mattress. The back pain being caused by my current one was more than I could bare, and more than enough reason to replace it. I went in to Mattress Firm unsure of exactly what I wanted. About the only think I did know, is that the mattresses that I had my eye on, were way out of my price range. And the cheaper, more affordable ones, just weren’t quite the quality I was looking for. That’s when a young man name Oliver approached me and started asking me some questions about my sleeping habits. After talking and listening to Oliver’s advise and recommendations for a minute or two, he showed me an unbelievably comfortable mattress that was originally WAY out of my price range. He was able to find the exact same mattress on clearance at a different location, and ultimately saved me THOUSANDS of dollars on an unbelievably high quality mattress and frame, that I would have other wise not have been able to afford. Beyond grateful for all the help and savings that Oliver provided me with!

Cannot recommend this store enough. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted by Josh Irvin, who was attentive and kind- as well as patient as we found out what worked for us and what didn’t.
