I had the pleasure of visiting Mattress Firm in San Marcos CA. My Salesman Manny greeted me with a smile. He was very kind and polite and helped me choose the perfect mattress for my bad back. He took his time with me and showed me many mattresses until we found the perfect one. He then told me I’d be contacted by the Delivery Team via email and text message and how the delivery process worked. My delivery driver was awesome he was so nice and very careful bringing my new mattress in the house being careful not to knock down the pictures hanging in our hallway. He hauled off my old mattress and again was very careful in moving it. This Mattress firm location is great! I highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for a great mattress at good prices. Sergio was excellent. We really needed some help about types of mattresses, bases, box springs and everything regarding a bed. I was helped and accommodated by Sergio at the San Marcos location. I was pleased by his attentiveness and presentation of the bed I was interested in. He was also kind and friendly with both me and my sister. After shopping at many different stores after leaving Mattress Firm, we decided to go back and make our final purchase with Sergio. He was great! I highly recommend visiting him at the San Marcos location if you are looking for a quality mattress.

I called Escondido and Vista and they both were very unfriendly and pretty much said sorry you’re out of luck delivery isn’t until Tuesday or Wednesday. However when I called Manny at San Marcos he had so many amazing ideas and offers. He offered lug which is a service that goes and picks up the mattress and box spring at the warehouse. He also offered delivery as soon as Monday, or a memory foam mattress in a box that I could take home in my SUV. His customer service skills are freaking phenomenal and he knows how to keep customers happy.

Sergio was great. He took his time showing us the different brands and types of mattresses. I also appreciate good patience, my kids were trying EVERY bed and EVERY base remote in the store. He got us a great deal on the bed we wanted, very happy with our experience!

Incredible experience! We entered and Manny was immediately ready to help. He introduced himself, asked for all of our names, and asked who the bed was for! I loved that he was keeping my preferences in mind and not being overly pushy. He was super knowledgeable and used a corny-but necessary!!-pizza analogy to explain the difference between certain beds and brands. He was a very real, personable, authentic salesman: didn’t try to make us buy something out of range or something that wasn’t to my liking. I have never come across a more outstanding man that Brandon in servicing us and explaining things we need to know about our bed. Leahann was so helpful and knowledgeable. My family has purchased with mattress firm before and this time I came in to buy some pillows. Leahann did an awesome job showing me that she cared. In all seriousness, the level of service we received from Manny at the Mattress Firm in San Marcos was unbelievable. I’m talking next-level amazing, the kind you don’t think exists anymore. He was super friendly, a wealth of knowledge, had a great sense of when to step away so we could chat privately... all the things you want in your mattress man. But it didn’t stop there! When we waffled after putting in an order, he was incredibly patient and worked to keep our business without ever once becoming a slimy sales guy. He treated our concerns & questions with so much care and respect, and he never (not in our whole convoluted process) made us feel like we were a pebble in his shoe or just a sale. I’m telling you, this guy is a sales unicorn. GO TO THIS MATTRESS FIRM! You will not regret it!

I had an urgent need to replace our mattress quickly for my disabled husband. Their showroom salesman was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. My goal was twofold, not only find the right mattress but also quick delivery. The Stearns and Foster one he showed me fit the bill. But I left and went comparison shopping. A few hours later I returned to buy it if they could guarantee quick delivery. Other places were at least two weeks or longer to deliver the same mattress. They did, I bought it Saturday and two days later hubby is happily sleeping on his new mattress! Efficient, all as promised, and we’re very satisfied!

Amy (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and kind! We went to multiple stores during the week and on Sunday evening with half an hour before closing we found this Mattress Firm location and we wish we would have just started here!Amy made the whole experience amazing for our family!I would recommend this store to anyone I hear of looking for a new mattress. Really enjoyed testing out the purple mattresses. The only problem is some of Mattress Firm does all stores carry them. What a shame. I bought one, though. The sales rep was good between many customers.

It was a fast and easy experience By the time we came to mattress farm we had tried a couple other stores so we generally knew what we were looking for the associate was busy when we had came in but he made sure to greet us and let us know he be with us soon he was very nice and professional we let him know what we wanted and that we had a timeline of when we needed it by. This was by far the most reliable and quick delivery we had been offered. We got our mattress exactly when it was expected and we love it! And our experience here when we need to upgrade our daughters bed we will definitely be back!

