This place has fantastic selection and some really good deals! The staff are all really sweet and friendly.

Really disappointed in the response I got when I brought my dogs for a visit. I’ve never had a problem bringing them along before and after driving 45 minutes for a visit a store employee abrasively told me they weren’t allowed. I questioned the policy and she pointed to a few handmade signs and said that had always been the policy. When I asked about service dogs her response was, “if they urinated or became aggressive to anyone they would be removed immediately.”It’s pretty easy to see this employee, I assume was a manger, didn’t like dogs. With the prices of this store it’s pretty easy to find competitors with better customer service. Pottery barn used to be dog friendly environment where I could go and get my furniture, I guess that’s changed

Stacey is amazing! She helped me find the perfect couch and living room decor! Seriously, I hope she’s in school for interior design because she has a fantastic eye. Staff in general was great! One lady (Angela I think?) was a little snobby with me, but Stacey more than made up for it with her smile and friendly professional service! 10/10 will go back!

Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma share the space. If these are outlet store prices I would hate to see the retail store prices. $800 for an ordinary-looking upholstered dining chair! I admit I didnt stay and poke around to see if I could find a bargain. Lots of summer stuff on sale but still too much at 25% off.

The merchandise was good prices and large selections. The store displays and fixtures were not maintained.

The selection is okay and for the most part the employees are pretty helpful but if you call in on Saturday and ask if they are open on Easter Sunday, they will tell you that they are open from noon to 6 but then you drive all the way from Austin to get there to find out that they are in-fact NOT OPEN. So you wasted your whole day to plan to go there for nothing. So I suggest you call them the day of your planned visit instead of the day before so you can get more accurate information that way.

I always like looking for that much needed missing thing to make my house better. Im usually excited going in, and find lots of stuff that is right up my alley.However, I get a bit distracted by the long waits to checkout and the lack of staff to help you get items off of the top shelf. There were a few chairs I was interested in, but I couldnt find anyone to help me, and decided not to wait for someone to materialize, but decided to leave instead.

There was a lot of damaged furniture and it still was pricey. May just be their busy season but I have been in before, several times, and this time it seemed really disorganized.

Its ironic that store personnel ask to keep the mask over your face, but everyone in the handles everything in tje store over and over without being sanitized?Amazing mentality!NOT!!!!!!!When youre doing complete covid guidelines then asked people to wear masks?

You can spend half a day shopping here, and by here, I mean this store, not necessarily the whole Outlet there is so much to choose from for your home from furniture to decor, to small appliances. The prices are pretty decent considering the quality of products. Cant wait to head back up.

Surprisingly large offering of cookware and housewares, and also a lot of furniture and light fixtures. Kinda fun to look around, definitely worth to stop by.

My wife and I love this outlet store. Our house looks like Pottery Barn blew up inside it, hahaha. Wait for their 70% off furniture sale and you can really add to your furnishings. We have the Livingston collection in our bedroom and found several additional pieces there. Some are scratch and dent, and some are missing parts. The pieces we added to our bedroom set have no damage or scratches! The prices were less than most other furniture stores and much better quality furniture. We also purchased additional couches there for our office and game room. If your looking for anything Pottery Barn sells go here first for the best prices. If you are military you get an additional 15% off. I patronize stores that offer additional military discounts because they are willing to support us.

We love the stuff but the 💸prices are still quite high💹. We go and deal scout once every other month or so. Once in a while you can spot a great deal, some good deals. We have purchased a beautiful couch at an incredible price a few years ago. Like seven footer in grey velvet, no damage, $225. They do have a ton of variety of merchandise and the store is quite large. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will let you leave a large purchase on the floor, tag it, and when you are able to pick it up they will load it onto your truck at the rear loading area.

Absolutely terrible section and incredibly over priced. It would be like you were paying above full price for an extremely damaged piece of furniture. 3 months ago, our wasnt like that. We found 2 nice end tables there for a good price but now, its a big waste of time and effort to even go look. I would give it one star but raising it a bit because 3 months ago was okay. Hopefully, theyll get it together by the next time we are in the area although Im not even sure wed go back in after this visit.

Always a fun place to shop. They are a little low on inventory right now, but I think thats normal with Covid.

Some decent deals, but youve got to dig around and try to find them in the big store. If you dont know your prices, you could end up paying retail even if a sale is on.They have a separate door in the back for customer pick up of large items. In a pinch, the parking in the back is plentiful. Access is conveniently located next to Johnny Rockets by following the signs to the management office.Please like this review if it has been helpful to you.

Very long wait, but good prices and employees.

