Yummy! We had a great experience here! The place was sparkly clean and the ladies that waited on us were so friendly and upbeat! They gave us a hot fresh glazed donut upon arrival and patiently waited on my littles to choose a donut. We ordered four different kinds of donuts and the donuts and coffee were delicious! There was a big variety of donuts to choose from. I definitely recommend this place. 5 stars!

Theyre always on point. As soon as you walk in and if that light is on your greeted with a free sample donut. Which is a regular sized donut fresh and warm just YOU NEED TO EXPERIENCE it. And then come to see they have smores donuts and after just tasting what I did. Of course I bought a few. Hands down best marketing ever. You see the light, stop in. You dont have to buy a thing but Im sure you will.

I can’t thank Miss Pat enough at the San Marcos location. We were picking up a huge order for a wedding and needed to add 8 more dozen at the last minute. That may not have been a big deal normally however on this day they were running very low due to a machine being down. She was truly a Saint and contacted the closest Krispy Kreme and was able to assist us by getting more donuts sent. She was calm despite my initial panic and handled the situation with professionalism and excellent customer service. She saved the day! Thank you Miss Pat!

Loved it since I was a kid. The hot and now I just introduced to my 2 daughters. How they melt when your lips touch them. Dear God, please let there be Krispy Kreme in heaven! Thank you from the fat boy in this skinny body!

Omg!! Its been years since we were able to eat hot, fresh donuts. Did not disappoint for sure.

Paid $40 for 3 dozen donuts and this is how one box looked. Pretty ridiculous they couldnt even take the time to stick a pretzel back in for the broom.

This is a nice clean place its the only Krispy Kreme Ive ever been in that you can eat it. They have great coffee and the donuts are good

Disappointed to find out they didnt carry crullers. Only 2 choices were available... Jelly filled or glazed. Both were warm and extremely fresh. Just not enough donut selections to choose from.

The hot donuts sign was on, but no hot donuts. The donuts they did have tasted stale compared to other Krispy Kreames.

8 pm they are out of many donuts, including the regular classic glazed. And the strawberry glazed ones where partially glazed, not even the entire round top of the donut was covered.

This Krispy Kreme sucks…the doughnuts were stale and they got the order wrong.

Was surprised at how fast the staff were at getting my order out. The donuts were quite good. The restrooms could definitely use some work, but aside from that this was a very pleasant and fast expirence. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I love the hot donuts they give away when the light is on. The hats for the kids are also a nice touch. A nice treat to end a family day. The service was great. I would say the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the need for updating. It’s very dated and because of this seems almost unclean.

I was there for delivery drivers appreciation day. Because i was in my uniform i wasnt greeted or asked if there was anything else that i needed. I wanted to buy other items but i wasnt askes or talked to so i took my free dozen and left. I was going to buy more donuts for the family but i guess they didnt want to make a sale. Their loss. I should have gone into Austin to get them.

Racist place. We got here a hour before I was told 3 different times that they would start handing out donuts for graduates. We were constantly told they would start at 6:30. As soon as we walk away they begin handing out dozens to people of the opposite race. if you’re a person of color id advise you to not come for the racist service.

I had my order delivered. Delivery was quick and driver left my order where he was supposed to. The food was awesome as usual.

Very nice people. Stopped in to use the restroom. One of the workers gave me a free donut as a sample. I got an iced coffee. I think Krispy Kreme has one of the best coffees. Made me feel happy for my long road trip. Thank you kind Krispy Kreme worker that gave me that fresh warm donut. Made my day.

Shout out to AJ for being a sweetheart! I came up here to get the 2 for $13 dozen (plus Ive been craving doughnuts!) I saw at the last minute I had a birthday reward, and he without hesitation allowed me to redeem it and get my 3rd dozen! With all the crazy going on and no matter how tired Ive been due to just getting off work myself he was the biggest sweetheart! I really appreciated it.

Staff was very friendly and greeted us as we came in the door. The donuts are fresh and delicious as always from Krispy Kreme, and the selection was fair. We were given a fresh glazed donut as we waited to order and overall had a great experience here. The restaurant was very clean and kept up and theres plenty of seating if staying for a sweet bite.

Absolutely nothing special a out this location. I stopped in just because the Hot Now light was on. Normally, Krispy Kreme will give us a free HOT NOW donut right off the belt, instead we got donuts that were made a while ago and NOT hot. This visit was a little disappointing.

Ordered half a dozen donuts, 5 original Kreme filled and 1 strawberry iced with sprinkles....we received 5 original (not filled) and a chocolate iced with sprinkles. Took them back to get a refund and the drive thru worked tried to argue with me and say the donuts are Kreme filled like I didn’t already take a bite and showed here the were clearly not filled and we got a chocolate instead of strawberry. The worker’s response was, “ I don’t touch the donuts.” Smh

Who doesnt like getting a fresh, warm donut while you wait in line to place your order?!! They dont make all of their donuts fresh there in that store... some are brought in each day from Austin...but theyre good!!! I recommend the blueberry glazed and chocolate eclair!