My wife and I went to look at a new mattress. We started at Mattress Firm in San Marcos. Sales associate Marco Ponce happened to come over and asked if he could be of assistance He asked us a few questions to find what type of mattress we were looking for. After that he showed us several mattresses. He told to take our time making up our mind. He had us lay on the beds the way we slept. Keeping in mind social distance he gave us each a covering for us to put over the mattress. We came out to get an idea of what we wanted an ended up buying our next bed today.. We went to other mattress stores before this one and that was our first mistake. The two people that were working on 4/13 showed so much hospitality. They showed so much interest in what we needed (my husband and i just moved into town and needed a comfortable mattress) they gave us options and even asked what price range we were looking into buying. The staff here is 11/10 would give it 6 stars if it had 6 stars. Save yourself some gas from looking at other mattress stores and stop by here. They will take care of you from when you enter to when you leave. The lady that helped us was named Ms. Leahann Jones i forgot the gentleman’s name but he was also extremely helpful and cheerful.

Marco is an amazing rep! My husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress. Our back pain from our older pillow top was getting to be a problem. As soon as we walked in Marco assisted us. He was not pushy. He was not rude. He was not only showing us higher price tags. He genuinely took the time to talk to us and get to know more about why we wanted a new mattress. He has us test out so many before we were able to lock in on one. We ended up with the silver chill hybrid firm. And the base. And 2 purple pillows! All while not being pressured to buy any of them. Purchased our sons mattress last year from another Mattress Firm and had a good experience so stopped in this one as we were in the area and had been looking to get a new mattress for ourselves. Entire process from walking in the door to walking out with a delivery scheduled for the next day was maybe 20 minutes tops. At no point did we feel pressure, it was just a seamless experience from gauging our comfort across various mattress types and firmness, determine what our real needs might be, and then showing us the mattress and frame configuration that worked best for us. Since we had financed previously with them, it was extremely fast and simple to add our new bed to the existing loan with same great 0% interest rate. Leahann was very helpful and informative the entire time and I feel very confident in shopping here next year when we need to replace our daughters bed.

Super excited to be getting our new mattress. Being 6 months pregnant, sleep hasn’t been the most comfortable, but we tried out the adjustable base and it takes so much pressure off your back. My husband and I are so excited! Our new bed will be arriving on Monday! But the in store experience was amazing. The manager John helped us out and he made us feel in control of our purchase. He did not pressure us to spend a certain amount, but rather worked with our budget! Also the sale is unbelievable (Black Friday). We received a beautiful high end $1700 mattress for only $850. This then allowed us to get everything we need for our bed to feel confident that the bed will last the next 10 years at least && that’s to assure that the bed is pretty much in the same condition we bought it in! I’ve needed to buy a bed for my father for some time now. I put off buying it because I thought it would be like buying a car, having salesmen follow me around the store urging me to buy the most expensive bed in the showroom. Boy was I wrong!! I had the best buying experience of my life. The manager, John, helped me and I must say, he knows his business! He was so knowledgeable. My father has health issues and John knew what mattress would be the best for those issues. In the end I decided on an awesome mattress and got a super deal. The deal was so good, I will be returning with my husband to buy a bed for us!!

We had previously had bad experiences trying to buy a mattress in 4 other stores that day but when we walked in to Mattress Firm he was on it with recommendations and offered us the best deals. Great experience!! David let us schedule a private appointment before the store opened so that we could try out mattresses without having to worry about social distancing from other customers. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all the brands and styles, and helped us find the perfect mattress. He was able to offer us a great sale price and financing terms too! I would also note that the store was very clean and David’s Covid precautions (properly fitted mask, sanitizer, disinfectant spraying, distancing, etc.) were even better than what I have experienced at my doctor’s office!! I would highly recommend this store and David as your sales associate :)

We were helped by the Scottish bloke Chris who was incredibly easy to work with and informative and not in a boring lecture/pushy salesman way. My girlfriend and I came in looking to upgrade to a King and find something with medium firmness to appease us both. Chris walked us through options in our budget and discussions on other potential value pieces. While giving my girlfriend and I the chance to discuss on our own Chris went off to the side and started searching and managed to find the perfect bed for our budget. We have now been sleeping in the bed for a week and both of us could not be happier with the decision and thank Chris for his diligence and Mattress Firm for their availability across the county.

My husband and I recently purchased a Tempur Pedic Mattress. Manny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We ended up getting the Luxe Breeze mattress with an adjustable base. So far we really like it. Its Much better than the Sleep Number. My only complaint is that it is very hot. I am a cold natured person so for me to be hot is a little bothersome. The Summer will be interesting. I definitely recommend shopping at this location for any mattress purchase.

