I ordered two very expensive pillows from the San Marcos, TX store that were to be shipped to me and three weeks past with no pillows being delivered. I was told they could be shipped to my P.O. box ....after researching the shipment, it was delivered to an unknown address. I called and was told they could reship them and they would follow up with me in 24 hours....THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I had to call them back 4 days later and they never reshipped them. I insisted on a full refund which I stilllll have not received! Management needs to be retrained on CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!

If you are like me, and dislike sales pitches and pressuring sales people, you will LOVE German (sounds like Herman) and his no nonsense educational approach to mattress selection. I went in to try out a certain brand that they didn’t have at his store. He listened, asked questions and was giving me directions to another store that DID carry the brand. I was so impressed by his considerate demeanor that I commented on it and our conversation turned to my horrible back, my lack of sleep and my fear of being sold the wrong bed. He proceeded to educate me on different materials, different firmness levels and basically steered me to my dream bed. I did not plan on buying today, but after 5 minutes on my bed I knew I had found the perfect mattress and ended up signing the paperwork for it to be delivered on Tuesday. Normally whenever I leave a showroom, I am irritated at the tactics that are used on me. German used none. (And if he did, the were Jedi mind tricks.) I cannot say how happy and satisfied I am with Mattress Firm and their employee German! I will send anyone that will listen to him. My mom thought he was awesome too 😄

We had this idea that a mattress store would be like a used car shop with very pushy sales people, but we couldnt be more wrong! The area manager, Pam, was very welcoming and informative.