This experience I had was decent, for a visually impaired person, the staff were friendly and another customer greeted me and my old Orientational and Mobility instructor Amy Nangle. I wish Krispy Kreme had braille menus everywhere just like another restaurant named IHOP. Amy and I sat down for a mint donut we share that I guessed was $1.05. I also got a couple of chocolate donuts om my way out. This trip happened like two years ago in May somewhere in 2018.

Usually pretty good, but kolaches were frozen in middle. Unimpressed .

Took my visiting relatives here as the hot and ready light was on. We enjoyed free donuts as well as the ones that we bought. We also took a group photo with the Krispy Kreme hat on. I can say we really enjoyed ourselves and we were all mostly adults. Great place with friendly people. The restaurant is easy to spot from the highway also which is why we went.

Doughnuts were fresh and delicious. And we got a free one each! Score!

Wonderful 99¢ for a dozen glazed with a purchase. They had such a great turn out that they were very under stocked but made it right by giving a rain check. I hope theyre better prepared when they do it again as I was told they plan to do.

Did not get what I went there for, and wasted 30 minutes of my morning. This is definitely not the place to go for any coffee, other than plain black. Their bottles of flavoring were so low that they had to unscrew the pump and pour in an unmeasured amount. Then the latte machine was off, and after waiting 25 minutes in line to place my order, I asked for my money back. When the lady gave me the money, she shorted me a few coins. I wouldn’t have said anything except the man who originally rang me up didn’t give me enough change and I hadn’t said anything. She just tossed me a quarter, but only owed me a dime. There were 3 workers, and they were not organized. I ordered 2 different donuts, and one was not even the right one. I took it anyway and it was ok. The other was a creme filled that was cold, inside and out. I won’t be going back there again. Not worth the time or money.

I asked twice at the cold window and again at the window for them to add my creamer to my coffee, when that was not done I asked why not I was told oh sorry we are too busy, its kind of the whole point of going to a drive-thru.

Wed never been to get donuts here but went on National Donut Day. With the line ahead of us the workers were still friendly and helpful. Truly good experience. Kids loved their donuts and the facility was clean. Would go again.

Check your receipt! You will be charged a different price than listed! I ordered 2 americanos (med), original donut, and an apple fritter. I noticed that the price that rang up for the drinks was different than on the menu (11% increase).I pointed out the difference but the cashier gave me an indifferent shrug and simply explained that corporate had taken over and had increased all the prices (but had not changed the menus). Rather than trying to fix the issue (like a small discount to match the price) I was only asked if I still wanted them anymore.Really annoyed and disappointed by the dishonesty and lack of effort to fix the issue for a customer. Next time will not be going to this “corporate” Krispy Kreme, nor any other KK in the near future. Hello DK and Shipley!!

Went in about 6:30 pm and the girl working asked if she could help me.. i told her i wanted a dozen regular glazed doughnuts..she replied by saying they didnt have any nor were they going to make anymore.She then said whatever is in the case is what we have.So of course i chose from the case.The doughnuts didnt taste fresh..There wasnt a big selection as most of the doughnuts were sold out.. i wish they would have put a sign up somewhere in the store saying either the machine was broken or they were closing soon thats why they werent making anymore doughnuts..So disappointed with the San Marcos Texas store..Website said they closed at 11pm..

Came to San Marcos Texas Krispy Kreme to get “hot now” donuts and they are not hot at all. Also when you walk in you do not get a free doughnut like you do in the big city Krispy Kreme‘s. Nothing like the big city Krispy Kreme like San Antonio etc.

I will say that of the last two times I have visited I have had the best service! I will say that I would normally go to other closer donut shops but after my last two visits Krispy Kreme will now be the only place I come to. Fresh food and the service won me over, Big shout out to the afternoon staff, I believe their names were Kat, Angie, and John. They made me feel right at home and did not rush me and brought a smile to my face after a long stressful day!!!!!!!

Fresh doughnuts not frozen like @ Dunkins

We went on a family fun night to decorate donuts and have fun. It was not fun, there was no festivity. We werent greeted, no one smiled. Sadly it was the first time for my kids and I. The donuts could have been great (I wasnt even interested in trying) but the experience stunk.

Same fresh baked quality as always.

Walked in and received service with a smile and a free donut!! She was so welcoming made me want to stay longer with my kids. Very knowledgable on everything Krispy Kreme!!!

Hey these are Krispy Kreme doughnuts --- how can they not be great?! You know, the dougnuts you can probably eat a dozen of yourself before you even get home. .... buy 2 dozen and hide the evidence of the dozen you ate. Nice to know that they have some new breakfast items eg kolaches and egg items.Service by the people behind the counter was especially good --- do ya think that the smiles customers always have can have something to do with it?