Super pleased with this place! We live about 10 minutes north of Austin, so the drive is a bit, but its totally worth it. We came in yesterday to pick out a new dining set, and we found the perfect table within 5 minutes. The only issue was that someone else had claimed it. Such a bummer! The gentleman helping us said hed put us on the list as the next recipients if the previous didnt come in and claim the table by the end of the day. He also committed to calling us by 10 am this morning. With fingers crossed, we went home. As promised, my phone rang at 10:05. No one had picked up the table, so it is ours! I am overly impressed with the keeping of the commitment to call. So often, people say they will do something and dont. Part of me expected to have to call and pester, but Pottery Barn classed themselves up in my opinion. It shouldnt be such an anomaly to experience a business that keeps commitments, but unfortunately, it really is. I have always loved Pottery Barn and love them more now.

We own a 100 year old home near San Marcos and I have purchased thousands of dollars worth offurnishings from this location during the past few years. The customer service has always been very good, with nice pleasant people. Do not expect frills but remember you are getting high quality goods at half the retail price in most cases. Im delighted to do business with them and am so grateful to have them nearby!

Honestly... It looks like a garage sale. Tons of stuff is damages and its expensive.

Im a bit of a cook chef wannabe so I love this place. Everything you could need to make anything in the kitchen, be a good host or home decorator is here. Sad part is most of the items are not necessarily outlet prices. Sometimes if youre not too fiddly, you can find something on sale but not in the color you would have wanted (Are you listening #staub #lecreuset ?)

Bad experience at entering store.

Largest selection of...everything. some things are still quite pricy, but you cant beat the quality. Very nice staff and typically very organized.

Employees at this location were overly helpfull. Helped me locate items I was looking for, told me about other items in the store that went with the items I was looking at.They took the time to walk me over to the items and tell me if they were still receiving more inventory, or if the items had been discontinued long enough that what was on the shelf was the last of them.Items with mismatched prices were corrected for me at the front register so that they were all priced at the lowest price. Everyone I dealt with at the store was extremely friendly.Even had a short conversation with some of the cashiers as they boxed and bagged my items.Was my first time ever shopping at a Pottery Barn and this outlet location was great. Will return back here in the future.

Drove an hour and half... closed for inventory....whaaaaat....u can’t do that at night- like every other store....I guess I will buy my furniture somewhere else....no wonder amazon is destroying retail....

My very favorite store!

Bought a nice looking photographer’s lamp shade for 50% but found out later a part of the lamp stand metal was broken and had glue traces on it. Too late to have noticed . While testing a bulb, the lamp’s head started to dangle and pulls on the electrical wiring causing a bit of sparks. Had the broken part been disclosed i would have not bought it.Update:Drove back to store and manager Liz processed a refund. Ended up buying a lovely LC pot. Changing 1 star to 4.

This place is amazing. I love Pottery Barn furniture, but it is a little too expensive to justify at full price. This place has a lot of the exact same items for significantly less. The price for the items here is usually about 20% less than the regular store, plus they often have sales to take off an additional amount.

Still a little pricey for a outlet store

Not a good visit the majority of items available were chipped cracked and the prices did not reflect outlet prices rugs were dirty,shabby.prices did not reflect outlet prices ..very disappointed in this visit signage confusing not sure if the discounts had already been applied or would be caught at the checkout?? So now as a shopper you would have to be very cognizant of the discount to make sure you received it at the checkout ..too confusing to enjoy shopping ..

My first time going and it was SOOO EXPENSIVE. Some items were damaged with $1000 price tags 🤷. Not my thing I guess.

I was really excited seeing it from the outside, but inside it was a mess. Most items are excessively damaged and are just thrown about all over. The only reason for 2 stars is that the Williams Sonoma section was laid out well and was nicely stocked. Will not be returning again.

My favorite outlet store in the shopping center. Pottery Ban and Williams Sonoma outlet stores are right beside each other. Good finds in kitchen ware, appliances, dinnerware, bed linens, towels, seasonal items, and home decor.

Items on sale are better than this. Save yourself the trip ... worse than garage sale shopping

Good selection of clearance priced items. Lots of furnitures, sofa, chest drawer etc. Great place to spend half a day checking our stuff. There is also right next to William Sonoma outlet together in the same spot.

Not what Id hoped.

Very DIFFICULT to find items. I went in to search for a rug. Their rugs are rolled up, not hung, so pulling a rug out of the rack, unrolling it, then re-rolling the rug, sliding it back... It was a headache, to say the least. Especially if youre searching for a size 8x10 or larger. Yuck! Im using eBay.

This huge outlet store is William sonoma, pottery barn and pottery barn kids 3 in1. It is huge with a good selection from bedding to furniture to cookware.
