We have repeatedly turned to Ethan Allen for our design and furniture needs since the 1980s. Once again (during the Pandemic, no less) Nikki Broulette and Ethan Allen did not disappoint! Nikki listened to our desires for a new look in our living room and dining room and delivered. She assisted us in choosing paint colors, new frames for a painting and photographs and responded to all our questions and concerns. When one long-awaited item was broken in transport, we were immediately offered a temporary replacement. We have always been pleased with the quality of Ethan Allen furniture and are very appreciative to Nikki for her pleasant and professional service.

I have throughout the years put my trust into Ethan Allen. If you viewed my home each room is designed around Ethan Allen pieces, from lamps to bedroom furniture, etc. The attached picture is a settee I purchased in 1993. It has been reupholstered several times through the Ethan Allen workroom. I love it.

Starting with Bridgett our designer from the design team who was absolutely wonderful with making sure my measurements were correct to giving me my vision of what I wanted from colors to the fabric, she really listened and made it all happen! She is fabulous. She really knows her line of work and is excellent at it. Then the delivery team, with every delivery they have been extremely professional and respectful to our home also very careful when placing the furniture where I wanted it. I had a couple minor flaws in the wood that were very hard to see and the craftsman they send out is beyond exceptional at his line of work, he’s amazing and very talented, I couldn’t tell where they were and I didn’t remember, as if they were never there. A true artist in his craft.There aren’t enough stars to rate Ethan Allen San Marcos because they truly are the best! If you are looking for the best that will last for years and is timeless, I highly recommend Ethan Allen in San Marcos, they are my favorite furniture store by far! (they also have some accents for your homes well). You can’t go wrong with Ethan Allen.

Ethan Allen has been my go-to since the 80s. It wasnt until about 2 years ago, 2019/2020 that Ive.had the opportunity to start upgrading a home I purchased in San Marcus, CA in 1998. Again, my go-to has been Ethan Allen. The San Marcos store is where I met Bridgett Connors. She has worked with me to set the color scheme and styles; walls, ceiling, flooring, funiture and decor. Bridgett has been indispensable regarding design, solutions and in her availability. Bridgetts colleagues have been great support as well. Everyone is very interested in assuring Im a very happy.customer. And, I am.

Nikki Brouillette, Design Consultant from Ethan Allen, was extraordinary in helping me select furniture before moving into my new home. I bought a dinning set which she pointed out to me that was on sale. I gave her my floor plan and measurements, explained my needs, and she took it from there. Within a few days, she sent me various photos of furniture I might be interested in, then the store closed due to the corona-virus, and she went on a furlough. Through all that, Nikki helped me immensely and was knowledgeable, professional, and very sweet. I selected a beautiful sectional sofa which I had previously noticed, along with a Cressida Buffet, Turner swivel chair with exquisite fabric, Branches Accent Table, Ravenswood Large Media Cabinet, and designed my floor plan perfectly. Best of all, she listened to me! The only negative was it took almost 5 months for some of the delivery but Im extremely pleased with the outcome and Nikkis help.

The staff are great at the San Marcos, Cal. store we buy from. Always very friendly and helpful. The quality of the products is always the best.

On entering the store in San Marcos the #1 thing that sticks in mind is the absence of a pushy salesperson in our face. Secondly is the fact that nothing on the showroom floor was wobbly, loose, worn or poorly assembled. Everything is clean, elegant, stylish and solid as, literally, an oak.Elizabeth was assigned to work with us and she is wonderful. She was happy to work with our eccentric tastes and odd questions. We quickly learned that Ethan Allen is not a furniture store its an American Institution to be experienced. We are still in the process of it all but thus far we are very excited. Communication with Elizabeth has been excellent and pressure free. She has been very accommodating, traveling to our new home, taking measurements and discussing ideas for design we never would have come up with without her. During our second visit to see the 3d rendering of the layouts and styles she created for us our elderly and very well behaved Shih-Tzu was welcomed to join us. This small courtesy is much appreciated.Once we settle on what to have delivered I will have to revisit this review of course but being such a wonderful experience thus far I felt compelled to share.TLDR: Classy and elegant, solid quality materials and workmanship coupled with professional friendly staff delivering the product from end to end. Hard to go wrong here.

I had a great experience working with Adele Fraioli at Ethan Allen. She helped me pick a beautiful and durable fabric for my new furniture. I absolutely love my new loveseat and couch. They go so beautifully with Persian rug. I really like her sense of style and her customer focus.

I have used Ethan Allen exclusively for three of my homes and have only great things to say about my experiences. The furniture is high quality with nice finishes. Very professional designers. My daughter also used Ethan Allen San Marcos for her home and she was extremely proud of the assistance she received from the designers and her end product. I used Zarita De La Cerda for my last project, a vintage modern beach condo. Zarita, listened to us and turned our home into a comfy, elegant, but not fussy space where the entire family can enjoy the beach and feel at home. Thank you Zarita, keep up the good work.

Too expensive but nice furniture. Saw some of the same brands and models online at much cheaper prices. Ended up getting from another seller.
