My husband and I recently bought our very first home together and wanted to update it. After talking to many flooring companies we decided to go with Friendly Flooring and are SO happy we did! Jason is very responsive and has the best customer service and within just a week and a half they replaced 1600 sqft of old carpet and tile with new beautiful LVP. Friendly flooring also re-did our master bathroom with the most beautiful tile and we couldn’t be happier! The customer service with Friendly Flooring is hands down the best! My husband and I had our new floors installed a couple of years ago and we wanted the same flooring design to do some matching shelves and counters. Other companies (and the supplier) were unwilling to work with us to obtain the material. A friend suggested we try Friendly Flooring. Jason and Ryan were both very helpful and understood what we needed, and made it happen for us. We are very grateful for the great service and only regret one thing - that we didnt know about Friendly Flooring when we initially had our floors installed, because if we had - Friendly Flooring would have definitely had our business.They definitely live up to their name.

I need an estimate for flooring replacement and I needed it in just two days. Jason and Friendly Flooring went out of their way to get the estimate to me very quickly. I have very high expectations when it comes to projects in my newly renovated home . I expect professionalism, quality, service and a great price ! I have a beautiful marble fireplace now and I love it !I appreciated the time and effort they took with me talking about tge various options .This project was done done during the COVID-19 . Jason and his crew were super awesome! He took the time to show me the various types of flooring and how they would stand up in my house with Kids and a Husky! We went with LVP flooring! Its beautiful! We worked together to find a beautiful color and style that I liked and fit within my budget. Jason was also very much on top of his communication with me throughout the project. It took 3.5 day for demo and install. I would definitely use Jason again!

Horrific experience and terrible quality. Be very careful hiring these guys. They will tell you anything to get the job. My porcelain tile floor is a mess. 50% of it is hollow, meaning it isnt adhered properlyalso severe lippage meaning not level. They used at least three different kinds of grout. The installer must not have cleaned his sponges while applying the grout because its discolored and dirty. Ive spent $6,000 in an attempt to clean it. They also did my kitchen cabinets which are poor quality and nothing like the custom cabinets that we discussed and I thought I had ordered. Thank God I fired them before they installed my granite.

Jason came out to the house within 2 days of me reaching out to him for a quote. He gave us a very competitive price, quality, and installation was perfect. I was having a hard time figuring out what color I wanted for my carpet so he let me take two sample boards home. I would highly recommend Friendly Flooring for your carpet installation needs.