John was friendly and helpful in helping me find the perfect bed. I am pretty bug guy and I have not had much success with pillows and beds for my size (300 lb power lifter). John showed me many options and we landed on the breeze model. It was a little more then I wanted to spend but as I have found you get what you pay for and buying new pillows and suffering on the same bed for years I purchased and I am god I did!

I am a single mother of two and buying things for myself does not come around often. When I was able to make the decision for a gift for myself and my oldest, I decided on new beds! Looking around online I was confused on pricing and where to go. I knew my friend had gotten her bed from Macys, so off I went. The prices were outrageous. I found a bed I liked but couldnt pay that price. So off I went feeling discouraged and even more confused. I reached out to a couple friends and they recommended places like Ashleys furniture, More Furniture, etc. Prices online were so expensive. My mom suggested we try a mattress store, one that only sold mattresses. We drove by Furniture Row and saw so many places! I didnt want to stop somewhere I hadnt heard of the name. So, off to Mattress Firm we went! I walked in and the gentleman was with other customers so we waited by the door and he let us know he would he right there. Once he came to us, he asked what brought us to their store. I let him know I fell in love with a Tempurpedic at another store and he asked why. I was like, why does he care about why I liked it. Lol.. Long story short, you might think you like this matress and really that matress is not the one for you. I had an amazing experience working with John G. and I highly recommend him to help you find your new bed! Thank you for everything!

We went into Mattress Firm to look for a mattress to replace one that was over due for replacement. We were treated so well from the time we went through the front door to the completion of the transaction. Love this place!! The sales associate Tom Le went above and beyond to explain all of our options without being pushy. We got a great deal on a new mattress for our 3 yo and for ourselves- the Presidents Day sale deals were awesome. It was super convenient that they had a kid table set up to entertain our little guy too, really allowed us to take our time. We would definitely recommend Tom and this place to others. Top notch service!

I have had back surgery in the past and have been waking up stiff everyday. We finally decided maybe we should try buying a new mattress. Best decision ever!! Josh was awesome to work with. He asked questions about my back and how I sleep at night. He helped us pick the right mattress to fit my needs. I wake up in the morning feeling so much better than I ever have. What a wonderful shopping and buying experience! I have loved to death my Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe and it is time for a new Tempurpedic. (By the way once you go Tempurpedic you will never go back and you will not regret it. Best investment. When I bought mine 11 years ago it was almost $6,000 and I still would do it again. The 10 year warranty alone makes it worth it.)I called and spoke with David. I had like 10 questions right off the bat and he was friendly, helpful and patient and I felt good about going down to the store.I love North County because it is so much less crowded that San Diego where I lived for 30 years. I was the only customer. I of course had many more questions and Im sure asked the same question multiple times. David again was superb in customer service skills- I didnt feel like I was a bother or annoying. He has so much knowledge of the science of the mattresses and that is a big deal for me. I know what I want but I want to always know the fine print and specs before making the final decision.I was like Goldi Locks but not because I couldnt find the right Tempur, but because they are all great. They have made so many improvements over the last 11 years!I decided to go with Tempur ProBreeze Medium Hybrid. Not only is is much less expensive than the one I have but the warranty also now covers things it didnt used to and I got to get two Tempur pillows of my choice and a tencel cover for free. Tempurpedic promo or something- maybe they always do it.Anyway there is no beating the Mattress Firm 120 day trial, removal of old mattress, set up of new mattress and the customer service. Ask for David!

My husband and I have been wanting to get a new mattress for a while now, but needing a California King size weve been putting it off. Finally we decided it was time, and Im so glad that we chose this store to go into first. Josh, the employee that helped us, really took his time to help us, asking questions so that he could recommend the best mattress to suit our needs. He was extremely professional and never pressured us towards purchasing any certain brand. I also appreciated that he didnt rush us towards a decision. My kids will be getting a new bedroom set, and I will definitely be returning and purchasing from Josh and Mattress Firm.

Amazing, no pressure experience. Tom the Sleep Expert (and yes he is an expert) treated us like family and made us very comfortable. He asked us a few questions on how we sleep, and had us try a few different types of mattress (standard, hybrid, and memory foam). After spending a lot of time trying out the mattresses (past closing time, sorry about that Tom), we did decide on one. The process to purchase was a breeze. It truly was the best bed shopping experience I have had in my life
