I’ve been tired of going to all my regular spots in San Marcos so I decided to try something new.Although this coffee shop was a bit hard to find, it was worth it once I finally discovered this gem. The prices are surprisingly cheaper than other places in San Marcos, and from what I can tell the ingredients and coffee-making abilities are really competitive as well.Even though I live near Craddock I’ll definitely be making my way over here more often! Good job Sassafras!

May was wonderful. Very friendly and eager to help me indulge in my spontaneity. Just because its not on the menu does not mean it cant be done.

The organic coffee is amazing and the customer service was stellar. This warm atmosphere is my morning home away from home.
